The self-checkout Lane process is not very customer friendly- the process is very confusing.. the screens are difficult to follow and above all it is not a covid friendly process...Walmart is saving money by not utilizing people to service the checkout process at the expense of the customer to ring their own purchase. SELF CHECKOUT lanes remove people from cashier roles. Shame on Walmart for not investing in hiring people for these jobs.

New set up is horrible. Asked lady to open cabinet. She told me had no key the lady over there has a key I was like where she said over there then turned and walked off. Never found the lady over there. Will also never go into at least that Walmart again. ZERO STARS

Very nice, very clean store and the associates are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I found frustrating was the time you spend waiting in line to check out. Not enough associates working but will blame that on the pandemic. Overall experience was awesome!

Definitely a lot smoother with the increase in self checkout stands, it would usually take a long time to get out. The store is well stocked and clean, makes for an easy one stop shop for basic household items.

I get Walmart grocery delivery to my house every week no problems very happy with it. Today I get a text from Walmart that delivery is running behind, OK no problem needless to say it is 7 hours later and no delivery, no communication, and no groceries. I call customer service and the lady tells me just cancel and order again ! This is your answer to my non delivery I tell you not just Walmart but most businesses customer service sucks ! I guess I will give Safeway a try again !

The pasta was delicious. I had spaghetti with Alfredo sauce. The bread was nicely warm and the garlic butter yummy

Ever since this Walmart went to self-serve checkout lines have been ridiculously long. Wait times just to make a small purchase can be upwards of 20 minutes. Going to start shopping elsewhere because my time is worth more than a few bucks in price.

Big beautiful Walmart Supercenter. Well stocked and clean. Also the best rolling carts that Ive ever seen at a walmart. Large self-checkout area with lots of help.

Great Walmart! Very friendly staff and oftentimes bilingual. They helped me tote out a bunk bed and s someone even helped me get it into my car. Minus a star because we werent allowed to tip him, Walmart corporate needs to do better.

This store is actually pretty cool. Huge space, garden center, great looking produce. I didnt have much time to explore the entire store, but probably will go on another day.

Brutally honest here. I tried this place in American canyon because the Suisun one keeps failing me. It used to be good but now theres issues with opening self check out before 10 am and a host of other things that I wasnt completely aware of until I went to American canyon wally. You can tell just by the carts this place is above par. You dont have to sift through 5 to get one that doesnt rattle or hurt. No nervous disordered checkers who cant stop clicking their pens because as stated, they have anxiety ( me too and that pen gives me ideas kiddo) and this walmart is so clean. And theres people to help you! And theres no limited self check out!Im not going back to Suisun. Theyre not worth it anymore

Curbside service is horrible. Called the number on the signpost to alert staff that we were ready to pickup an online order, and the number just rang. After someone picked up, they said they should be out shortly. After 10 minutes of waiting, we called them again to ask if someone was coming out, and if not we would just go inside (which defeats the purpose of curbside). They replied that they would be right out. The person who brought it out didnt really seem to be wanting to do their job. Please get workers who do their job right.

This store recently remodeled to the new Omni design, and it will take some getting used to. Even with the plain and bold department lettering on the walls, the overhead signs are not so easy to read as before. Also, whats the point in having dozens of self checkout stands if half of them are always closed?

I picked up an online order and also went inside to pickup a custom cake. The store was pretty busy but the employee came out with my online order quickly. Same thing with my custom cake. I didnt get a chance to taste the cake but those who did try the cake gave positive reviews! For a full sheet cake with Bavarian cream and fresh bananas in the filling (along with customized colors n a message) the cake was just under $50. The depiction online closely resembled the cake in real life, although the teal was a bit streaky (no big deal). I wish I wouldve remembered to take a picture. They saved me when I was looking for a birthday cake with barely 24hrs to make it happen. Id recommend them again especially if youre trying to find a cake to feed a large crowd with very little time to get it done, not to mention the affordable price!

I gave Walmart in American canyon 2 stars reason why is the layout of the store so confusing.have everything spread out no prices on items. Then when finish shopping an is time to pay only 2 registers open with 5 associates working at self check out? does not make sense, then when I get up to cashier she tells me to get out line to pay for my alcohol at another line cause shes a minor. I get it but why put a cashier in regular check out when she cant even ring out alcohol. You guys have to do better to have a better customer experience.

Very nice produce section. Aisles were clear for the most part. The lines for check out seemed to move rather quickly.

I was there to pick up my grocery order. Service was really slow. I waited 10-15 minutes for them to bring out my order. When the young lady brought it out, she looked extremely unhappy. Barely spoke. Terrible customer service.

Shopping carts are also readily available at the entrance to the store, you dont need to hunt one down in the parking lot anymore...

Ii order pick up inky. I am handicap and there is never access to an electric cart. When I have asked about them was told to walk around the parking lot and find one. If I could walk around the parking lot I wouldnt need to use one in the store;. Also when Covid 1st come out the stockers didnt wear their mask over their faces just around theirneck. I asked about it several times and was the store personal just shrugged there shoulders at me. Also shoppers were munching on snacks while shopping. All of this during the highest part of corvid before vaccination s existed. So I drive 12 miles to a smaller Walmark one way in the next city that he as a Walmark or just do outside pickup. Would live to shop inside but not like how it is there.at that particular store. The one in Napa you Are treated so much better and its safer

Huge store. All the shopping cart were gone. I guess lots of shopper or maybe need to have more carts available. Prices were better than safeway and target stores. I didnt feel comfortable shopping here than at other stores.

Everything about Walmart is great. On a personal note I would want them to pay their employees more. Thats the only reason I give them 4 stars.

Havent been here in a while and I noticed that there were no cashiers only self checkout lines! If u have never did self checkout u would definitely be lost and confused! The employees were nice however but they were trying to learn the ropes as well!

I LOVED IT. I was somewhat disappointed that I only saw one zany-dressed shopper. I found everything I went there for and a few more items, and Im going back there this weekend for one of those 65in TVs. WAL MART needs to return to having more sized 4x BOXER SHORTS they way my MICHIGAN Wal Marts do. We had a wonderful experience with the optical department. They are very attentive and professional. My Wife and I picked up our Glasses and exited thee Store in a timely manner.

Its an alright store.. I have been shopping here for years. Probably the reason why i would rather go to another one far away. I liked it better when it was 24 hours. Then it was one of the best but since its not its only ok currently.

It always good when they have what we needed. Needed a light stroller and they in stock it all good.

There never seems to be an adequate amount of open cashiers. There is no such thing as a quick purchase and leave—it’s like your trapped. Four lines (out of 20 closed registers) that extend forever.

New store layout and self-check out is a complete mis-step by Walmart. Customers are confused, there are no traffic pattern flows, the aisles are way to close near the checkout stations, congestion at the front of the store with long lines...its a hot mess!

The check out area of the store recently had some revamping. There are 30-40 self checkout stations, which makes things a bit more streamlined.

The wiper blades were a mess. Laying in piles everywhere. It took a lot of searching to find the ones I needed.

This store is in the midst of a reset and things are all over the place. Also the front restrooms are closed for remodel. I was only able to locate half the items I was looking for.

I really dont leave the house because of Covid. I had to get supplied before going out of town for work. I decided to go to WALMART 7011 Main St, American Canyon, CA 94503. I want to front door noticing no carts anywhere asked the front door attendant where the carts are she said or there outside went back out nothing so I told her there arent any. She replied there in the parking lot ask a customer for one as she passed me a free Covid vaccine flyer. So I explained that its against CDC codes as a open business for people to be interacting with other people dangerous that I have to go ask a stranger if I can have there cart after then touching the carts before cleaned she laughed said I know. I said wheres the manger call her she replies I dont have a walky talky to call her, up u can go to customer service. Then Ron the other employee standing at the door asked what happened i explained that theres no carts and the advising customers to interact with other customers for carts is dangerous he laughed says its been like that for months if you dont like it dont shop at Walmart. I was upset went shopping anyways after purchasing talked to Juliette the manager she didnt care she laughed. I am reporting this to corporate, BBB, and CDC. Only because there were elderly people behind me looking for carts and it is against all safety codes at the times were living in now.

Friendlier than your average Walmart, nobody dodged around corners when I made eye-contact for help. The woman stocking the dried goods, especially, did her best to help me find nutritional yeast - something Ive never had to purchase or even seen before. None in stock, but I always appreciate employees going out of their way to be helpful.
