This shop is AMAZING! The owner Corey helped me with a lot of things and explained to me how some of the stuff works. I wanted to create something special for my mom and she dropped what she was doing just to help me. This was very special to me. She is friendly and quick turnaround time. I recommend anyone into crafts to come to this store. I know if I need something personalized I will return. Thank you again!

My husband went to alvin apparel for the first time a few months ago he made a large order for labeled shirts for his company, we usually go to a friend of mine but my friend was affected by the hurricane and I really didnt want to be a bother to her. Well, the order was great the design was perfect it was a great representation for my husbands company. Well a few weeks ago my husband decided to take some of his personal shirts up there for her to label since we were so happy with the last order. While he was up there he decided to order me an outfit as well. A few weeks later the owner called and said they were ready, so he went up there to get his order, he didnt check them while there. After arriving home he went through the bag and was extremely disappointed with the final product the entire label had been changed it looked like a sticker, so I told him dont worry about it just go up there and explain to her Im sure she wont mind fixing it for you. We then also noticed that the outfit my husband ordered was not in the bag. The next day my husband went up there to talk to her about these issues, she offered nothing, no fix, no refund, nothing. She gave a lot of excuses and even went as far as to say that the material was the issue yet we also gave her cloth shirts to label, so this couldnt of been the issue. My husband then asked why my outfit wasnt in the bag, she said she would order it for him again. Well, I was very unhappy with her unwillingness to fix anything at all so I had reviewed her on Google giving one star but didnt explain we then receive a text from her this morning saying she was canceling my order because of my bad,review on Google. Im honestly shocked that this is way someone chooses to do business and doesnt care at all that he was unhappy with the new design she didnt even call and ask first before changing it. If you dont mind how something looks then yeah go ahead and go here but otherwuse save your money and your time. The third pic is of one the first shirts we ordered the other ones are of the changed design, and then he text to us this morning

GREAT T SHIRT SHOP! i went to different t shirt shops in the local area to find the best place to place a custom order for shirts and here, they had great customer service, they knew exactly what they were talking about and even informed me on how the shirts were made and what would be best for the print. and even gave me a quote straight up. they made the shirts really quick and they came out AMAZING. doesn’t deserve a 5 star, it deserves more no doubt!

No employees were wearing masks and had no signage to enforce customers to wear masks.

I was referred to the team at alvin apparel for some vinyl graphics I needed done for my motorcycle and I have to say that Corey and her team are top notch when it comes to customer service and product quality. I got my order fast with no hassles or mistakes. I will only be using Alvin apparel for all my future vinyl needs.

Had a couple large shirt orders with them and have been very happy with those. one of the orders had an issue and they were very quick to correct that and make sure we were happy. I also had a few custom orders, including one for my husband for Christmas. Great job in working with me on the graphics to come up with exactly what i wanted, when i didnt even realize what i wanted in the beginning! Supurb quality, all shirts have held up very well. Highly recommend.

Corey and Jason are so awesome to work with! I have done personal and commercial orders with them! I even order spirit shirts for my children from Alvin Apparel! They are super detail oriented and I have never been disappointed in an order and will continue to use them for all of my personalized apparel needs!

Great location, when I walked in everyone looked in my direction and never said a word. When I got the things I needed the young lady never said a word. She told me what my total was when I gave her my card she grabbed my card like she really didnt want to touch my card. I guess I wasnt the right color to go into this establishment. Will not spend my money where I dont feel welcome.

Oh dear god please go somewhere else, their work is atrocious and personally I feel like it belongs on a Pinterest-fail article.Definitely not a fake review. I am intelligent enough to use a pseudonym being another business owner in such a small town.

I ordered a Texas strong shirt from her and it looks absolutely amazing!! I love love it!! Its way better than the heat press vinyl Ive ordered from other people! 10 stars!!

I cant speak about their work because we didnt get that far. But I must say that even though there was a misunderstanding Corey was kind and professional. I didnt have a problem in getting a refund. Every one puts a price to their work, but for me $200 for 7 tshirts is outrageous. Although I wish I would have been told the set price before I paid $144 for only white plain tshirts. I was not advised that I had to design the template myself and send it to them and then an extra charge for letters in the back of the shirt that I stated i wanted when I went. Log story short if I wanted the shirts I had to pay an extra $60. And of course the party is Sunday and its Friday therefore I ended up with no shirts for my sons party. Our dance studio was thinking about making the shirts here I will definitely share my experience and hope they decide to go with someone else. Not sure about thier work may be good but my experience was not the best.
