I wont be coming back to this location. Couldnt find a parking spot, and parked somewhere that I looked at carefully and didnt see any pavement markings nor signs saying I couldnt park there. Had a hard time finding a cart. The first item on my list that I get regularly now cost quite a bit more. It went downhill from there. The aisles were crammed with employees unloading boxes AND the personal shoppers with their steel carts that are the size of a small vehicle. Then I had a nastygram on my windshield when I got back to my car. No thanks. Ill go to Fareway from now on.

Have been a loyal Hy-Vee customer my whole life and I am 41 now. Thie the worst Hy-Vees I have been to, not a lot.of selection, kitchen food is not good, pharmacy is the worst one I have ever been too. 30-45 min wait everytime you go and that is with 4 people ahead of you. We just moved to to town and we have never had to wait so long at a pharmacy. We will be going to Walgreens across the street now.

Dont shop here much. The few times I have, it has been a pleasurable experience. I do have to say the meat counter has never let me down they have always had quality meat and interesting burger flavors.

I mean its a grocery store but always live getting the fuel saver and the deals they always have. Great bargains if your on a budget my only problem is that theres very little customer service in the isles themselves like Helpful smile in every isle????

After searching for a specific item for about 5 minutes, I was approached by the store manager (William Robertson) and was asked if I needed assistance. I explained to him what I was looking for and he kindly walked me to where the item in question was located. As we walked, Mr. Robertson was very kind and seemed to have genuine interest about my day. After finishing our brief conversation, I grabbed my item and continued my shopping. When it came time to check-out, I got in his line and we continued where we left off. For some reason, the card reader wouldnt read my chip. Mr. Robertson was very kind and patient as he helped me correct my error (whoops!) and we finished the transaction. I dont post reviews but felt that his service warranted my review. I especially felt I needed to after seeing what must be a troll posting a bad review about Mr. Robertson. Anyway, thank you for your help and I am glad Hy-Vee has a manager that is not only extremely competent, but kind!

So we decided to try the online groceries from this location. I have never in my life been talked to or even been acknowledged than I was by William Robertson, the store manager. We did not get the entire groceries on our receipt....which calling all they could have said was sorry, we must have forgot. Instead, the manager said verbatim, nothing we can do. Call back tomorrow and talk to someone. When I asked for a different manager he told me I was S.O.L. and hung up!!!!! Who does that to someone inquiring about milk and other things ordered? They are on the receipt, so they charged us and never delievered?! I feel like Ive been robbed honestly. Ny kid in tears because Im now upset. This is horrible service.

This Hy-Vee does a great job. It is a beautiful store with a flower garden and pond behind it. The staff here are always great! I love that Shane works here in the restaurant. He has a great attitude!

The website says that the have the ability to cash checks. When I got to the store, I waited in line for them to tell me that they cant do that and never did it. My online bank wont except my check. I am out of places locally to cash it.

Great place, lives up to their catch phrase. Wish their entry doors were bigger, doesnt allow for good traffic flow. Everyone was very helpful, even the teenagers. Definately, became my shop center.

This is a nice, smaller Hy-Vee and yet has most of the same services! The young employees are admirable! I remember being one of them, 40 years ago! I wish them all the best with their future with Hy-Vee or elsewhere! Great store with fast friendly service! Thank you

They need to figure out how to make the shopping experience pleasant again. There are boxes and stickers every where. In the way, jamming up traffic. Just doing their jobs, but interfering with my shopping. Then, there are the shoppers filling totes, again just doing their jobs. All this staff when the store is full of customers is awful. I suggest the go to night stocking again and gave the people pulling online orders, also do it overnight for next day pick up. Use to really like HyVee, not so much anymore. Plus, I miss the ads and coupons.

Tried spending 2 50 year old $2 bills. They told me they were fake and refused to give them back. My grandma wasnt a counterfeiter. Thanks for stealing my 4 bucks Hy-Vee.

This store is very nice. My only complaint was an employee was vacuuming the produce mats? for quite a while and my daughters autistic and vacuums scare her so I couldnt get the produce I wanted

What is wrong with the deli why dud you start making the meatloaf look like mounds of meat these things are dry and disgusting please please go back and use the original recipe and shape.If I could do a zero or minus rating thats what I would give. So sad.....

Terrible service at self check out. Thought we could save time. Then younge gorl over riding the computer after the 4th time got rude and tried telling us we were touching the scale. She tried to show us and the system did the same thing to her several times. Then mgr came over printed the 300 dollar order and made us go wait again at coustmer service with 2, 2 yr old children just to pay.

Great friendly people and fresh produce. Low prices and always got weekly deals as well as special deals etc...alot of smiles.

Hyvee is the best, great value, excellent meat depth, very clean, courteous.

Our server was very courteous & she made sure our drinks never ran dry throughout dinner.

This isnt a bad review about Hy-Vee Its more of a review of doordash which they use to deliver their food Ive ordered through this Twice before and everything went fine its been fine the food was very good but the last time I ordered food at 5:30 in the afternoon and I still hadnt received it by a quarter till 7. The customer service for doordash Is absolutely horrible my recommendation is if you want food from Hy-Vee just go in yourself and get it and totally bypass the delivery service part because its a joke. The food that Ive gotten from hy-vee has been very good

Im from Illinois and we decided to stop while on the road. This places has great hot food choices w/a restaurant style bar too.

Had dinner there tonight and honestly wasnt impressed. Granted it was close to 7 on a Sunday but the food at the regular counter and the Chinese food was both sub standard. Usually have a pretty good experience but not so much tonight.

I love Hy-Vee! If you have a soda/pop problem such as me, these guys have the best sales. While the sales on pop isnt always available, they are pretty regular. 3 for $9 on 24 oz soda? Nobody can beat that. The quality of the fruits and vegetables is probably amongst the best when it comes to a regular grocery store (barring Whole Foods and similar stores). Many items may be a bit more expensive, the quality is worth it in my opinion.

4 stars primarily because they consistently can’t fulfill pickup orders. We then go inside and find the items we needed. Just frustrating to the point that we started doing Walmart pickup.We recently tried it again and they had everything, so maybe things have improved. If they can get it right, nothing beats Hy-Vee.

This place is very organized and stocked. I have never had a problem with finding what I need. There also has never been a time where I have had to wait in a crazily backed up checkout line. The cashiers are always so nice and bubbly, it is a great store!

Market grill sat for everyone over hr still waiting for food

My check for $2.37 would not go through after making a $60 gift card purchase & and I had misplaced my coin purse, so the manager spotted me.

I utilized aisles online and picked up my groceries. I like their new pick up process, as Ive done this several times before and at various stores. This time I was not impressed with the substitutions. There were double the amount of normal and the decisions made were odd. I ordered 12 packs of 7UP and it said they were out (really?) and I got 6 pack of bottles instead. I dont like bottles. I usually appreciate their substitutes.

Love their Aisles Online app, it makes it so easy to order. I paid $99 for unlimited deliveries for a year, very convenient.The only two things I hope for them to improve on has to do with product availability:1. Almost every order I put through has a few items that were actually out of stock.2. I cant trust them to pick substitutes when an item is out of stock. When I used to allow them to, they often choose something entirely different.° I ordered a jar of hot red cherry peppers which were sold out, they subbed for a jar of roasted tomatoes. Any other jar of hot peppers wouldve been a much more suitable choice! Just because something else is red and is also in a jar, doesnt mean it is a good substitute.° I ordered frozen pomegranate arils, they subbed for frozen strawberries/bananas. I wouldve been fine with some non-frozen arils, or even a fresh pomegranate, both of which they did have in stock. Just because something else is also frozen and in a bag, doesnt mean it is a good substitute.

Went to the Market Express for the Sunday breakfast buffet. Highly disappointed. . .we were sat by our waitress, brought our drinks and were not seen again. Eggs were very obviously powdered, waffles were frozen waffles off the shelf. Never had any issues like this at any of the other area Hyvee locations. We will not come here again.

Grocery pickup was a joke! Pulled up to front of store where employees were loading a car in front of us. Waited 30 minutes with cars behind us, our trunks open. I called no one couldnt seem to tell me why I havent been helped. I finally walked in after 45 mins and was told they moved pickup to east side of building. Sure would of been nice to see some signs guiding you in that direction. Multi customers went inside and asked and no one could seem to tell us to go around the building. Wasted my gas and time so much for convenience!

Worst Hy-Vee Ive ever been to. I had two separate orders, in two different carts. Paid for the first order & the grocery bagger was a female. Paid for the second order, & the bagger was a young man. Because they switched jobs, some of MY food went home with the person I was shopping with. The gal that started the job, shouldve finished it out, or @ least told her replacement what was going on. It wouldnt have been a problem, if the two of us didnt live 60 miles apart!!This store was also selling high dollar fresh fruit, that was very clearly, rotted!!

Just a heads up for anyone wanting to order grocery pickup from hyvee. We were supposed to pick up our groceries between 4:30-5:00, got there at 4:30, have been waiting since then with a screaming 6 month old crying because she wants dinner. Finally asked how long it would be and we were told they didn’t know. Went inside and they’re working on getting it together. Finally got our groceries at 5:45. Just a warning for anyone who isn’t able to waste an hour waiting for groceries. Super disappointed because this hasn’t been the only pick up issue for us at this store. I do grocery pick up from hyvee because 1. it’s easy and I have a baby who I don’t want to take into the store and 2. Because It’s only a few blocks from my home, but if it’s this much hassle trying to pick them up I’ll just go to Walmart and save money. Got this text at 5:42, thanks hyvee 🙄

Guy working in the liquor store 11/20/20 was very rude (Ed perhaps was his name?). Couldnt find the DOB on my wifes ID and got mad at us? I assume if you work in a liquor store youve seen many IDs or at least have that book they issue every year to cross reference them all. Maybe not if Ed keeps scaring them away like he did us.

Worker in the bakery put on fresh gloves... pulled a bucket of frosting down from their shelves. Without changing those gloves that she just moved a dirty frosting bucket with she scooped frosting out of the container with her contaminated gloves. She labeled the container and gave the customer the contaminated frosting

My second visit to this store and I was pleasantly surprised! Excellent, quality products and such a variety! Ethnic foods, vegan foods, hot food, fresh meats... so much! All the staff I encountered were very friendly and ready to help. They had an organic/holistic section that was great! This is my second favorite grocery store!
