I just moved into my first apartment a few days ago and I needed some stuff to furnish it. My friend suggested rent-a-center because I was on a bit of a budget. I was a bit skeptical at first and I had no clue what I was really doing. As soon as I walked into this store I felt that I was taken care of and felt like I was a priority. I ask a lot of questions and they were very patient and understanding with me. They answered all my questions and I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. I am happy to say that I am loving my purchases and I highly recommend this store because of the great customer service that they provide. Ashley, you were great and thanks for helping me throughout the whole thing! I will be back soon!

This Rent-A-Center is the best Rent-A-Center that Ive dealt with. Ashley the manager of the store its so nice and friendly she works with you if somethings wrong she corrects it really fast like I literally feel like shes a part of my family. I will continue to get my stuff from Rent-A-Center as long as Ashley is a part of this Rent-A-Center in Alvin. Hands down absolutely the best place to get furniture or appliances. I honestly wish I had more stars so I can give her and her store more stars. Best manager by far

Manager is rude when I first got my tv they helped me out but a new manager took over and is running the store like she gets a bonus for picking things up I missed my fifth payment called to make a arrangements a week later and she told me she would but I didn’t call soon enough ... she then made arrangements with me to get the tv picked up on a certain date and 1hr later someone is at my door when my family I setting ready to leave fair is fair u don’t pay u lose the item but they way she handled things it’s like she’s on a power trip Aaron’s is better anyways they work with thier customers therefore make more money

Great place to shop employees are very welcoming always trying to help you especially when your on a budget will keep coming here for my furniture needs I recommend them over Aaron’s plus they have way better quality then Aaron’s and if you want to get treated right then coming here is a must! Out of all the locations, this one is hands down the best ive dealt with. I was helped by Josh and he was the most professional and polite person ive ever dealt with. Id recommend him 10/10 and thats not even the best part. Not only is he a great business rep, but he treats his customers like family and to me, making customers happy is one of the most important things in a successful business. FANTASTIC customer service! We came in 20 mins until closing and found a living room set we wanted.
