Very friendly service and smiling faces! The man working there gladly helped me load six, 4x6 rubber mats into a Prius. They were heavy and awkward to handle so the help was very appreciated!

We went to pick up a chicken coop and a plastic stock tank - both were in stock (we had called before to check), and Denise was very helpful setting up our purchase. Pickup was quick and easy, and they were able to fork the coop into the bed of my truck.

I found that they have great prices on most things. Nice staff. Usually in and out. And no problems with online purchases.

I arrived at the pick-up area, called the store as directed in the pick-up sign, Michelle answered the phone, I explained I was outside and she just said hold a moment after 10 minutes waiting on the phone I just hang up and went inside... other than this, service was Ok! Just so you know, curbside service is not working!

Paid for log splitter they told me it wasnt assembled that it will be assembled the next day I called 3-4 times and they kept changing the time then I called again and she said the next day tht shell leave a note

I came in looking for a couple things and found what I needed. I shop here a lot. The store has cleaned up a lot and looks better. The employees are ok some can be rude. I had Christine check me out the 4 times i been there and she is a great employee that you guys have. She is always very friendly to everyone that comes in. Fast to get you checked out and on the way. She has Great customer service!! Only thing I can say is more stock on some products are needed but I’m sure due to covid there are issues.

Its a good store with a hometown feel, but overpriced. Why doesnt tractor supply, an American company, offer a military discount? Not sure if its all stores, but the Alvin store does not.

Dont waste your time getting propane filled here. They are always out or the ONE person that could fill them doesnt work hardly. Go else where for propane.

They never pick up any calls. Phone rings for a long time no one responds. I use to enjoy shopping here but lately they dont have enough supplies either.

Ordered a outdoor patio heater which they said was in stock only to receive an email telling me the transaction was cancelled. No call apologizing, just a cancellation email. Very poor customer service.Get your act together Tractor Supply.

You can really get a bunch of random stuff here. Great money pit, if I spent more than an hour here, Id be in debt. Also, the customer service is wert welcoming.

They are always helpful in looking for and finding products and provide loading assistance. The manager Skylar was very helpful and polite with all our questions, returns and assisted us with a smile on her face. The vet staff was friendly and patient with our 4 dogs. We have never had a bad experience there. They are the epitome of customer service.

Went looking for a decoy for dang birds and found a hawk decoy. While there we found some items on a clearance shelf. However they were not marked down. When we asked about them, they informed us that the associates the night before did not get a chance to mark them down. So they couldnt give us the clearance price. They told us to come back in a couple of days Very disappointed!!

Asked 2 people for help told to go outside in this heat to wait for help..20 minutes later no one shows up even though I saw 4different employees walking around not helping a soul but tagging prices. What a waste of time...They just lost a several hundred dollars purchase...What horrible customer service. Poor ladies up front have to deal with apologising for all the others.

Many workers standing around registers not working, nobody acknowledged me nor asked me if I need help. I couldnt find what 3 items wanted so I left without any purchase.

Ive lived in Texas since 1986 discovered tractor supply company. Last year after getting land and a tractor. I go there for everything now. Some plumbing some auto some tractor mostly animal feed. Dog and cat food are less expensive at tractor supply also. And in a couple more weeks Ill be getting my chicks there also.

Friendly service. Mediums sized store that is easy to navigate. Prices are fair. They have an excellent selection of dog food to choose from. Anything you need for yard work or working on the farm you can find here. If they dont have it they can order it.

Prices are high compared to others in the area. You may find an item on line and it says they have one, but then its gone. Just happy they do have feed and supplies for my bunny. Just have to pay a bit more but its close to home. They are always helpful and the store is very clean and organized.

Had what we needed to fix the tires on my work wagon. But look around, they had other tires cheaper in a different location of the store. Bought a nice chime, good size, nice sound, 20% off. Peanuts in shell for birds & squirrels, 10 lbs, good price.

They were really slow to get people helped on this particular day, but that has not usually been the case. They normally offer up help with out asking, and get you checked out and loaded pretty quickly.

They had what I wanted, it was easy to find and the prices were very good. The bathroom was even clean. I got some new fence pliers!

Seems this store never has what I need! I dont know if they are to small of a store to keep enough inventory or if it is just not kept up with. I also purchased chicks back in may that were supposed to be seed and be pullets. Right now it looks like I have 5 roosters out of 6. I am really pissed that I have invested so much time and money in a flock I cant use. My husband agreed I could have chickens but no roosters. What do I do now Tractor Supply? I am so disappointed, someone better do something to correct the situation. Hen house 500$, tubs200$,heat lights, cedar, feeders,5/50 pounds of feed,hay and my time. You should not sell them if they arent what they are supposed to be.

Went there to get my dog her shots and blood work. The Vets were in the back of store. On Saturdays..did not take long. Other than thats its a tractor 🚜 place that sells everything you need especially tools etc..

We love Tractor Supply. Theres a great selection of feeds, tractor parts (even for my 1948 Ford 8N),tool boxes, etc. We get all of our chicken fee and supplies, and dog food there.

They are not as big as most other locations...dont always have what Im looking for...never enough check out cashiers...not knowledgeable staff

Absolutely done spending money at Tractor Supply. Never have staff to fill the propane. Whatever day or time you go, it’s the wrong time. Then they are rude when you ask about it. I shouldn’t have to guess what time I can come to shop at your store. I’ll just drive the extra few minutes to Stanton’s.

People are wonderful, they make you feel welcome and if something is out of stock; they will look it up online and can have it shipped to the store for FREE😊. Our Alvin Tractor Supply is awesome!!!

Have really been frustrated with Tractor Supply the past couple years because the managers that were there didnt seem to work the store like Oliver used to work it or care. Was constantly having problems with things out of stock and employees that didnt know answers or how to get them. But they finally got a good manager and that really seems to care. Met Dina several times the last couple weeks and Im very impressed. Had a friend that purchased a mower that broke less than 2 weeks later. Spoke to her and she made it right immediately. No hassles at all. Spoke to her about some of the community activities and she is very interested in supporting and getting involved. Very impressed looking forward to finally having a great manager at TSC again

Alvin Tractor Supply is absolutely horrible they have gone down so bad over the last few years. They dont have near the supply they need to have, their employees are super super rude and will not help you locate anything youre looking for. They act like you are interrupting their Day. We purchased 2 expensive items that were pink and when i asked for a bag to keep them clean in the wet weather they offered a little bag knowing my item wouldnt fit. Rude rude rude. Never going back.

Not much bad to say. I have been here many times anf they usually have what I need, but occasionally are out of stock. A new one opened up closer to me and I love the new one. Worst thing about this one is the parking lot is very run down.

I found out the store existed around eight years ago. I went in looking for a parts store for tractors. I was shocked on how many different things the store had to offer. They greeted me at the door and everywhere I went there was a friendly face asking if I need any help. I think they should put out sales papers letting everyone know what they all carry.

The store has clothing, animal feed and all kinds of tools. I have a lot of unique things you cant find at other stores. Their prices are a little bit expensive but not too high.

First, automatic front door would not open! Customers cannot get in or out without prying the doors open!! Secondly, no employees are willing to assist. Finally got ahold of store manager, Jodi, to assist and she was rude and completely unhelpful! She even walked off while my husband was talking...wow!There was also a young employee who actually told a customer, right in front of Jodi and I, that he was too busy to help the elderly man...WTH!Jodi also tried to sell the wrong part to another man and he said, you should be sure it is the right part or I could lose a $40,000 piece of equipment! Jodi shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes...completely unprofessional. I would not pay Jodi to clean my litter box! This place was horrid...and Jodi needs a new line of work...fast!!! Dont shop here.. actually, unless you pry the front doors open, you cant...lol.

Customer service is seriously lacking. I purchased an item with the understanding I wouldnt be able to pick it up for a few days. During that time, the customer service rep., who sold it to me did not mark it as sold, and when I returned to pick it up, they sold the item I already paid for!One person tried to get it shipped to this store to be told no. And the receiving manager, had no idea how to even initiate a store transfer.Their answer is, there is one 200 miles away, and I can purchase that one and go get it myself. What a joke.They lost this customer who used to spend @ 10k annually at Tractor Supply.

There is absolutely no customer service here. Two people working the whole very busy store, we have been here an hour. The front desk girl was extremely unprpfessional and the service desk guy walked around completely ignoring all customers. What we ordered online apparently can not be found. Beyond frustrated because we would not have ordered online if we knew it was gonna take this long apparently build the safe to be loaded in the truck.

The employees were very helpful and knowledgeable about what was in their inventory.

Called ahead to make sure there was someone there to refill propane and they said yes! We arrive at 1:30 and they said the person that refills propane is on an hour lunch. We have called ahead several times and they have said that there isn’t anyone to refill and the other tractor supply doesn’t refill propane at all! When you work during the day tractor supply is one of the only options and this location isn’t reliable.

The people working there were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, enjoyed the visit.

What has happened to the management of this store? I was there today, April 8 2017 with coupons. Nothing was there that the coupons were for. For example, buy one get one free of mealworms. There was 1 only, so forget that. There was 1 cashier and many people walked out and left their items. This is a Saturday, you need employees there and also your promoted items.
