⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I cannot praise Panhandle Eurotech enough.5 stars is not adequate. These guys are absolutely fantastic. My wife was stranded in Amarillo, Texas - alone - and their team took fabulous care of her and her car. They diagnosed the problem and took the appropriate steps. I cannot say enough good things. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. And just really good people. Thank you guys and especially Presley! Scott H.
The people at Panhandle Eurotech are professional and helpful. I really like the vehicle inspection report they email to me. I trust them to take care of my vehicles.
Panhandle Eurotech performed service on both my diesel gl Mercedes and M5 BMW. Their work was excellent. I really appreciate them and will return in the future and recommend them to all my friends. I will never drive to Dallas again to service my BMW.Thanks again guys!!Leslie McCaleb
They got my baby back up and purring in less than a day! Their prices are reasonable and the service was amazing! For breaking down away from home this shop was a lifesaver. They sent me texts every step of the way and called with everything they found. Wish I had them at home.
These guys will take care of your car and do the job right! If there are ever any issues they will do what they can to ensure you are super satisfied! Theyve serviced my VW GTI and always do an excellent job! Super professional and excellent customer service. The best place in town if youve got a European model needing serviced!
My Husband hired this company to work on a 2008 mercedes benz diesel. the vehicle has undercarriage vibration and that was the main concern with this vehicle. after the vehicle was diagnosed we were told the turbo was missing a gasket and that was causing the issue also it needed the injectors as well since the vehicle was loosing power. $1600 later the vehicle still has the vibration which is another $1700.00 to fix that. originally the diagnostic should had included the vibration issue which for whatever reason they did not check for. i guess they wanted to make the sure money by fixing other issues instead of my main concern. We wont be hiring these people again! i rather not give a star but i cannot post without any star
I brought my wifes Audi Q7 S-Line in for service. I was having issues with the AC and with the engine . These guys quickly diagnosed the problem. They Literally went through the entire vehicle and inspected for wear .They even took pictures of the entire inspection and findings. This type of service blew my mind . I was very impressed with panhandle Eurotech. When my vehicle was ready I did not have a ride .These guys arranged a Uber to pick me up free of charge. Its been 6 weeks since I got my Audi repaired . So Far so good ! Will definitely do Business again !
I really dislike leaving negative remarks about a business, but I feel like this could benefit someone from having this happen to them. Panhandle Eurotech was recommended to me because I have a foreign car, and I thought they were a reputable local company. Needless to say, I paid $500+ for an oil change and to get all lightbulbs changed. I provided the lightbulbs myself to save an additional expense, and was assured they were the same bulbs they used and it would be fine to use the brand new bulbs I provided. After 3 months of having my bulbs replaced they needed to be replaced AGAIN. Due to my busy schedule I had a hard time getting back into PE. This was a blessing in disguise because I used Kleinstadt here in Amarillo and they charged me $79 for the bulb AND the replacement. I was advised from PE (Panhandle Euro) that my bill was so high because of the labor. Apparently, the bumper had to be removed to replace the lightbulbs. Ironic, this wasnt an issue at Kleinstadt. They DID NOT have to remove my bumper, and I waited on my car while they changed the bulbs which was finished in less than 30 minutes. Again, this is just my attempt to help another person out when theyre looking for a local company to use. Customer service was great at Panhandle Eurotech, but I just feel like I was ripped off. Lesson learned, do your research before getting a car repair!
I will never take my Mercedes to the dealership again for service. This place is GREAT.
I took my 2016 Audi A3, with a high speed vibration to Panhandle Eurotech, the folks had it for a day, and performed a number of diagnostic test to rule out all possible issues. Mechanically the car was sound, it turned out to be aftermarket wheels causing the issue. The shop chose to give me the car back @ no charge with the simple promise to continue to consider them for any future issues and maintenance. I will be back. Excellent service and almost hourly updates on resolutions. Professional.
I have taken my vehicles to Eurotech for some years now and they have always been professional and upfront on the costs and schedule of repairs or maintenance. I appreciate that they are always ready whenever the appointment is scheduled and also that they keep me updated on inspections via text and e-mail attached with images. I have recommended them in the past without hesitation.
This is easily the best place I’ve taken a vehicle! The guys that work here are very professional and very knowledgeable. Nick kept us in the looped called with updates. They take pictures and email you a link with all the information from the diagnostic. We will defiantly be back here for our auto needs.
Little expensive for the amount of work that I had done..... But other than that superb customer service, and quality of work. Its a trade off lol. Would still recommend for anyone with a foreign car
You are absolutely doing yourself a disservice by going anywhere but here. Their customer service is amazing, their estimates are incredibly thorough and detailed with pictures and a full description of the issue, and they will walk you through every step of the way in a repair. I can’t believe the outstanding job they did on my car. I will absolutely be bringing my cars there every time and I genuinely urge anyone especially if you have a BMW to take your car here first!
Great shop they only use oem parts, they warranty all of their work, and the don’t throw parts at the problem they do the work and solve the issue right the first time.
Excellent car care and repair!!!! Friendly, helpful staff and quick turnaround service. One of the best shops in my book. Highly recommend them if you need your vehicle worked on.
Performed service as requested in a timely manner.
Diagnosed wrong parts from previous work at another shop, replaced with the correct parts. Truck was ready next day which was a day ahead of estimated time!! Fast friendly reliable serviceThanks guys
Those guys are awesome,,,I was traveling through Texas to Vegas,And I had a lil mishaps with my car,,,Tney went beyond great customer service to get me what I needed,,,Thanks again guys,,Jai,white E550,
Outstanding and VERY fair pricing to check out recently bought Jaguar XKRNow we have had a second very positive experience when mice put dry dog food into our heating and air on the car. Bob made at least two followup calls. the problem required the entire dash to be removed but the result was excellent. i highly recommend
I cant say enough about these guys. I was travelling up to Colorado and had a clunky noise in the front end of my Honda Accord. This is never a good sign, so I went to the shop at 8am and they took me right in. They were very welcoming from the start and quickly diagnosed the problem. It took them at least a half hour, but they did not charge me anything. Great people!
This is THE shop to bring your high end vehicle to for maintenance and repairs. They know domestic and international makes and models, and are professional, with regular updates while your baby is in their care.
Ive been a customer of Panhandle Eurotech from practically day one... many years ago now... and wouldnt take my cars for service anywhere else! Integrity and professionalism are keys to their success. If there are any issues with a repair performed, its quickly addressed and taken care of. Happy customers are repeat customers. And dont left the name fool you... while they are experts at foreign car services and repairs they are just as skilled with cars made in the good old USA! In fact many of the higher profile dealers in town have them service and repair used high end cars prior to resale... something their own service departments cant handle!
Great work and followup on cars
If you want it done right.
Was told a service would cost between $180-220 to have my car looked at and perform the task I had asked about and after 2 days of having my car they called and informed me it was going to be $650 to diagnose it. I was furious and was told I could come pickup my car as it was. When I got there I explained how unpleased I was with the fact I was lied to and they did not charge me. I popped my hood before leaving the parking lot and they had left half of my intake off of my car.
These guys are excellent - top-notch service from start to finish. Moving from Plano.. I was a little worried about finding a new service center, for my Porsche, in Amarillo. I badly need a brake job and Panhandle saved the day. The prices are reasonable, service is superior and the work is flawless. I am now a loyal customer.
Everyone looks for that perfect auto repair shop. No up sell. Repair whats needed, forecasts whats coming up. Friendly, easy to talk to. If thats the kind of shop your looking for....this is it.I will only have my cars serviced at Euro Tech.
They’re very good at what they do especially since most shops aren’t versed on import vehicles. They diagnosed problem on my vehicle and got the go ahead to fix it and on pickup, they issued me a detailed report of what they did from start to finish and Bob, the lead guy and his crew are very courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.
These folks know foreign cars. Theyve been willing to work with us on several items.
I had over $2,000 in car repairs done by Panhandle Eurotech. My experience with Chris and Robert the owners was and is incredible. Each job I had done was done with perfection and for a very reasonable rate. I referred Eurotech to my co-workers as well. Their experience mirrors mine exactly! Robert and Chris expertise and honesty is astounding! I highly recommend this company for any kind of automotive repair.
Dropped my 2017 VW in for an oil change and service. They had it done in about 2 hours. Good experience.
Great customer service!!! Sent a great and detailed diagnostic list with pictures. And have reasonable prices.
Great shop fair price and honest. Highly recommend.
I cant say enough positive things about the entire crew at Panhandle Eurotech. My wife and I were traveling from Colorado to Florida in a Mercedes Benz Sprinter motorhome. We had only recently acquired the RV and this was our first trip. While driving we were getting persistent oil level error messages. We assumed the oil was over filled but we wanted to make sure it wasnt a faulty sensor. It did turn out to be too much oil, so a simple fix was all we needed.......but we got so much more. I called after hours on a Sunday and left a message. Within 30 minutes I got a response and after a few text messages I had an appointment first thing Monday morning. We were waiting outside the shop before they opened. We were greeted right away and a technician immediately started troubleshooting the problem. Within an hour the oil level was corrected, the sensor was tested and we were back on the road. The next day we received a call from one of the Eurotech team members checking to see if we had problems or if the warning lights had come on for any reason. We had nothing to report and were trouble-free for the remainder of our trip (4 weeks and 5000 miles). On the final day of our trip home we got another follow-up call from Eurotech. They wanted to make sure we were doing fine and had a positive experience with the service they had done for us. The guys at Eurotech really care about their customers and the work they do is top notch at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Had a little trouble with our BMW 750LI. Chris and his team found the problem, fixed it and got us back on the road. We are so grateful for their efforts. We had to spend the night there to get it fixed, but we drove another 3000 miles while on vacation without a single problem. Thank you Chris.
These gentlemen did a great job on my BMW. They were quick to give me an estimate and the work was completed efficiently. They even washed my car and reset my clock while it was in their possession! Loved their customer service and the ability to explain in detail the work that needed to be done.
These guys were very professional and took my car in a timely matter. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Robert and team!
They have always provided great, timely service to my car. They call to notify you of any additional services your car may need before they finish it up, and give you a heads up on maintenance services that will need to be performed soon. Started coming here from a personal reccomendation from a co-worker, have not been disappointed. Cheaper than the dealership.
I took my bmw 328i in because during a flood the under side of my car got ripped to shreds and I hit a curb, totalling my tie rod (I think thats whats called). Anyway lots of work required as the car steering wheel had to be turned nearly all the way to the right to drive straight. Good service, good pricing and when I took it back to them concerned over a noise I thought was related to their work, they reinspected it and advised me what the problem was without a second charge. I would recommend to anyone who has a luxury vehicle that they need help with.
Great quality of work with a great price. They have worked on everything from my 95 Chevy truck to my BMW X5 diesel. Friendly staff
Great place for oil changes on my V.W.
These guys have always been friendly and understanding of my less than smart decisions related to my driving and car. Bob that works there always keeps me posted on any progress regarding my vehicle. Ive frequented this so multiple times, its the only place I bring my car too.
You guys are a life saver in a sea of broken machines, yall really helped us go in the right direction with the 2 shop truck we had up there. Very professional about there work and research, much help and much love, thanks again guys from Amarillo Steam Team.
Friday the 13th in Amarillo, monsoons push water on to i40 and my engine sucks in too much water. Had to get home to Tucson. Got a rental next morning and have my car towed to Panhandle. Panhandle does a massive amount of work, engine swap, major surgery. Five days ago I fly to Amarillo to get my car. Its better than before if thats possible. Picked me up at the airport and brought my 09 mb wagon back from the dead. Thank you so much, very pleased!
I contacted Panhandle Eurotech after reading great reviews about them online. My son has a 2004 Audi Allroad, and is at University in the Panhandle area, I live in Australia. Bob and Kirsty were amazing from start to finish, they kept me informed at all times as to what was needed to repair my sons car. My son wont be taking his car anywhere else for servicing, whilst hes at University in the Panhandle area. Thank you again Panhandle Eurotech, you were a pleasure to deal with.
Great people dedicated to serving the customers
They work on domestic and import cars, but the best place in town to trust with your BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc. Very knowledgeable and professional guys.
Mercedes work was done well BELOW dealership price service was prompt and communication was excellent.....Robert is the owner and wants to GROW his business. HE CARES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I received the absolute worst quality of work from Panhandle Eurotech. Here’s my story:I brought in my 2011 BMW 3-Series after debris on the road punctured my oil pan. It took nearly 2 and a half weeks for them to put on a splash shield and replace a oil pan. After picking up my vehicle from Panhandle Eurotech(the first time) it wasn’t 15 miles until their “quality work” was presented; the splash shield was improperly connected underneath and caused it to drag viciously. Additionally, when replacing my oil pan they forgot to place a seal this caused a vacuum seal leak( turning my check engine light on) making it undrivable. This was on a Friday so again I was left with out a vehicle. I called immediatley to bring it to their attention. After speaking with Chris he gracefully apologized for the poor quality of work I had received and agreed to have it towed back to their shop to fix their mistake. I had to wait till Monday before any work on my car could start since they are closed weekends. It wasn’t until Wednesday when Chris called me to tell me my vehicle was ready to pick up. I wish this experience ended there but unfortunately it wasn’t. Oil pan issue was resolved thankfully. Splash shield was bolted on to a broken splitter underneath. This splitter was obviously coming off very soon. Which I know for a fact they were aware of (Apparently Chris was not aware. Shows lack of communication within their shop) because I had personally spoken with kelly an assistant about replacing that splitter with another one on multiple occasions. She helped search for a new splitter. After taking off the broken splitter unaware that they used it for bolting the splash shield; a slight bump displaced it from its position, again causing it to drag and break off. I came to speak with Chris again. Extremely frustrated from this experience with his shops quality of work I presented to him the issue that occurred and mentioned to him what I thought about his employees poor quality work. His simple answer was “ we’ll take it off but we are not replacing the shield.” I said ok fine, but thought he should be aware that a poor review was in the near future for his shop. He responded with “ you can take it off yourself then” and walked back off into the building.I am extremely disappointed in Panhandle Eurotech after this experience and would suggest people look elsewhere for future work to be done on their vehicles.
I own a classic 1975 BMW 2002 that I drove coast to coast. The car is a lot of fun to drive and it performed flawlessly other than an oil filter that may not have been installed correctly. On the journey back from Florida, I began to note irregular problems with the starter. With the help of kind strangers, I managed to get from New Orleans to Amarillo, Texas, yesterday by popping the clutch after a helpful push or a downhill drift. By the time I arrived in Amarillo I also had difficulty shifting gears. This morning, after a good night at an Amarillo hotel, I attempted to pop the clutch to start the car, but I could not get the transmission into first gear. Based on the research I did, I had AAA tow the car to Panhandle Eurotech after a brief conversation with one of the owners, Chris. I told Chris that I was certain that the starter was bad. I also told him about the difficulty shifting gears. Chris said he would look the car over and get back to me soon as he was aware that I was anxious to return to northern California. He had Trevor, his quality assurance staffer, drive me back to my hotel. About an hour later I got a call from Chris. His initial diagnosis was that the starter was fine after tightening connections. He also explained that an oil change was necessary because the filter was ruined. As to the clutch, Chris had not driven the car yet to have a more informed view. I okayed the oil change and encouraged Chris to drive the car. Later today Chris explained that the problem shifting was due to either a faulty master cylinder or slave. It would take three days to get the parts in. I did not want to wait. Chris explained that it was possible that the work he did would get me back to California, but he also said it was unpredictable and it was possible that the problem could recur sooner. I appreciate the time Chris took to explain the risk as well as his efforts to quickly get me back on the road. One other unique experience for me was the role of the quality assurance staffer. Before I was contacted to pick up the car, Trevor made sure that the problems I noted as well as his own check list were addressed. In that process additional fine tuning was done. What I will note is that shifting is much smoother. In addition, the heat and vent controls are functioning much better. Before handing the keys to the car back to me, Chris explained the work he did and then showed me how he wanted me to check the oil filter while on the road. I did not mention to Chris the previous incident with a failed filter until then. Chris pointed out the potential causes and emphasized the importance of checking the filter with every gas fill. He even had rags and rubber gloves given to me to make it easier. The trip continues at 6am tomorrow.January 17, 2016: I arrived home to northern California on Thursday the 14th as originally planned. Halfway during the 9 hour drive from Amarillo to Texas the difficulty shifting began to recur. A search of Flagstaff vintage BMW mechanics led me to Kens Import Service. I told them that I was on my way from Amarillo and would arrive just before they closed for the day. I shared Chris diagnosis and an emergency overnight order of the clutch slave cylinder was completed after verification that the cylinder was leaking. The part arrived the next day, was installed, and I left for California the following morning. Chris called me on Friday to ask me about the journey. I told him that his diagnosis and concerns about when the problems with the clutch would recur were accurate. If his shop was in California I would be a regular customer. The money he saved me by not having to purchase a remanufactured starter paid for the diagnostics, oil change, and bleeding of the clutch. I am a very satisfied customer. The follow-up call was a complete surprise, but is an indication of how thorough Panhandle Eurotech Automotive is. Beyond that, I was impressed by Chris knowledge of the more than 40 year old E10 series. All import owners in Amarillo are fortunate to have such a resource.
Great Customer Service and they take care of our cars!
Highly recommend!!
Very smart guys
Not the sharpest crayons in the box working here. High dollar, not worth it.
Oil change was good, but they also recommended a transmission flush at 65k miles for my car which is incorrect according to the manual, you shouldnt touch the trans unless there are problems, please dont recommend unnecessary services that may cause problems.
They will get it done right for you. European or Domestic.
Honest, Amazing, Affordable!
Great place
A+ service every time!!!
Great
