I really really miss shopping at JC Penneys. So awesome to find one and be able to shop. Hour and half drive but Ill do it again more frequently!!

The store was very clean. The staff friendly and helpful. I felt bad for staff as they seemed to be running on skeleton crew as only a few registers were open. You can no longer take returns to any register, you have to go upstairs to where you pick up online orders to make a return. Thats a bit of a nuisance but I suspect it has to do with short staffing and training. There were some good sales and great coupons going on which is always a plus. Ill continue to shop at JCP.

Another good store that Ill be able to use to supply my apartment with the items Ill need.

Im a big fan of JCPenney-- Ive bought my tshirts from here for 15 years (Arizona vnecks). In general, their prices for casual-wear are very fair and styles are pretty modern. Im happy to have this store within an afternoon drive of my home.

Lots of clearance in shoes department and clothing. The store is very clean, nice and neat.

So disappointing that I had to purchase 200 worth of dresses just to bring home to Try on then go back next day to return ! a suggestion to put up sign to replace the unwanted items back where you got them some ppl travel to get to your store not having enough staff is an an issue yes, however your loosing sales by not coming up with solutions The children’s section is a mess clothes just piled up u can’t even look at them . Again no staff I sure hope these ppl not wanting to work will soon realize that when the Biden xtra money for unemployment stops they only deserve minimum wage then

Love JCPennys. I love the Liz Claiborne clothes. I really miss the Clearfield store. Went over there all the time but cant get to Altoona that much.

This is located inside a mall. We went here looking for items for a college bound person. To our dismay, they didnt have anything we went in looking for. The salesperson said to look online. I guess this is the reason it wasnt very busy here.

They carry petite and large sizes. I found it frustrating looking for a size 8-10 tall.

Always great place to go. The parking is great and their is a security in place to keep everyone safe. Including a security guard in a truck driving the property just in case.

Prices are always fair, especially with the coupons and sales. Dont be afraid to ask the cashier if they have any extra coupons or how to bring them up on your dara phone. The only drawback was a good portion of the store upstairs was devoid of merchandise. I dont know what that was about, but thats why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Didnt have very good suit selection or assistance. Ended up going to mens warehouse

People dont like to go to malls anymore but I think they are better than those strip mall you have to go in go to your car to go to another one what a waist

Ridiculous sales! Got 2 pair of earrings, a sweater, and pants all for under $25 and saved over $90. Friendly cashier. Kept the hangers. Store neat and organized for the most part.

Good deals and still a good selection of merchandise. Need better line control by associates. Tired of waiting on the “wrong” side of where the line starts and being told by rude cashier that the line starts on the other side of the kiosk and going to the back of the line.

No mask enforcement, dirty walls and not many employees working, not the best experience when you looking to be safe and healthy.

Store hasn’t changed much in 20 years

Went to JCPenney to get curtins, well couldnt find anyone, FINALLY found a person at a register and was told, no one is working in that dept!! To come back next week, well I was there today and wanted helped today, not like I live close by, I wont ever go back there 😡

Ellie who helped us with the purchase of suit, should employee of the decade! Her attentive, gracious, informed approach to her job made the experience wonderful. She should be the one training all employees moving forward:)

Place is so empty and quiet that you feel like youre in a funeral parlor. Hardly any employees or customers. Lots of departments are a mess, products all over the floor, and just thrown on shelves.

The selection was still ok but the service was horrible. Most of the staff ignored us and the one worker walked through our group and didnt even say excuse me. Horrible service with few customers buying.

Just stopped by to see what sales were going on. The staff was very helpful and courteous. the stores and displays were set up very well and me being in a wheelchair I could get around very good. I would highly recommend it.

One of my favorite stores for many years. Great sale prices. Nice selection of plus size and athletic wear. Did most of my holiday shopping there last year.

So my sister went into the store to get a dress and shoes for my wedding. Upon purchasing it she later messaged me. For me to tell her one of my other brides maids also had the same dress. Since she didn’t want to have the exact same dress the next day she went to return the dress receipt in hand, along with the shoes she bought. She was charged $60. She did not even had the items for 24 hours. Pretty ridiculous no wonder it’s going out of business. Don’t bother with it and just use amazon.

I used to love going to the mall but now its starting to look like a ghost town stores are always going out of business. Used to come here as a teenager and it was always a happening place now you hardly see people going there to shop.

Clean department store. With a good selection of products. Nothing particularly special about this location. Staff is around to help if needed, and it is conveniently located within the Logan Valley Mall, making it easy to comparison shop. If you like the products JCPenneys sells then I would say this is a good one to give your business to.

Not sure why J.C. get so much flak these days, I love it! They have some pretty good deals if you just look for them. Their clearance clothing section is hard to beat with some of the mens shirts 3-5 bucks! Steal! Its very clean and presentable with staff present to help you. Excellent experience.

Let me tell you something.....JC Pennies used to be one of my favorite places to shop for cloths but sadly I feel like its really gone down hill. Its really a shame.

Still JcPenneys....they stay with the times, but continue to offer a traditional shopping experience. Staff is helpful, but not annoyingly helpful... (You know exactly what I mean.) Many brands and choices, but they do not carry a lot of great brands. That is really my only complaint....womens jeans, clothing, and accessories are lacking in the brand variety department.

They have a lot of good clothes. mainly tops and jackets or cardigans. They are pricy but its good clothes so I dont mind paying to get something thats worth it. I got a mustard yellow shirt there and its very cute and I want to go back and get more like it

I know most of you will laugh, BUT a nice young man over the age of 18 prayed 4 myself right outside the store. I guess he could tell instinctly my physical pain IS REAL cause of my red face.NO 1 has ever shown that kinda compassion to me.No one outside of a church. As 4 the tears, it was tears of of OMGosh some1 cares.
