Tried Kroger curb side for 1st time the $15Coupon.. well,..Just came from my pick up and unloaded bags. Onions and tomatoes are in tha same sack as the 2 bags of chips. Just 4 items. Onions and tomatoes won the punch out! Who do you think is not have potatoes chips tonight. The customer service line is unavailable . Not shopping Kroger again. Back at my great and available HEB

Easy access, great pharmacy with drive up window + helpful caring staff. Plenty of cashiers as well as self check stations.Quality products. Love their sale ads, mainly shop there for sales and clearance produce in early mornings.Bathroom is at the front of the store!Starbucks also!Excellent florist department with great prices on roses, etc. 🌹

One of the worst Kroger stores I have ever been to. Too bad another big grocery chain wont come into this rathole town. Always out of what we went there for and then we have to drive to another store. Now, to save time we just go to Pearland or Arcola instead of wasting time coming to this store. Managers are of no help. This store must be where Kroger sends its managers to die. People they want to get rid of. Would love it if I could come to this store and they actually had everything that I needed. Just once. Dont need to worry about that happening.

Just wanted to leave a great review for Richard at the customer service desk. Needed to send some money through Western Union to someone in need last minute. We walked in at 7:02pm and he was already closing out the register, and it was Christmas Eve. He stopped what he was doing and let us send the money. He went above and beyond what was required with a great attitude. Thank you so much for your service! Bless your heart!

I like to come here to get my briskets when the go on sale and I would have to say krogers briskets taste way better then the other grocery stores.

II went in Kroger ordered a birthday cake for my grandaughter. I picked it out from one that was already made. Very pretty cake. When I picked it up it was NOT WHAT I PICKED OUT!!! I am so disgusted with the bakery dept. I will not order from there EVER again.

This is a very clean store with great customer service and great florals. Unfortunately my last grocery trip I realized that nearly all of my food (dairy, shelf-stable, fruits/veggies) had expired or were a day away from doing so. Particularly bad when I was giving my 9 month old expired yogurt.We need to check each items expiration before putting in cart.

30 min to return a milk that had a hole in the jug

I can only use Clicklist, and it works out well. Just be sure to click no substitutions if you only want a certain brand...or include it in the note section. If they substitute, you usually get more product for the same cost you wd have for orig. item. Personnel are very helpful.

Our Alvin Kroger is wonderful. From the people working on the floor to the checkers and customer service are there to offer wonderful customer service. The prices are great and you get 10 cents off per gallon of fuel gas rewards for every $100 you spend. So, great employees, great prices and gas rewards. It is a win, win 😊

I particularly love this location for many reasons. It’s close to my home, items are always/sometimes fair priced. ClickList employees are fantastic! Especially Kerry, there’s only two employees I’ve crossed in the 3 years I’ve been coming here that I didn’t care for. Other than that, I love that they also have the gas pump station!

We used to like shopping here. Shelves are not stocked. Sale items not stocked. The employees are fantastic though. They are always helpful and friendly. The managers need to up their game plan.

Always enjoyed going to this store...the evening shift could use some help. 4 employees standing behind the cashier streaming videos of cats while my kids throw the items in bags. One of them being the front end manager! Get some responsible & respectful people in there! Day time this would never have happened.

I love our Alvin Krogers. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Great selection and kept stocked. Always clean and organized. Offer online shopping. On the pharmacy side of it, Ive never had to wait long at all to pick up my Rxs like I usually did at other pharmacies. Pharmacists and their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks inside this Krogers and they carry a great selection of seasonal decor etc.

Its a nice clean store with friendly cashiers and baggers. But the help in the back where the milk is, is a little short handed. But I do most of my shopping there cause its quick and easy.

The late night self checkout Nazi, drives me insane. She insists on watching everything so closely, that she is literally standing up your ass. She will tell you what to push on the screen, even if you tell her you know. If you turn around and ask her politely to leave, or tell her you understand but thank you, she still hovers over you. Either crazy is flowing through her veins, or she is just a lonely dominatrix. Other than that, store is great.

My experience at Kroger was perfect they didnt have a special item i needed that was on sale so they substituted another item in its place,would like to thank them very much for caring about their customers to do this. Merry Christmas to all who make Kroger what it is.

What does customer service mean to Kroger?? We had 20 items in basket, we noticed that the about 15 item, no joke, thats what the sign read, was empty but, was not allowed to check out there, it was after 9pm, she we needed to go to another cashier, meanwhile, she was doing Nothing, talking to co-workers, Never had another customer, but we had to wit in another line! Totally offended!!!!

I have been shopping at Kroger in Alvin for 40 years. Love my Krogers. The employees are great.

I dont know when these other reviewers visit this place, but the last four times I have been here has been terrible. Long lines at checkout, no express lanes open and not a manager in sight. Used to be a good place to shop, but not anymore.

I sporadically pop in to shop for a few things on my way home to Angleton from Houston. Ive yet to have any issues with this store & its employees. I easily find what I need, in & out. Store & restrooms are always clean as would be expected.

Bad Service!! I was going to pay in the self-checkout the person that was in charge there told me that I should go whit a cashier because she didn’t know how to pass the coupons on the self-checkout machine. So I went to the other side of the self-checkout and when I was ready to pay I gave my coupons to Pamm he was in charge there and so he told that I could only use one coupon. I told him that I knew about the store policy and that I could use only five coupons and that I hade before done in the same store in had no problem and she told me no and was going told called the manager in time that I waited she gave me a bad attitude telling me he going to tell you I don’t know what you understand” then the manager jonn Lopez I explain him the problem and that I knew the policy of coupons of the store and he told me that I could not use them so I told him to cancel the purchase and that I was going to take something that I had not to pay and then the lady Pamm came to my shopping cart and got the bags of the items that I canceled and start to pour them in my shopping cart which I told her two times no which then whit an angry attitude she pour then in another shopping cart. I would like for store check that their works had a better attitude and to consider the coupon policy whit the manager.

Kriger is my pne favorite stores in the Alvin, TX area. I love the way the staff treats you, they are friendly, polite and very helpful. I also love the products you are able to buy there and if you have the Kroger card, you really save a lot of money and you get gas points.

Love this Kroger. They dont have as many options as the one on 528, I think its just cause its smaller. Friendly service too.

This place needs work. Alot of things are always out of stock. They keep reducing their stock of certain items and brands or just do away with them all together. And what the hell is up with the tomato sauce section? They have cut it in half and there is hardly any tomato SAUCES to choose from. The produce sucks. The apples and potatoes are always going rotten or bruised. The baggers need to learn how to bag. Need I go on?!

The Alvin Kroger is my favorite place to shop for groceries in Alvin. I love that they have a deli, floral shop, bakery, and a large produce department. I visit at least once a week.

This kroger is a little inconsistent. Good quality on most items. As with all krogers, better meat quality and prices at HEB. Other departments very good. Mens bathroom best avoided.

When I couldnt find the steaks I wanted, the butcher was helpful with locating them, and when I said I wanted something bigger, he went back and cut them fresh for me, I am so glad we have a butcher in our Kroger, keeps me coming back again and again!

This is an average sized Kroger location so it is fine for day to day shopping of your typical items. It does not have a very well stocked beer selection as it has little to no craft beers to chose from in stock.

Store and Google says its 24 hours. Yet when my sister and I went all doors were locked. When I called they said their overnight cashier did not show up. Why dont yall have all of night shift trained for cashier to avoid these situations? Ive worked in a store. We had everyone trained for cashier so we would not be unprepared if someone did not show up. And yall should really put signs on the doors to let customers know why youre inconveniencing them.
