Stopped in here today, store is extremely well stocked and has everything Altoona lifters would need. I found pre-workout I can’t even find in my area. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again 🤙

Locally owned and I found prices to be better than big market chains like GNC. If he dont have something he can usually get it in. Love this place been going there for years.

This is not a health and wellness store or a natural food store or a vitamin shop. This is basically a shop for weight lifters. If you want protein powder, there you go. Otherwise, dont waste your time.
