Had to change stores so I tried this one it was a wonderful experience this will be my store now a little ways from home but much better store .

I AM SOOOOO HAPPY THEU PIT THIS STORE HERE!!! I just moved here and it’s confusing driving here. For needs from milk, cereal to pool noodles and goggles. Plus beer and cigarettes (I don’t smoke but for the smokers) they have everything we need for a last minute school project or food! I am beyond happy that this store is like 3 miles from me. We definitely need more stores closer to this end of town! Thank you!

Ive been going to this store since the opening and everytime Ive seen the GM, shes always, and I mean always been very rude to customers, and her in employees. There has been such a turn around there, that you never see the same employees. Ive taken my business to a store a little fewer, but much nicer staff.

The manager treats her employees very badly, she also is very rude to her vendors that come in, she will be yelling at the dr. Pepper guys in the middle of the store, very displeased with her actions as a manager. This would explain why there is such a high turn over rate for this store.

This store is great and well stock Ill be going back.

This is location horrible because of the Manager has the worst petty attitude ever. I would not spend a penny at this location. She needs to be chopped down from her high house. She is running a Dollar General NOT Saks fifth Avenue....

Yesterday I asked for the key to use the restroom but cashier say are closed the restrooms for the Covid19. I dont know understand this excuse is ridiculous the biusness open to the public the health department require the restrooms need be in operation to be used for the public.

They have been doing great adding alot of new items for the home. Found plenty of things for the new house.

Dollar generals have most of what you need and are never crowded

Its funny how Dollar General sells the same items, but each location has a slightly different layout. Im fine with it because I enjoy visiting Dollar General. I dont know why my wife wanted to bypass two other locations and come to this one, but here we are. I do like visiting different locations to see if their location is different than others. My wife and granddaughter went in while I stayed in the vehicle. I did pop in momentarily to look around. They were definitely well stocked. Their store layout was mainly to the left while the other two that I frequent have layouts that are straight ahead. For me this also means that the checkout area is to the right while Im used to them being to the left. The guy at the checkout was pretty cool and courteous. Now that I had the opportunity to get a look at the store, I headed back to the vehicle until my wife was finished.

Hours show 8am - 10pm yet is after 8am and store is still closed.

Liz was very helpful. Greeted customers with a smile and welcome to the store. Made my shopping experience a delight

Ridiculous price on 2 pairs of boxers 9.00. I will never go back again.

Good for what it isSome items are overpriced, some are under other retailers. Mainly good for when you need to have something quickly chances are they have it. I always go there for 1 thing and end up getting several. One time they were out of propane exchange cylinders and that was a pain because I paid for it, and there was only 1 person working register. She had to help me look for a new tank and the line was pretty long. After we didnt find any new ones she had to refund my purchase which took more time and people were getting angry. Will continue to use though, life happens.

I like the Dollar Tree on Highway 6 the lady there that took care of me was very nice she listens with no problems and she took care of me she was an awesome person I will keep going to that Family Dollar😉

Everything I needed was there, the employee at the register was helpful and very friendly. Not only about me showing up super early (they open at 8 and I was there at 8) but also about my questions about things in the store and local activities and programs currently going on in town. She was amazing and I wish I had her name to give.

I stopped by to pick some items but did not have what I was looking for which was ok. It wasnt something I needed bad. I asked the cashier female older lady, if I could please you the restroom and she hesitated on handing me the keys. Finally went to restroom and right before I left she made a comment ( just know we have cameras) as is if I was stealing from there. I work to hard to put myself in a bad position with the law,i will no longer shop there and that is a promise. Sad,so sad that you had to label me as a thief because of the color of my skin,shame on you.

I was there for nails for my niece and didnt have a clue what I was doing. The young lady stopped by to see if I needed help. I suppose I looked confused. She helped me three times till I had exactly what my niece wants! Great job!

Was good when it first opened. Now its badly unorganized and can hardly get around store since they keep their stock carts out all the time blocking a good 30% of the store. Last time I went I got trapped in an isle because morons pushed the carts blocking both sides of the isle I was down.

Some cheap finds if you look harder. I always get my phone out to compare prices on what Im going to buy there vs. Walmart. Store gets VERY crowded and messy when they are in the middle of stocking aisles. Carts blocking the whole toy aisle. Other than all of that, this was a good shopping experience.

Couldnt buy my cigarettes since I didnt have my ID on me. Had to get my friend to come in and buy them. I understand checking youngsters ID, but give me a brake. Im 64 years old walking with a cane and gray headed!

Usually have everything I need but theres always either a wait because of a long line and theres only one cashier or because theres no one in line and th cashier is somewhere else. Thats the only real complaint I have. Good otherwise

Dollar Generals best service is providing a limited market for folks who live in rural areas without traditional grocery stores.

Horrible kept following my wife and kids around like my wife was a theif, then asked her if we put what we didnt want back .. then as we left got n the car my youngest daughter (4) yrs old didnt have her bag with her toys in it. Went back in and the lady was very ride and DISRESPECTFUL

Customer service here is a A+. The store is big with nice things more than A lot of dollar generals.The lady greeted me and I was telling her my day was ok and she actually went on about how I was feeling. Most people ask you jus because its their duty as employees. Then go on with their day. She actually cared. I felt really good walking out.

There is always fun stuff for parties and holidays. Staff is helpful and friendly! Great place to get balloons too!

Bought a can of chili and a box of cheese its, and threw the receipt away. 2 days later bank statement showed I was charged $44.and change....not cool

I go here often for odds and ends. Often boxes in aisles and cant get to shelves I want to view. Also, registers are unmanned due to employees stocking shelves.

Convenient location, downside staff changes every other week. Long lines with only one cashier, gets frustrating waiting 15-20 min for a few things.

Close to Alvin Heights so quicker in a pinch than Walmart. Good selection

Felt judged by the cashier when I was going to pay she only asked me if I was paying with ebt when I showed her my credit card she smile and said oh,She didnt ask the two customers in front of me what they were paying with.

The store is infested with Daddy Long Leg spiders. Containers, boxes, and totes are all over the place making it almost impossible to move around and shop. The store is always dirty. Management needs to go take some classes on how to treat their employees.
