They treated me with great kindness and respect, they answered all my questions and gave me an excellent service, call today for today and in less than an hour they delivered what I asked for, I recommend it 100%, I guarantee an excellent service 100 stars, thank you very much, very pleased.

Great service always straight to the point and always quick delivery service the are in and out before I even know theyre here.

Usually dont have a problem. But more than once, when I was to get a delivery, no one bothered to call to tell me that they wouldnt be here on the scheduled day. Now my weekend is screwed up because I didnt get a phone call stating my delivery would be a day late.

Well all that I can say is that you get what you pay for. Low prices equals low service. Scheduled a delivery on a Monday morning for a Friday, because that is the delivery day for my area. I was told that the delivery wouldnt be until Saturday because they were running a day behind due to the weather. Guess living in Pennsylvania its a shock to them that it does snow... which gee seems a bit crazy 🤔 since it snows every year! I called on Friday (my original delivery date) and explained that I had run out of fuel and that I put 10 gallons in and really needed a delivery. Diane the person that answers the calls and can be rude at times said Well were not in that area due to running a day behind I asked Well is there anything else you can do? She said I can put in a ticket saying you are out of oil, and they may be able to come out depending on the schedule . I said alright, thank you. Diane said if not today, theyll be out tomorrow . They never showed up Friday or Saturday. I called the emergency number on Sunday and the voicemail box was full! So I tried texting the number. Two hours after I made the call, Scott called me back, I explained that no one came out to deliver fuel and that I was empty. He said we have nobody to go deliver to you today, but I can make sure to send someone out on Monday. Some emergency service 🤨. Again yes the prices are cheap yet you get what you pay for. This is not the first time they have done this, yet I figured I would give them another chance. I do not recommend them at all!

Called on Tuesday. Scheduled delivery for Friday. They never showed up. Told them when I called that tank was almost empty. It is now Saturday and I am out of fuel. Would not recommend to my worst enemy
