We have had our home not even 4 years and the roof is coming off the carpet is buckled all over the house, we had to have a new front door because water poured in around the edges(come to find out it was only put in with 2 screws) we had crews out because ceiling fans wer sparking so they replaced them with ones that dont match. Dont buy a home here. They never returned a call. We had to go to manufacturer and got a few repairs. I wouldnt have given them 1 star except you had To if you wanted to comment. My advice. RUN!

They really have some nice floor plans and they seem to be well built.

Wade Hoggard was very thorough in explaining how the homes are built... financing options... spent time showing me different homes. I would highly recommend Solitaire Homes of Amarillo.

We had tragedy hit our ranch. A tornado destroyed my sister in laws home. She lost everything she owned not to mention the trauma of surviving a tornado. When Jose Muñoz from Solitaire Homes heard of what happened to my family he jumped into action and helped us find her a beautiful home that she could afford. He was professional and informative. Due to total loss and devastation she could only afford a used home, but the way Solitaire treated us you would have thought we were buying the most expensive home on the lot! The gentleman selling us the home was kind, genuine, and sincere. Jose Muñoz still inquires of the wellbeing of my family. I recommend Solitaire Homes they know what theyre doing, and they really care. They make you feel at home when your there.

Homes are great, however communication goes a LONG ways with me and the employee that I was working with would not return my calls. He was rude, not attentive to my needs, and told me he would still get his bonus. He knew I was crunched for time, told me it would be here sooner, then put it off till the end of August. This is totally unacceptable! My mother has cancer and is no longer able to stay alone. She lives over 4 hours from here and i am gone a lot taking care of her and going to doctor appts. I needed to take care of business while I had the opportunity when I was home. I cancelled, called corporate, they got in touch with another dealer and will have the same one delivered this week other than the paint colors and saving about $2500 and thats being brought from San Angelo to Amarillo..! This was a cash sale and should have been easy. It took me 15 minutes in Abilene and I was out the door. Thankfully, for Mr, Kesterson referring me to the Abilene company, everything is working smoothly. Thank you Adam Hammett! This made me feel better about the company!

Best manufacturing houses 100%of great product❤

Individual was rude to my wife and children, did not listen to what we were asking to look at and did his own thing. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesman instead of someone selling living quarters. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new manufactured home.
