I love and hate this store. It has amazing products and great prices. But it is super disorganized I hate it. It needs work. If the Liquidation location can do it. This place should. They had the exact same product. And that place is more organized and about the same size.I do come 3x a month because I love the good deals at the end of the day 🙃

The manager Stephanie at this store is very disrespectful. She does not need to be a manager she is very unprofessional. She hires employees without IDs and then does not like to pay them when it is time to be paid. She also likes to sweep rats underneath the shelves so that customers can’t see them. They also serve old and stale food here. I would not recommend getting a job here or doing business here. I used to be a very well customer here but I will no longer be a part of this store here in Alvin. She alsoRefuses to give up corporate number to be reported. And then goes to say they don’t have a corporate number which all stores have a corporate number. Definitely reporting the store today and her unprofessional ways of business. This store should not be dirty from the front to the back stuff all over the isles open food everywhere let alone Old Food her own employee Zach even had bad things to say about her

It was a good experience... Found great deals on name brand items... air fryer, vacuum cleaners...just about anything you could use.. its there. Gotta pack your patience and look tho.

This place is definitely rough around the edges. The rating this places gets depends on your personality. Its disorganized and reminds me of Goodwill. My wife thinks its full of treasures that need to be found. There some good deals here. You just have to wade through a lot of stuff to find them.

Great employees, I arrived 15 minutes untill closing. I was nicely greated and very helpful employees. The store was closed and they where so helpful with a price check. I will be sure to return back. Thank you Dirt Cheap Employees keep up the great job.

Their pricing method stinks. For instance, the tag on a necklace says $24.99, with a small sign that will show you that its really only $4.99 once you interpret the signs, you can figure out close to what the price could actually be. But dont ask an employee! Theyll make sure you look like a fool for asking!

I clearly dont understand the pricing on some of your bedding sets...I bought a comforter and shams that was clearly marked (comforter and 2 shams) I couldnt find the shams and questioned about them missing... The nice cashier went to get the manager who was the one to put them together (thats what she told me) found the shams tucked deep inside the comforter and I was excited to have them but then she told the cashier to ring them up separately??? So I paid for 1 comforter and 2 shams separate...Even though the labeling clearly said (comforter and 2 shams) me being excited to have them did question this right away but just went along with it after the manager said everything is priced separately so I finished paying and asked the cashier so when someone buys the 6 piece bedding sets yall take it apart and charge for each item???The cashier was new and very kind but couldnt offer a opinion about the sets... I will return but will question every item I buy for your store from now on...

This used to be my favorite place but now they have gotten to be over priced and the store is so out of sorts that u cant even find things that should be there or garentee it works. I love the store consent but it looks like all they care about is the all mighty 💵!

Great discounts, you must learn their system to truly know and feel the dirt cheap prices which are great. But if you dont know their system or dont have their app. You will think there prices is way to high. So ask questions and learn it will save you money in the long run.

In the plastic tubs, you dig through, several times Ive seen broken glass in those...I know the store has tons of items but stuff is cluttered everywhere literally & sometimes its hard to get the cart down the isle..On a positive note, they do have some really good deals...

Prices never match at check out

I found exactly what I need to fi finish furnishing my one rumor and when I got to the cash register I found out that it was not the full price I did not understand but I was not complaining.

Nasty little store that looks like a hoarders house... not all but many staff members are rude as hell and one crew leader especially is ugly to her workers right in front of customers to the point i often want to step in but the wife stops me

I got a painting originally $94 for $3! Everything at this store is left at the original price, and then put on a discount so you can see how much you saved. The discounts are (give or take) 20-90% off. I got beautiful folders for 10¢, a hoodie for $1, and there was genuine furniture for around $100 less than the average price. Not the neatest store, but DEFINITELY the BEST store for someone on a budget, or really just anyone wanting to save some money.

Theyve got some cool stuff there, but youll find a better selection of clothes at a thrift store. They definitely are quantity over quality. The bathrooms are really gross and the stalls are vandalized pretty bad too.

I love this store. This is my favorite new store ever. They buy stuff that didn’t sell from other stores and sells it at crazy cheap. They have an app to check the prices too.

They have merchandise everywhere and nothing is organized. Its perfect for someone that doesnt mind scrambling through merchandise. My husband was told how awesome this place was and we wanted to check it out. I did see alot of cool items but its not for me.

I like this place I have found so many good deals here but the merchandise changes so you never know what you might find. They have a good selection of clothes but I like when they get a shipment of tools in.

This is a really good place to find cheap thing but dont go unless you have alot of time and know what your looking for.

Need to have realistic expectations of the store. Yes its messy because they sell items from liquidations, returns, open box items, etc...Stuff all over. Doesnt necessarily mean its nasty as some state. Just unorganized but browsing around there are always some good deals. Just make sure to download their app to scan items otherwise its nearly impossible to tell how much it is after discount.

Well... I purchased some sheets for my guest room for my new home and Went to make the bed and I’m very disappointed and feel cheated! Someone switched the objects with used items inside the drawstring and wrapped with the advertised flat sheet. I just want all to beware look thew everything make a mess and look threw everything

Clothes can sometimes be priced too high but other than that I find great things here. Its messy, but it is expected. Be willing to hunt, and test products when needed. Stock rotates often enough that I can come find something new every few weeks or even sooner. Great place to find holiday bargains.

This Dirt Cheap has one of the best kindest managers out of all the other locations, the staff is super friendly and helpful. This location has the most organized isles and best products. If you cant find what your looking for today dont fret! Come back another day because it all changes every single day. One day there is nothing and the next day they have everything you have been looking for! I have found make great items at Dirt Cheap prices!

Love this place when they have lots in stock. One thing to watch though if you know prices at other stores. Dirt Cheap will price some things super high, put it so much of a percentage off and you think youre getting a great deal but youre not. BABY ITEMS IN PARTICULAR Do your math before buying.

Bad customer service, I called asking about how many bookshelves full of books they had for sale and they lady couldnt even check for me. I understand thats you might be busy, but at least offer to call back in a couple of minutes. That made me feel like the employee had no intention of helping me at all. I hope this bad review can to improve the customer service and treatment of potential customers!!!!! Ill update this review as needed after I talk to a manager.

The nature of the store you have to be patient to find good stuff there but it mostly doesnt disappoint me. I find really good deals sometimes. And the staff is really nice everytime Ive been.

My new favorite bargain place! AutoZone wanted to charge me $27.99 & $29.99 for my 21015 Hyundai Sonata wiper blades!! I got them for $1.50 & $1.60!!! Same brand name!!! And I bought a $30.00 iphone XR cover for $3.00 a 100ft nice hose normally $45 for $9.60!!!....yeah, Ill be back again and again!!!

If you enjoy scavenger hunt, this is the place for you. Lots of items from retail stores and with discounts. The only detail is items may have a minor defect or something missing. Good thing, you can test it out before buying.

Take this place with a grain on salt. It is crazy messy and not the cleanest place around either.If you are patient and diligent you can find some amazing deals in this place. Realize that you are purchasing salvaged or returned items but man what a steal you can get.

It was awesome!! I wanted the whole store!! I got so much for so little. Its overwhelming with things, but you will find that everything is in great shape. Parents need to mind there kids! Some afults act like kids and drop stuff and leave on the floor. My OCD kicked in as ND I found myself putting things where they belonged lol. I had to remind myself to stop. Other than parents letting the kids run and open up toys and parents acting neglectful to.. this is a great place

Get ready for hours of fortune hunting. Everything from electronics, furniture, clothes, hygienic products, to seasonal foods. I bought socks, belts, air mattress, neon light fixture, back pack, bicycle lock, toothpaste, and 40 bags of candy for less than 25$. Not a non profit organization, this is a business. Open til 8 m-f and 7 Sat-Sun.
