Owner refuses to repair mercury motors on warranty. You get added to his waiting list. Been on this list for 8 months as of this review and still have not been able to get in. Owner complains about the boat not being purchased from him, says I should drive it 8 hours to where I got the boat (during the pandemic when no boats could be had her locally). Mercury is not any better at holding them accountable either.

5 stars all the way!I believe it’s easy for a business to look good when everything goes right. But the true sign of a good business is how they handle issues when they go wrong.Long story short, my boat was delayed 4 months due to Covid shutdowns and shipping delays from the manufacture. Eddie from Parker Boats stayed in contact with me the whole time. I bet he answered 50 emails from me and who knows how many phone calls. Eddie even offered to return my deposit if I was unwilling to wait on the manufacture. During the wait, my credit union financing expired. Eddie was able to get me financed through his connections and at a better rate. I asked the boat manufacture to comp me a mooring cover for waiting so long, they refused. Eddie on the other hand comped me the $800+ boat cover without hesitation. He said, you deserve this for waiting as patiently as you did. I though that was a class act. It obvious to me that Parker Boats is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

I have purchased leisure and recreation vehicles in the past however Parker Boats is above and beyond the personal touch and hometown service I expect from my vehicle dealers. This family owned business offers nothing but great conversation helpful tips and putting the customer first! If you are in the market for a new boat look no further than Parker Boats in Amarillo Texas I consider driving to Oklahoma to bass pro but was able to find exactly what I wanted here with better service and a great parts and mechanics department. I am all about shopping local and making relationships that will last. Thank you Parker Boats for such a smooth experience.

Wanting to keep business local, I ordered a complete bravo one Outdrive. Paid $7000. When it came time to pick the part up I was told that all I ordered was an upper, not a complete drive. Absolutely no one else, anywhere, charges $7000 for just an upper. $4000 at the most. Google it. Speaks volumes about the companies integrity. I will never recommend them for anything. The only good I have to say is they refunded my money quickly.

Recently purchased a 2005 Bass Tracker 175. The boat was used and had multiple issues. Eddy at Parker boats addressed all of the issues in a timely fashion. The boat is running great, and I am happy with the result. I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used boat to go and see Eddy and his team.

I cant speak highly enough of the customer service here! As far as the pricing goes, I cant say much because I havent shopped here enough. But as I was in the store there was a customer spending thousands of dollars in there and I was buying just one small propeller and they treated me no different then the customer spending a bunch of money. Incredibly friendly staff and very helpful! They gained a fan with me!

My wife and I purchased a few Yamaha Waverunners in the DFW area a few seasons ago and found Parker Boats when we moved to Amarillo. Being so far away from any major bodies of water, were lucky to have a place like this in town. The service team has always been great in the past. This year we decided to upgrade the Waverunners for something the rest of the family can enjoy. Im a novice for all things mechanical and boating. They helped us decide on a Yamaha AR240, and made sure we were 100% comfortable and confident before driving off the lot. We had a blast hanging out at the lake yesterday! Thanks Parker Boats!Side note: For all those reviewers complaining about cheaper deals, or better pricing...1)I checked around and yes, the pricing here is a tad higher, but not astronomical. 2) Im happy to spend the extra money and support a local business.

Service Department very helpful and stocked for everything needed for repairs or fun. Sales staff dont try to sell more than you want, knowledgeable, and answer phone questions after the sale. Parker Boats stand behind their products. 2020 BOATS ARE COMING IN BY THE TRUCKLOADS.

Being a first time watercraft buyer, I was apprehensive about the preliminary process considering this is uncharted territory for me. The first day I walked in and was looking throughout the showroom, I sought guidance from a staff member who happened to be a parts/service gentleman. He was so helpful in informing me of various options and suggested I come to their boat show that weekend. Upon my second visit, I met with Dudley and he was extraordinary in showing me options and explaining everything in detail. He was not pushy nor was he talking outside my knowledgeable scope. He made me very comfortable and helped guide me to make the perfect decision on my purchase. Until the very day we picked up our jet skis, he was right there every step of the way. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience!! This is a class act group and I will do future business with them without question. A 5 star rating...hands down!!!

Very rude staff and they treated myself and my friend like we were stupid women. Went in there to see about hitches and kayak mounts for truck, and Im a farm girl I know about hitches and towing. I so dont need a an elementary explanation about hitches and bumpers. Other than that they had really cool stuff.

Awful customer service, lying to make a sell, prolonged repair time, not fixing the problem and claiming they are fixed, none negotiable price. My full review is down below if you want to know the full story.Summer of 2015 they sold us a 2010 Tige Z1 claiming it was in perfect running condition. We then bought it for 40,000 (now that I have done more research we over paid by 15,000) thinking that we were getting the deal of the century. After we bought it they told us that they were going to check it and we would be able to pick it up the next day. We got all call the next day saying that they had found a couple problems with the engine and transmission but that it would run for at least the summer and they would fix it during the winter when we werent using it. We then took it to the lake the next week and it started smoking 10 after on the lake. So we packed up and took it in to Parker s boat that same day. They told us that they would look at us and would get it all fixed and back to us as soon as possible. This causes a problem with that we planned on going us to Lake of the Ozark in two days. We picked it up the day we were supposed to leave and they werent really sure that they had fixed the problem. We were then at the lake later that week and realized that we were taking on lots tons of water and always having to run the bilge pump. This means that they had now sold us a boats with a hole in the hull a messed up transmission, engine, and exhaust. We finished our week at the lake running in to many problems during the week including overheating, broken tower, broken taps system, and starter that only worked half the time. We only had the boat for 3 weeks so far and have had countless problems. We took the boat back and they said that they would have it fixed in a couple weeks so that we could enjoy the rest of our summer with the boat. We didnt see the boat tell February it took them 6 months to fix everything that they claimed would only take a week. We also bought it with all the problems that they claimed didnt exist. We got it back went to the lake the later that week and immediately over heated and had exhaust everywhere. (Another lake day ruined due to problems that werent supposed to exist) take it back to the shop they say that they would look at it and see whats wrong this time. This time the problem was when they put in the new exhaust they had forgotten to take out the packing inside ruining a brand new exhaust. Took them a month to get the new exhaust in and install it. Once we got it back we went for 2 more lake trips before anything big happen again. On our fourth trip to the lake since winter we were cruising to our favorite spot for wakeboarding and wake surfing. As we were cruising the wakeboard rack broke off slamming our wakesurf on to the broken screw putting a hole threw it. Knowing that we wouldnt have the boat for another month so they could get us a new rack we finished the day with a broken rack and all the boards in the boat with us. When we took it back to the shop they claimed we were lying to them and we must have been hanging on it or ran it into something. They said they were going to double charge us for the labor. We took perfect care of our boat and none of this damage was caused by us and yet they blamed it on us not even taking responsibility for the problems that we bought it with. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the customer service and care they offered us.

Mechanics dont ever know what the problem is, unwilling to negotiate prices ever, awful customer service. You will be better off getting your boat in Dallas or up in Oklahoma.
