I have Tinnitus- ringing in my ears. Josh has been so knowledgeable, patient, and kind fitting me up with the perfect hearing aids. I have went back several times to get the aids adjusted at his request. He always had a smile on his face and willing to adjust them so they would be perfect for me. I was so happy to find a solution to my tinnitus, that I have had for years. The more I wear aids, the better they will get. Thank You Josh.

Josh gave me a hearing aid exam and explained all the problems observed during the test. He gave me my options as far as the test was concerned.I was told that I had ear wax buildup and that I should have that removed. I will go back for another hearing test which is all free of charge.
