Went 16 miles out of my way to get hay and find out they are closed even tho it says they are open tell 4pm on Saturday

I was shorted a bag of feed and when I went back to the store to get it the blonde female employee with glasses said “how do I know your not lying” and “how do I know your telling me the truth”. I have done business here for years but I never will again. Either give me the bag of feed or don’t, but don’t call me a liar especially not in front of my kids.

Found everything we needed would recommend to anyone if someone asked where to get animal food/accessories

These are the nicest, most accommodating folks with excellent customer services skills! The day before Thanksgiving when they were swamped with deliveries, they made the effort to accommodate my last minute scheduling to make my delivery request possible. In these days of customer service almost being nonexistent it is so great to come across this type of service. We will be a long time customer of Ranchers Supply!!

I have never been treated as poorly at ANY store than I was at the Amarillo Ranchers Supply. Employees were overtly rude and treated me terribly. I have never left a bad review for any store but people need to be prepared to be treated badly if they shop there. I for one will NEVER be back!!!

Ranchers supply is a great place to go to when in need of several ranch animal products with very friendly and nice staff members.

I love ranchers Ive been coming here for years but today for some reason they were rude!! I buy pullets every spring and I like to inspect before I buy. Im a live stock and agriculture major and I understand biosecurity for poultry. Being the person I am I was so excited for the new chicks I picked one up to inspect, just one because I know to sanitize between handling each individual chick, and didnt even notice the sign. The cranky woman behind the counter snapped at me saying um the sign says dont touch! I was taken back by the rude jab. I believe she could have reworded her bark or used a less offensive tone to a customer. I was disgruntled and embarrassed after that and made a quick escape. Ive been coming here for years for everything from animals to tack to feed and to be embarrassed on the spot and barked at by an employee was not a good feeling. Please read your reviews ranchers and please treat your long term customers a little better.
