Because of Covid, the supply chain is really suffering. We ordered a couch from Ashley furniture over 3 months ago and still havent received it. American Freight does have a pretty good selection of furniture in stock, I just think the prices are a little high. They also have appliances so if you want something now and dont want to wait on supply chains issues to get resolved, I would recommend checking them out. They may negotiate on price, I didnt try to barter.

This store’s employees are outstanding. They are above and beyond. Our purchase was not perfect; however, the resolution and caring staff was. We bought a dishwasher from Danny. When hooking it up, it was broken. We returned it and exchanged it quickly and easily. The service was so good, in fact, that when we needed a washer, we knew just where to go! This time Sherri helped us. Again, outstanding service. She even took her own personal time and resources to help us figure out a huge issue we had getting it into a small closet. I do not know what I would have done without her. The guys loading and unloading are also professional and genuinely nice. They whip appliances around quickly and with ease. I still need a refrigerator, stove, and vent hood. This will be the place I buy them. These guys EARNED a customer for life! I tell anyone who will listen about them!

I came in to look around, I was immediately greeted by Tarrah and Nick. Tarrah showed me a great selection of furniture and mattresses. I was very pleased with the environment and friendliness there.

Went in on a Tuesday about an hour before closing. Danny was very helpful in telling us about the sofa we were looking at and the warranty that is offered. When I went back on Thursday to purchase and make arrangements for pick-up. Alan was very helpful with that and very quick about getting me in and out. Even though it was quick we had a brief visit about football. :) We are thrilled with the sofa purchase and will go to American Freight first for future appliance and furniture purchases. We had to come to Amarillo from Canyon after 5 pm on a Sunday night because our washing machine broke without warning! We were very thankful to find American Freight was open. Sherri helped us to find exactly what we needed, got us set up with a warranty, our new washing machine wrapped, and we were loaded & headed home just after 6 pm!!!Our new washer is very nice and in perfect condition!!!This was one of the easiest and fastest large appliance purchases I have ever made!!! We will definitely be returning in the future for more large appliance purchases!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! Sherri was absolutely fantastic!!! The men in the warehouse were very friendly and helpful as they loaded our washer into our pickup.

First clerk completely ignored me and I was within 2 feet of her. Finally caught an older gentleman who was very helpful and I thought I would come back and buy a washer dryer from him. But thought of another question and turned back and headed towards 3 salespeople standing there. Got almost to them and all 3 turned and walked the other way. So I left.

Jeremy went to great lengths to help me get a recliner after my knee surgery. I couldnt get out nor walk without crutches so he picked out my recliner at my request. Browse through the location, friendly helpful staff. Yes I purchased a snow blower last June, less than half reg price, new in box. Large inventory along with craftsman, lots of home products as well.

This store is bad business and false advertisement. Cant say you do delivery but then cant deliver. Waited a week in a half for a 400$ loveseat and did not receive it. Then was misinformed about my couch being there one day they told me would come in and then call that day its not there. Then tell me to wait Tuesday. Ahh no....

I actually had an awesome experience. I got online and found a super high tech washer since mine broke and I was drowning in a weeks worth of laundry. Sears Outlet has financing but also has prices out if this world. I bought my washer online.It is a top of tbe line Maytag with a commercial size top loader! Anywjere else it would have cost $900 or more. I got it on line since it was brand new but out of box for just $497! Then they had it waiting for me at the store when i arrived!Not only was the the easiest time in my life to purchase an appliance but this washer will fit a king comforter, 4 to 5 medium to large towels amd is quite as a mouse!I say before you make mistake of rent to own or before you buy used check out the deals at the Sears Outlet it is totally worth it!

I will say the sales associate was good but the service delivery install was a night mare with this place I spent over 300 more to have it done correctly and had to pick up my own purchase I would NOT recommend this store

As a large apartment complex we normally deal with much larger out of state vendors, it was quite refreshing to be reminded of the great customer service you get when you stay in your own back yard. We visited American Freight (AF) (Store #4025) on 34th and Coulter today to assess dryers and check out deals. I did not plan to actually make a purchase today. However, the salesperson, Frenchy, was awesome! He was engaged from the moment my brother and I entered the store. I loved that he also wore a mask and maintained social distancing. Most importantly, the sale was too good to pass up, and I received a 10% military discount. Overall, I was very pleased with customer service and the sale. Frenchy is a definite asset to the AF. Because of his attentiveness and knowledge of products, I will absolutely go to this store again.

I went in looking to buy a fridge. After working with their team it was an easy decision. I worked with Lily who measured units until my hearts content. After working with Danny as well we got me squared away with a great fridge at a great price. Cannot beat their service and selection.

I like them because they have the products on the floor for sale to take home immediately. Not, having to order and then wait a week or two to get in is the plus. And, Sears Outlet Store, Amarillo 4025, has been a pleasure to shop.I bought a dryer at this location, and later on, I bought a new washer which went haywire about 2 months later. Dreading to go back and haggle in hopes of a satisfactory outcome was exactly the opposite. Danny and Matty immediately discussed my situation and options and a solution was offered. I returned the broken washer and received a fair credit towards a brand new upgrade, plus an extended warranty.I made a great deal thanks to Matty and Danny. Shop the Sears Outlet, its worth a stop!

I changed my rating of 2 stars a few years ago to 5 stars now in 2020. The current staff is friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a refrigerator. Its always scary making a big purchase, that is a necessity. I worry about product malfunctions. Anthony did a great job answering all of my questions. He helped ease my worries. He offered me an option of service warranties. I was able to purchase the appliance I needed plus a service warranty at an affordable price. Thank you so much. Purchased a NEW Maytag refrigerator 3 weeks ago and 4 days ago it started making a loud humming noise. I went to American Fright store to talk to manager and was told because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty there was nothing they could do about it!!! I called Maytag and talked to a lady there and she told me that because I purchased my refrigerator at a Sears Outlets scratch and dent store there was NO Warranty on my NEW refrigerator!! I told her l was never told there was NO warranty if l bought it at this store. I didn’t even realize it was still a sears outlet store. This refrigerator is NEW, no dents or scratches!! It was in a crated box when it was delivered!! So beware people, they have just changed the name of the store to American Freight and it’s a BIG RIPOFF and they WILL NOT stand behind their appliances!! I would NEVER have bought this refrigerator if l had known there wasn’t a warranty on it. Salesman DO NOT tell you that when you buy it. I’m now out $1,100 for a piece of junk refrigerator!! You people should be ashamed of ripping customers off!

When we went into the store Frenchy came up and assisted us almost immediately. When delivered the two delivery men, Lamont and Gene, both had amazing customer service and were great at explaining how to set up and maintain the fridge we bought. We realized that, upon opening the fridge, the door was messed up, but I believe it could have happened at anytime and we got the protection plan so everything was covered hassle free! 10/10 will be returning for other home needs.

2 years ago I bought a side by side fridge, range, and over range microwave. Yes they had some damage but work great. Have not had any issues with any of those appliances. Today I spoke to Frenchy, and purchased a built in dishwasher with a 3 year warranty at a great price. Got it installed this evening (I do my own work). Works great and he made sure I had all the parts necessary to get it running without multiple trips to Amarillo. Great service... great equipment and prices.
