We had a horrible experience with Culligan, and after talking with many of our friends and neighbors, it seems like many others have also and that its well known to avoid using Culligan. We were thrilled to purchase a home with a water softener and RO system already installed. However, after purchasing, Culligan came to teach us about the system without informing us that this system belongs specifically to Culligan, and not to us, the new homeowners. We only assumed they were trying to sell their services. They then sent us a bill for the balance the original owners had. Per the words of the salesperson, its a scare tactic to get people to call us back. In my opinion, its a bad way to do business in a small town. We will NEVER use them, and found a MUCH cheaper (not to mention more respectable!) alternative.

I called because I was feeling I did not have the softness in the water I was used to. They sent the expert immediately, checked the settings and confirmed all was properly set. When he tested the water it showed it was not as soft as it should be. Hot water heater had filled with non soft water. Indeed within a couple days it was back to normal. I have a small house near Albuquerque that has Culligan. The company that installed it does not compare to Amarillo in customer service.

We have had Culligan service for years, water softener and RO drinking water. Great people to deal with. David came out last time and took care of a small leak we had. Same day service and very polite and courteous. Thanks for caring so much for your customers..

I took over the Culligan water system at my new home from the previous owners. Jimmy and his team were very helpful with explaining how the system worked and what services they provide. They even checked in on me a month after to make sure everything was working like I wanted it to. They regularly drop off and fill up the salt. I would highly recommend Culligan.

We’ve had Culligan for years. It makes our Amarillo water taste great, no “floaties” in your glass, no chlorine taste or smell. I get the water softener and the drinking water, very inexpensive, very affordable we dont have to go out and buy water anymore! and Danny love was excellent excellent at installing and Jimmy, the manager, personally made my experience stress free!

I have the whole house system and it is awesome! I used to have horrible scaling, water spots on the dishes, and had to replace my dishwasher because of the water.
