Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly. They took care of my body work and you cant even tell there was anything wrong. They took care of it in a timely manner. When my car was finished they had detailed the inside of it and washed the car on the outside. It looked like a new car. Needless to say I was very happy with moss Body Shop. They also took care of everything with the insurance company.

We have always used Moss but only for hail damage. In my humble opinion, their work is the best. My vehicles always come back as good as they were before the Ice storm or hail damage. I would recommend them to anyone. And something else the inside of my cars are always clean, just like they were when i bought them.

They did an awesome job fixing the dent on my truck, it looks better then when I bought it! They were very accommodating with my timeline of needing my truck back.

I have use Moss Body shop twice on the past but recently had a major wreck, filed a claim with insurance company and need to schedule appointment for an estimate. This complete JACKASS in the office wants to explain how my insurance company does business with him for 25 years and they dont do estimates and couldnt get my last name right..... Well Im glad you do represent State Farm because now Im calling in Legal Representation at this point. You should let prospective customers finished talking instead of cutting off being rude and think you know all because the screenshot below clearly states estimate pending........ YOU JACKASS!!

I’ve never had to go to a body shop before so I chose Moss based off of previous reviews. Let me just say I’ll never take my business anywhere else. They have the best customer service and quality. Not only did they repair my car perfectly, it looked better than when I drove it off the car lot, but they also detailed my car and left me a shirt before giving it back to me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their hard work and dedication to their customers. 10/10 recommend!

They were great! I think they took extra steps to not only make my car “ look like new” but they also cleaned it. It was delightful. I never got to meet Seth, but he answered my questions, and explained the steps they were taking to fix my car! I would use them again, but I am hoping I don’t have to!!!

My car was involved in a hit and run while parked in front of my house and once my insurance gave them the go ahead, they got my car done in 5 business days and she looks better now then when she went in. We have been taking our vehicles to Moss Body Shop for years and are always amazed with their entire operation. Most recently I had my 13 year old Corolla repaired. It looks good as new. Joe was so nice and explained everything to me. He even did some touch up at no charge. And the car was spotless when I picked it up. Absolutely the BEST!!

Moss body shop was courteous, efficient, and communicated well for updates and realistic expectations of the situation.I needed repair to a minor fender bender to the drivers rear fender well area. The body shop did an excellent job restoring the damage to like new appearance; as far as realigning the tank gas cover, tail light assembly, paint job, and wheel alignment. (Bonus: They were also able to replace the hubcap as well. )It was very convenient that enterprise “rent-a-car” was literally directly across the street from the body shop.I recommend to those who need auto body repair.

Actually the repairs were completed several days ahead of time. When I picked up the car, it was so clean it look new like when I first bought it. I was really impressed.

These people do a great job. They communicated with us while our vehicles are there, keeping us updated on the timeline for the repairs. If they dont answer the phone, you can leave a message and they will call back. They dont give a bunch of excuses or any of that typical run around. Our vehicles always come back detailed and looking great. Great work-like it never even happened! Only body shop we use and we will continue to use them.

I was rear ended 2 days before Christmas. As soon as Moss got my vehicle, they began the process of getting my car fixed. I received texts throughout the entire process and Jimmy was always extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. I explained my situation to them about my rental policy being met and they put a rush on my vehicle so I wouldn’t have to shell out more money. Working with Moss was the most positive, painless experience out of this entire wreck situation. Good honest, quality work. Stuff taken from car. workers were nice and paid to settle it but still claims it must’ve happened before the car got to them which isn’t true. went to get stuff out of car several days after dropping off and glove box was rifled through with everything on the floor, cigarette butt on the floor, stuff missing from middle console, food from the glove box had been half eaten and left by the cup holders.
