I needed shoes repaired and decided to try Pilgrims Cleaners. I never thought that I would get such great service. The manager Heather and another worker Amanda were a great help. I got my shoes back and they were great! They looked new again. Thank you Pilgrims Cleaners for being my new favorite place to take my shoes!!!!!

Have been taking my clothes to this Pilgrims location for years and have always been pleased with the service. The staff are courteous and friendly. There have been several times when the manager of this location has assisted me and the service has always been top notch. I would suggest this cleaners to others as they take care of their clientele.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming but when I compare prices I really felt they were way out of line. Doing a two-piece suit here was two to three times more then the other places Ive done it. Just didnt feel that was acceptable

I Recently visited my local Pilgrim Cleaners in Alvin, after a 2 year absence and I was pleasantly surprised at all the updated equipment they had. Being an executive club member, I needed to update my credit card information, and it was a fast and safer way of doing so with their updated system, I was truly impressed! I also received an email letting me know my drycleaning was ready for pickup & how much my card was charged,as a mom & wife on the go I couldnt ask for better accommodating service from Pilgrim Cleaners.

DO NOT COME HERE. My fiance gave them his suit and they told him that it would be done by Wednesday January 30, 2019 before 5pm. When he showed up that day to pick it up, only half of the clothes were ready. The lady there said she cant do anything about it cause shes the cashier but told us that it would be ready by today which is January 31, 2019 by 8:30am. Well we showed up this morning again and THEY WERE STILL NOT DONE WITH IT. They told us FOR THE 3RD TIME that itll be done by the afternoon today. They better have it done cause were on our way right now. Never gonna come here again these people dont do their job properly.

So disappointed in our local Pilgrims Cleaners (Alvin). Took a brand new never worn white dress shirt in on May 1 to be laundered and pressed thinking it would look nicer than if done at home. This was purchased to be worn at our grandsons June wedding. It came back with black spots all over and was sent back to be relaundered. After at least 4 tries the shirt was never clean. We have been promised a reimbursement for our purchase price but it is now May 30. Our patience is now gone plus the shirt. Nothing from Pilgrims but the runaround and statement from the manager that That is not the way we do business. Evidently, sir, that is EXACTLY how you do business.

Good location right off the main road, easy to find, woman on duty when I got there was super friendly and helpful.

Great place to get ripped off. If you dont care about your clothes or your money, I strongly recommend it. Otherwise, find a family owned place (I go to the place on Gordon next to the RR tracks).

First and last time I will use the service they provide. Had a last minute trip, and my regular cleaners told me they could not have my clothes by the following day. I called Pilgrims Wednesday morning to see if they could have them ready by Thursday evening, and they said yes, with no doubt. I stopped and dropped them off about 1 p.m. Once there is asked if they would be ready by Thursday evening. .again they assured me it would. I picked up my clothes the next day and only to receive half of what I left. Its now Monday of the following week and I still dont have my remaining clothes. What makes it worst is that they had the nerve to charge me full price. Horrible service, never again.

Very good service been using them for more then 5 years, cloths come back on time every time. Thanks to employees.
