You say you cars go thru a rigorous amount of checks to make sure it is a good car, well I finally had the chance to buy my wife a car, it only took the death of my mom to accomplish this( me and my brother sold my moms house where I grew up since 1982) I purchased a vehicle, a 2009 Nissan murano in December of 2020 just 10 months ago and now it sits in my driveway because it wont move. It was our familys only vehicle and now what do we do. Money does not grow on trees, I work very hard 6 days a week to provide my family with the necessities they need. Ive worked the entire time this pandemic has been going on and do I get compensated for going to work, NO the people that dont go to work are getting extra Money every week, how is that fair. We simply dont have the money to spend on another vehicle. Is this the kind of hometown business your running, sell a car that doesnt even last a year. Im just a hard working citizen that will never get ahead because of businesses like yourself. Thanks for selling me and my family a piece of junk.

1st class dealership all the way!!! The salesman, Ryan is the best Ive met since moving here almost 2 years ago. He went above and beyond to make my purchase enjoyable. He set up my upgrades and had me a loaner vehicle while upgrades were installed. We had only used 1 dealership in OKC for past 15 years and had been spoiled by the customer service there. Bought a car from Bobby Duby in March. They gave a three month warranty with the car. I ended up having some issues with it right after buying and Bobby Duby communicated with the shop, helped out and honored that warranty for work that needed to be done. Best detour I have ever made! My salesmen was Brad, he was informative, kind, a little silly and most of knew the ins and outs of my new/used 2018 KIA Forte! I don’t see how a reputable dealer can sell me a used car at excellent condition call back the car to fix 6 times & today I found out the tires they placed on when purchased were flagged. They were not recommend size and endangered my children and I. Very shameful especially for a business that represents themselves as a reputable dealer.

My husband and I were looking for a very specific used car, and Bobby Duby had it! We also wanted to do a trade of our older car. Our worry... we were in Wyoming and they were in Texas.After an initial phone call and several emails, the plan was in motion and a meeting for later that week was arranged at a half-way point. We were still a bit nervous about such a long-distance transaction until our salesman George responded with this, ...once you meet our driver and see the vehicle, you can take all the time you need to inspect it, drive it and make sure you are satisfied completely. If you are, sign the buyers order and make the deal. If you are not, you can send our driver back with no hard feelings. What a refreshing relief it was to read that!George, Todd (finances), and the driver, were friendly, thorough, prompt and honest--EVERYTHING you desire in a transaction of this magnitude. I love this place! I purchased a car from there last year then decided I wanted a truck. On a Sunday I drove around and looked at trucks and made a list of the ones I liked, that following Monday I went and looked at them, I was appalled at how pushy those sails-men were at other lots (I know their job is to sale vehicles but this was terrible) I ended back at Bobby Duby and used the same sames guy as last time (Keith) he is very nice and will take the time to work with you. ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! We purchased 2 vehicles from them along with the extended warranty to make sure we were fully covered considering we were purchasing used vehicles. We utilized the warranty literally once on each vehicle for the major issues they were having that were not seen in the beginning. On our SUV we purchased there was NOTHING stated about the warranty being a limited amount of years or miles whichever happened to come first. Well the actuator went out on our SUV and because I knew nothing about the year time frame this worthless warranty had and we still have 1,800 to go before the warranty of miles that was explained to us was up so I called the automotive shop that does, well did, business with them that we were told to take our vehicles to when needing them fixed; only to find out that the worthless no good warranty was expired and even if it was not expired the warranty WAS NOT GOING TO COVER the issue at hand with our SUV. Warranty said that the actuator was not listed in the items they covered. Well the warranty LITERALLY just went out and when I called Josh at Bobby Duby to see if there was anything we could do about this so that I was not having to come out of pocket so much money, he literally responded no, and he has no idea what was said in the room when we signed our paperwork with Todd so there is nothing they can do to help. Well what is funny when our other car was needing fixed and the warranty was EXPIRED, they sure did pull those strings. Now Im not saying I want hand outs or anything but when you are told that your warranty is BUMPER TO BUMPER THEN THAT IS WHAT IT SHOULD MEAN!!!! NOT WELL ITS NOT ON THIS LIST OF ITEMS SO NO ITS NOT COVERED! Yeah they sure do stick to their jingle and instead of, BOBBY DUBY SOLD IT TO ME IT NEEDS TO SAY, BOBBY DUBY STUCK IT TO ME & SCREWED ME because they truly do NOT care about then end story with what happens to their vehicles. They are ridiculously priced and once they get their money they are done. I am sure they pick and chose who they help and dont help. We wont be returning there that is for sure.

As a graduation present my wife and I decided to buy our son a car. We were looking for a very specific color and options package. After two weeks of searching and contacting dealer after dealer only to have to sacrifice color or options or both to fit our budget we finally expanded our search radius. This is when we found Bobby Duby Motors. Too bad it was in Amarillo, TX and I was in Atlanta, GA. Also they had just received the car so they didnt even have a price or pictures posted yet. But what does a phone call hurt, right?Enter George.So my intial contact was with George who within an hour had me a price and all the details on the car. All help, no pressure. Yes I think were on to something, but I have to clear it through the boss, I mean wife.Enter Bobby.The next day I call back but apparently they give George days off. What are they thinking, I want a car! But who answers the phone? The Big Man, the Head Honcho, yes Mr Bobby Duby himself. So me being the shrewd trader I am, it was time to enter into some serious negotiations. After hours of arm twisting I got the price I wanted. Well actually it was more like two 10-15 minute hilarious phone calls where we talked more about baseball than the car and price a little lower than the original quote because lets face it if that wasnt a good price I wouldnt have called back much less considered driving 1,100 miles.Enter Keith.This guy dotted all the Is and crossed all the Ts. He made the whole structuring of the deal and financing very painless. Without this guy all the the agreements Bobby and I made would have been pretty worthless.Enter RobbieI asked if they could meet me in OK City to turn my 3 day trip into a 2 day trip and without hesitation they said no problem. Met with Robbie who couldnt have been a nicer guy (do you see tend), inspected a beautiful car, signed all the paperwork and turned over my trade in all in about 20 minutes.Exit MarcThanks to George, Keith, Robbie and especially Bobby. The car is exactly what we were looking for at a price we could afford, the experience was great and my only regret is I didnt get to meet the​ wonder people from Bobby Duby Motors in person.
