Alvin Decorating & Floors just finished installing new floors upstairs and on the stairway of our home. They did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend them. It was a smooth process from the estimate to the finished product. They started the job within the time frame promised, finished as timely as possible and were meticulous with details/clean up etc... Moving around all the contents of your entire upstairs to have flooring installed is not an easy process but they were helpful with the larger items and made it the least stressful as possible for us. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready to do the downstairs. We love the new floors and can’t wait to finish the rest of the house. Thank y’all for doing such a great job!

I needed a new floor installed in my front hall and entry area. I wanted a quality job done, so I contacted Kevin at Alvin Flooring. His team installed a beautiful tile that resembles a walnut wood floor. The price was reasonable for all the preparation done before the floor could be laid, as well as the work done installing the floor. They were always on time and arrived when they said they would be here. I am extremely happy with their work, and plan to hire them again in the future. I highly recommend this company.

Alvin Decorating and Floors Has installed two new floors for me, including stairs, Hardwood downstairs, and a different hardwood upstairs, and they did a great job on all of it. The price was surprisingly affordable and very competitive with other bids. The floors are holding up very well even in our high traffic, two kids and pets household. The upstairs was installed over a year ago, and the downstairs 3 months ago.I have also had diplomas and other important pieces framed in their custom archival framing, and the results are beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Wow! This place has an amazing selection of flooring and at good prices. The installation was perfect and done on time.

I used them to replace my Berber carpet that I had for 18 yrs. my current carpet actually looked it good shape but planning for retirement and based on the age of the carpet decided to replace. Took me a long time wanted something that would last and have the quality of what I had. Alvin Flooring and Decorating assured me that what I picked out would definitely last and wear as well as what I had. Well guess not. Before a year had past the carpet was showing extreme wear and pulling apart. Each time I vacuumed I had I had to poke carpet back into the backing.Alvin flooring said maybe my vacuum was cause, really same Hoover I used on my prior carpeting. No the quality they sold me was not good. Bliss was the manufacture and carpets do not hold up. The sad part is that one year later Alvin Flooring was still selling and telling customers carpet was good when they o ciously knew different.I believe Alvin Flooring and Decorating will tell you what they think you want to hear in order to buy.I had a prior experience with them years before but thought maybe I had originally misunderstood them about floating vinyl. No I know 100% believe they just say anything.
