Really disappointed in the Amarillo locations customer service and delivery. I put my order in 2 days ago and my order still hasnt been delivered and its past 5pm. I was told its because they got a lot of orders today. Not really my issue. While I was told they will deliver until were done...it doesnt really fix the fact that its my dads 70th birthday and he still doesnt have the gift we sent him. It should have been dipped fresh and then delivered this afternoon...again, I put the order in at 1:30pm on Sunday, its now 5:05pm on Tuesday. Plus its not really fresh when you deliver it so late at night that the recipient cant eat it until the next day. What a disappointment. We are military and stationed far away. I was counting on my dad having this so he knew we remembered his birthday and were thinking of him. Ill never use the Amarillo Edible Arrangements again.
I ordered this from a different city for my friend. It got there so fast on a Friday even!! She loved it and I loved being able to add a balloon it was the perfect touch for her since she had been having a rough day. Thank y’all so much for the easy and wonderful process!!!!!
Ms.Lovett was the absolute sweetest delivery person EVER! She was hung up on by my not so accepting step-Gma and when she refused the delivery she went way above and beyond to find my grandpa’s rehab facility after having to track him down for 30 minutes. She went way way above and beyond and kept me posted with her findings and even assisted me in being able to talk to him💕
I have order multiple times for them and never once have I been dissatisfied with the arrangement or the customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting fresh amazing fruit set up in fun ways
Great service! I can order late in the evening and they will deliver the next day in most cases. Fruit is always fresh and the balloons are so FUN! Our grandchildren are always excited to receive... all 3 received theirs today for back to school, and sent us a picture... Thanks!
I was going to place an order for my brother who lives there and currently in the hospital, but after reading the reviews I changed my mind. I live in Memphis, TN and everyone of the Edible Arrangement stores here are great.Great service and beautiful arrangements. I am so disappointed!
Fruit was delicious and even during this crazy time they were helpful friendly and amazing to work with!! If you have the opportunity to use them for gifts or birthdays or just a sweet snack for yourself get by there and get something delicious!!
They have helped me out so much. Today I talked to Shelly and she was very understanding and just all around great help. When its come to anniversaries, holidays, or just wanting to surprise my wife thank yall for all the help.
If you are hoping to have an edible arrangement delivered to someone for a special occasion DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Absolutely the WORST customer service you will ever experience with a company and your special person very likely will not receive their order.
I ordered 2 separate arrangements for my parents a month in advance & asked for one of the orders to be delivered by a specific time since my dad gets off early and I was never told that this would be a problem until today ... which is Valentines Day. Definitely will ask more detailed questions next time. The young lady who took my order never told me there are no guarantees on what time my order would be delivered so I didnt think it was a problem & everything would be okay so now I am still waiting on my order at the store 2 and a half hours after my order was to be delivered ...

***PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER*** I will never shop at Edible Arrangements again. I ordered my fiance a box of chocolate strawberries for Valentines day yesterday and it was actually the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had anywhere. Firstly, I placed my order on 02/08/2019, which was one week prior to Valentines day. I stated on the phone that my fiance worked the early shift at her job and that she would be gone from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for lunch, and be gone from work at 2:30. Valentines Day was when it all hit the fan. 10 a.m. rolls around, then 12, then 2, then my fiance left work so there wasnt even a point in buying from this joke of a company, none of my calls were answered. I came into the store at 5:30 to speak to someone. There stood 20 customers all frustrated about the failed service and incompetence of Edible Arrangement, as most of the customers were coming to pick up deliveries because they never even left the facility. Believe me it gets worse. The first time I told the young lady behind the counter what I was there for she frantically ran to the back looking for my order, she came back to the front to explain my strawberries were drying. I assume this has something to do with the chocolate. So here we are chaos arising, employees that are losing slips, running back and forth clueless, customers getting more frustrated, delivery boys coming in stating that all the phone lines are disconnected so people cant call throughout the day, and now you have half the store checking in, and the other half waiting for berries to dry. By this time my tolerance has just about worn thin, it is about 6:15 at this point. I wait another 15 minutes then restate what I was even there for, she goes to the back and starts to pace back and forth- all of this mind you is in view of the customers as they left the swinging door wide open. She clearly states, I lost his order, and that is where my tolerance flew out of the door. Shes pointing at me, they are now in a huddle trying to figure out what to do. Another lady comes out and says, Sir, Im very sorry for the troubles, I can have your strawberries ready in about 15 more minutes. I stated, My order was not delivered and should have been at 2, why at almost 7 at night am I still waiting for an order that shouldve been done hours ago? I dont understand what the issue is? She calmly said let me get someone else. I wait for about 5 more minutes and boy oh boy, I should have prepared for what was coming next. An older man comes out and says lets speak outside. I follow and he literally had the audacity to yell Ive had 3,000 deliveries in the past 3 days, your order is going to have to wait! I responded as any shaken customer would and told him how disrespectful he was, and that I could not believe an OWNER would speak to a customer this way. We butted heads for probably five minutes and then he states, I can refund your delivery fee. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! It didnt get delivered, that is an obvious!? He acted like refunding my delivery fee was a service to me?! He threatened to have me arrested for causing a scene, and I asked him why he didnt yell at me inside so all the other customers could see how an OWNER treats people. He threw it in my face like he didnt care, yeah Im the owner, blah blah blah. He finally said give him a full refund, and then Im done with you. I have reported this all to corporate and from what another employee stated hes not even the boss, someone named Shelly is. So Shelly if you see this I will never purchase, recommend, or so much as let it cross my mind to buy from your establishment again. I am sure no action will be pursued internally, but know that you lost a very loyal customer, a customer that was treated so wrongly. I am actually in shock at the level of disrespect that was spewed out towards me, and if I wasnt limited to how much I could type on this review I would continue on, because there is much more being left unsaid.
The new owners prove they know how to take care of customers while ensuring the best quality. Arrangements have been wonderful. Not only looked good, but great fruit. The salted caramel apples are a dream and I learned they have froyo!! Customer for life!
I ordered a last min arrangement for my wife and they got it to her before closing and did a kick ass job!!!
They sent the wrong item to my recipient. Promised to do something about the mistake, and never did. Truly disappointed.

I didnt love this place.. the fruit wasnt ripe and was so hard you couldnt chew it. I ate onehalve slice each of honeydewand cantolope and had stomach cramps all nightalong with diarrhea. The managerwhen asked why she sent it out knowing it wasnt fit to eat. She said she didnt so it was implied I was lying.they should treat their customers better.in the future I will not be one.
