I noticed my 3038e had a leak at the bottom of the upper radiator hose, where it goes into the engine. Having big hands couldn’t see an easy way to replace without taking radiator and fan shroud out.I called and talked to Joe, to see what the easiest way to replace would be.Absolutely no help at all.

Customer service was outstanding, purchased a new tractor package and the process was quick and easy. Highly recommend and will do business with them again.

Very nice John Deere dealership. Very clean and large showroom. We had excellent service! Very friendly and helpful.We went in for a t-shirt for a birthday present. They did not have the shirt we wanted but the JD rep happened to be in the store and he took the time to show us available shirts to order. We found one and placed order. It did not cost extra and ETA was only a week.In addition to heavy equipment they, obviously, offer clothing & hats plus a nice selection of childrens toys. Love the ride-ons for the kids. See my pics of wagons, bicycle, pedal toys. Found a Christmas present for my youngest granddaughter who ❤️s Johnny Tractor lol. 🙂They also have tools, flashlights, lots of small stuff.

We had a wonderful experience and will do gladly do business with them again in the future.

Tried to buy a zero turn mower from these guys and couldnt even get a call back. I guess since Im not buying a big piece of equipment they dont need the business. Thats ok South Plains Implement in Littlefield was more then willing to help me.

Service is quiet expensive!! $397 plus no call to inform you of the estimate! I could if changed my own oil, filter and cleaned my deck myself for a lot cheaper! FYI don’t assume your getting oil changed and ask specifics!

Waited 20 minutes to talk to a Service person.Then I was finally seen and we off loaded my JD Mower. I called 2 days later and was told that someone would call me back. No one called so I went there and it was still outside and had not been worked on or checked out.I brought it back home and will find someone else to work on it. I bought this JD Mower there brand new at Western Equipment and I figured I would get good service and didn’t..

I walked into the store not knowing what to expect. I was promptly approached by a gentleman who asked if there was anything he could help me with. I let him know that I was just looking, and continued to wander around the store. I was then approached by a couple more employees who offered their help. No one was pushy or invasive, but I knew someone was available when the time came. I ended up buying a toy for my nephew that I know hell enjoy. Overall, every person I encountered was extremely pleasant and willing to help. This isnt something that you run into regularly.

Me and my husband went in with an idea of what we where looking for. Got some things cleared up the help from the guys in the store. Super happy with our new purchase, feeling confident we got the best. Most definitely recommend.
