Everything has been great until today. I called to pay my invoice and ask a question. She answered my question which I am thankful for. When I went to pay my invoice she asked for the service address. It took me a few seconds to respond because my children were being loud. She could have nicely asked again, instead I get a yelled at hello. This happened after every question, a yelled hello. With a shorter wait time before the hello every time. I have worked in customer service, if youre having a bad day or a customer is having some distractions while talking. You dont yell at them. You nicely ask the question again. Thank you for making my day worse. I hope it made yours not as bad.

Do NOT use these people. They do not have their business in order. They do not call you back ever... they will not show up when you need them. The voicemail states “leave a message and we will call you back”. That is a bold face lie. I would advise you to call someone else and to never use them. They do not deserve your money.

When Amerigas stood us up, PICO got a tank and gas delivered that very day. They even stayed late to make sure that it was hooked up and working in the house.

Very friendly folks! Called at 8am and they were there in 4 hours. Awesome service and good price.

The lady at the front desk was so rude to me just because I came in to ask a question which I had called her about because she told me she was going to call me back and never did she’s unprofessional and very rude.
