Friendly and great service. Rented a floor sander and Tai showed us exactly how to replace the sand paper and sent all the tools and extra paper with us. Very knowledgeable.

I like the place but as far as pricing they are more of a high end hardware store. When u compare them to like a lowes or home depot. Good customer service every time i go in but prices are terrible.

I had never been here before, so we walked all through the store to look around. The staff was nice, eager to help us find what we were looking for. Walking through the aisles felt a bit squeezed. Not sure how you fit a shopping cart through the tight spaces. They did have a great variety of things for sale, but it was obvious that some items were on the shelves for years. One employee told me that they remodeled the store 7 years ago. Some boxes must have been sitting on the same spot in the aisles since then. (When the color of the package is faded to the point that you can barely read what is in the box its time for it to be tossed. Ever heard of clearance sale?) ... Dont use their restroom - that must have been overlooked in the remodel. Better go to a gas station. ...Overall, though its not a place you want to hang out at, I would say theyre competitively priced and carry the basic things you would need from a hardware store.

Awesome people and services

I’m a little disappointed. I rented a bounce house for my sons party, had to go out and pick it up. When he got it home to set it up, one of the blowers didn’t work. I called the store and let them know & the guy told me that it would be okay, so I believed him. We had 1 kid get on & the sides collapsed. So my husband had to run out at the beginning of his sons first birthday to get another blower. There were holes all through the bounce house. Definitely not worth the money I paid to rent it along with her customer service.

They go out of their way to provide Superior customer service. My father was wheelchair bound and called about hooking up a new gas container to the grill. He was having trouble with it. Tom came to our home to attach the grill.

Wow, what really super-superb folks nicely staff this store, truly so! Was just there early afternoon of Xmas Eve 3017 and what superbly kind and helpful good folks galore were so very helpful as this ole critter searched for a bathroom sink drain plug. Rented a trencher to be picked up Saturday morning and Im there at 8 and they tell me they rented it out Friday night. Why make a reservation if that how it works. They seem to think its no big deal but Im the one that pays as now I cant get my job done. I have never posted on any site before but this place is a joke, if your people cant follow instructions then get new ones. I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT to ever use them.

(This is just the rental portion of the business) So. 1. Tent was really dirty 2. They didn’t come prepared to actually set up the tent, they had to ask for zip ties 3. Didn’t properly set up tent, my hands are bruised and I have blood blisters from tightening the panels 4. Wrong tables 5. Just got off the phone with them, mentioned the zip ties trying to be helpful, and all I got in response was “mhmm.” Super. We have a party every year, and will be glad to send my $700 else where, I would have preferred to speak with someone at the rental company, and not do this publicly. But “mhmm” and no follow up just doesn’t seem quite appropriate. We made the best of it for sure, but I was very disappointed unfortunately.

I got excellent help finding mice traps, and had detailed info. From staff...so appreciated the advice & help. Nobody wants to experience mice in the fall....lol. (in november)

NICE to see a place that services what they sell! My pellet stove that I recently purchased was in need of repair (an issue from the factory) and Bill came to my home from Clearfield and fixed it alot better than when I purchased it new! Bill was very down to earth and extremely professional! He didnt leave until I knew fully how to operate my stove and understood all of its settings! Thank you Bill and Fiore true Value! The best place to go for most rental needs. If you have a problem or questions they are more than willing to help you. They also carry hardware also but a little more expensive than bigger stores.
