Great service very helpful got right on fixing my PlayStation 2

The guys that work here are super cool, very informative on many games. The atmosphere is very welcoming. And the variety of games for many/any game system is better than most game stores Ive been too. Definitely coming back.

Lance worked with me when trading in my PS Vita and gave me the best amount for it ($120) vs $80 at Game and Skate. When buying a new system, he gives you some credit to walk out with a game as well. Very awesome guy and will try to work out the best deals with you. Would definitely come here again than Game and Skate.

Give GREAT prices on all things in their store! I wont go anywhere else ever. The owner is an awesome dude and extremely helpful. Bought my daughter a Wii game and had issues with it. Simply took it back they exchanged it. Tried next disk same issue. Called them back up and they were far more helpful than any other store Ive been involved with in my life. I end up taking the whole system up there he looks everything over and doesnt stop helping me until we get the disk working 100% reliably! All in all great guys. Dont go anywhere else trust me.

I went to a competitor to buy a Super Nintendo. I was even told the system worked. Afterwards I headed home and found out the system didnt boot up the games at all.I then had to return it the next dayand was only refunded in-store credit. 👎I then gave Alternate Dimensions Video Games in Alvin a call.Not only did they havea used Super Nintendo in stock for $10cheaper then the competitor it played like it was BRAND NEW!! 👍You even receive some store credit when you buy a used system.- Besides video games they also have a small stock of used Anime and Manga as well.- They also can help you special order games/systems if its not in stock.Please ask Lance for more details if youneed something special ordered.- Also any game you buy there they will clean the games and make sure the Save Battery is good before you leave the store.No other used Video Game store I have been to has ever provided this kind of service!Please be sure to help support this video game store whenever you can. Its a small store so the small amount of stock is not something I would knock off stars for. However, the quality of their stock and their ridiculously high prices (easily 50-60% above market throughout the entire store) left a very sour taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I wont be paying them another visit.If youre an avid retro game collector just bypass this store.

I was already on the verge of non-patronage when we walked in the past and the place was filled with clouds of e-cigarrette vapor... But today, when my 4 year walked in the front door... The owners two small dogs barked viciously at him and chased him out of the store. Never again

I went to just see what they had and i was very pleased! Almost every game is priced correctly and not over priced. they have quite a few odd and ends. the guy does repair systems and was very helpful. carries sega/nes/snes/xbox/360/all playstation and wii....oops and he has some jaguar stuff.
