If you cherish your eyes and the money you put into them please look elsewhere. Being new to the area last year I decided to try the Brande Saad group instead of traveling 2 hrs to my old optometrist. My vision had declined quite a bit since my old script was filled. Immediately upon receiving my new glasses I knew something wasnt correct. My right eye seemed blurred. I returned to the doctor and told him about my issues. He informed me I just needed to adjust to the new glasses and he corrected my vision. This left me forced to try the new glasses since they did help my left eye and I already spent $500 on them. Eventually I couldnt take how bad my vision was in my right eye. So after finally going somewhere else I was confirmed to have cataracts. Again this is something this doctor should have totally picked up on instead he wasted 500 dollars of my money....RESPONSE..I left a detailed message that is exactly the same as this review with your receptionist. I also left my name and information.

The Dr. was very nice and quick. My experience after that was uncomfortable, confusing and unprofessional. Besides the Dr. There was one other girl there (no other patients either). The girl kept having to call another employee to figure out my options and how my insurance worked. Even after that I didnt not feel confident in the information what I was given. At checkout, I told the girl I was ordering both glasses and contacts. The girl once again had to call.and ask about this. The girl then proceeded to complain to me about how all the other employees called off for a mental health day and how ridiculous it was. Which made me even more uncomfortable and untrustworthy. I then paid (took several minutes do to slow internet) I was told “the dr was too cheap to upgrade.” Then was told glasses and contacts would be in in 2 to2.5 weeks. Monday marked 3 weeks which I called and not only was nothing in but was also told my contacts were never ordered and that they would be another 2 weeks. Now we’re 3.5 weeks out from first visit. Still no glasses.Needless to say that was my first and last time I will ever be going there.RESPONSE TO DR. L:I apologize, that is my maiden name. My married name is Ciara Parks. This took place on Tuesday September 14th.UPDATE:Today I had to call again to check to see if my glasses were in yet and almost four weeks later they finally were! Went in picked them up, walked out the door to discover they were TRANSITION LENSES!!!!! So once again I went back in and had to reorder my glasses.

First visit was great, the doctor is phenomenal. How ever the service not so much..still waiting for my second pair of glasses called 3 times was to get a call back never happens, was to get a call back today didnt happen I called again and the girl that was handling it left early the very one that said will call this afternoon. I just want them canceled so I can purchase elsewhere. Service is everything to me and im not getting it I wont be back

DR is very nice, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I havent personally have had my eyes checked but my daughter and my husband both have. He was the only one able to figure out my husbands eye disease, and he makes my daughter feel comfortable and shows that hes listening to her. By speaking in words she can understand. I have also never had an issue with any of his staff. When its time for my next eye exam, ill be switching as well! Thanks Brande Saad !

Dr was great can’t say anything else. Rest of staff seems to not care about customers. Get put on hold immediately when calling waited half hour no answer hung up. Called back got an answer to find out glasses still will not be in for another week and this is week 4 with no glasses.UPDATE THE HOURS DROVE 30 MINUTES FOR NO REASON THIS IS THE LAST TIME THEY WILL GET MY BUSINESS

Dr. Lonesky always goes above and beyond to help his patients. He never rushes you during your exam, and makes sure you have no problems or questions before you leave. Everyone who works here is wonderful!! They are very kind and understanding, and make it there mission to meet your eye care needs. Highly recommend Brande Saad group!!!

They r very sweet there. They help you with whatever they can. I have never had a problem with them since I started there. I would refer them to anyone that needs to find a eye doctor. They do the best that they can do. Keep up the work.

Doc gave me eye drops that didnt work. Got new glasses but 2 weeks and still not in. Plus the charged extra money when I paid the glasses off. Longest two weeks for new glasses and my current ones lasted four months. Time for changes

Dr. Linkosky, ( not sure on spelling my apology) is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. Now the rest of the staff. I went to pick him p glasses, could not see out of new glasses. Told them repeatedly so finally one gal said let me check them upstairs. Sure enough wrong lens wrong prescription. So had to send them back but didnt want to listen to me until they realized there was a problem. I waited again even though it was rushed it was about another 9 days. In the mean time I cant see well was counting on having glasses by now to see. I had to call them no one cared there was a problem. Called yes they are in. I go down. Glasses upstairs even though I called. The person upstairs brings them down lays them on counter. Person waiting on me is now helping the mailman. He stopped in asking to use restroom and get water. Nice they oblige but Im a paying customer that already had to wait for my glasses. Another gal gives me glasses. I try them on my right eye still doesnt seem right. Told to take home and get used to them. They will be there tomorrow if I need them. I start asking if they could help me in anyway because I had to wait a extra 9 days. The mailman comes out and bam again he is priority. No one fitted my glasses. No one seemed to care. It was a wham bam thank you mam. My conversation didnt even matter. My time waiting didnt matter. When Dr. Saade was there he treated nurses with discounts, glasses were always professionally fit and someone paid undivided attention to you when you walked in. No Cross talking was going on back then. Its dad because I dont want to leave such a great doctor but I had a problem once before there. I mentioned it and was told it was taken care of. Now this. I know the saying first time shame on you. This time for trying shame on me. Ill be looking for someone else and I will not recommend this office. You need an office manager that keeps things professional and keeps the customer happy. Guess what not happy. Im looking for new place to go. Anyone have any recommendations? Sorry Dr. Your staff will make you or break you and things fall apart from the inside out. I pray for you because as a great doctor you deserve better for the betterment of your business and your customers. Thanks for all you did but my gut says Im done!!?

Absolutely love this office 10/10 would recommend. Especially the receptionist with the long hair, and the pregnant one! They are simply the best, and so fun to talk to!

This is a wonderful place to go to very nice and funny always takes care of his patients also knows how to make people smile.

My kids love them. The doctor gets on my kids level and makes them feel comfortable.

I have been waiting at least a month for my glasses and whenever I call I am put on hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes and I wind up hanging up.

They are great with their patients!! He makes them feel comfortable and very knowledgeable!!

I used this office for about 6 years and recently changed. Dr Lonesky is great, however, the staff at this location really lack an understanding of customer service. They are more into talking to each other than helping a customer. I got glasses a few years ago and they never told me my lenses would not fit the glasses. I was told the glasses would take two weeks to come in and it took four. This happened because they lied to my insurance company. I three way called them with my HR from work and insurance company on the line and they got caught in their own lie about my insurance company was holding a payment, when it was their lens manufacturer that actually messed up my first set of lenses and had to re make them. I guess it was up to me to figure this all out and call them. I should not have to become a part time detective just to get glasses.They also never correctly measured my pupillary distance and poorly fit my glasses when I did get them. During my fitting, the employee at the time even made comments about my face like it was my fault they couldnt do their job and fit my glasses like everyone else has for years!I have moved on and got GREAT customer service somewhere else which opened my eyes to how someone should be treated. If you have kids or love to gab about linda down the street or talk about what you are having for lunch this is your place. Me personally, I like to go for glasses and good service so Im moving on. Dr Lonesky is a really good guy and great doctor, but the staff is a complete turn off.

Had my first appoint at this place of business. As a critical care registered nurse of 42 years, I am quite impressed with the professional courtesy and manners of the office staff. Dr. Wolf was very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and comfort. I would highly recommend this office.

Been going there for a long time very professional and very patient with my 9 yr old and 8 yr old my 9 yr old was scared first time she went and the courtesy and professionalism and compassion for her fears was remarkable Dr Lonesky talked her through it and anything he did he told her ahead of time what he was doing and that it wouldnt hurt, Both me my bf and my girls all go there same with my roommates we love them there. Even the ladies up front are patient kind and lots of courtesy. Matter fact just made an appt today for the 3 of us and would recommend them to anyone.

The girls at the front desk are the best, girls in the back and up stairs are funny too. That is all I have to say

Went there today one nurse was very rude even though that I made my app a month ago is because the were going to accept my insurance and then the Dr call my insurance company they said that they wood have to take my insurance and etc dont go here at all they like to give you the run around and call you names and etc.
