Wouldve given one star but because the employees helping me were being professional and doing their job.Interstate themselves get 1 star. I tried to warranty a battery but instead they took every step possible to avoid doing so. This is why i buy East Penn batteries

This is directed specifically for the owner and manager of this location this definition May truly help your business succeed in the future and have a more turn around of returning customers.Alternators are used in modern automobiles to charge the battery and to power the electricalsystem when its engine is running.The reason I have included the above statement concerning alternators which by the way was looked up on Wikipedia is because you informed us that an alternator does not charge R battery. I feel that you are not only a knowledgeable of your business but also have horrible customer service skills as you refused to warranty the interstate battery which clearly was not working. The vulgarity you use was unnecessary on top of your disregard of your customers. When a battery is leaking acid and someone has to charge Dead battery daily to get it going theres obviously about function with the product. I hope you review these statements Ive made and change something if not please do not plan on being in business very much longer. If I was anybody that reads the reviews stay clear of hear the owner bluntly tells you that you are trying to pull one over on him like everyone does. According to him his exact words were I know the game Im not giving you a battery that perfectly works you just want a new 1. I will take my business to a real interstate battery company people like you have to be shut down when they represent such a large name.

I went in to get an out of warranty battery for a project vehicle. I stated when i walked in that i need a 650 or higher top post battery, and dimensions dont matter because its going on an open space vehicle. Instantly the lady at the desk rolled her eyes, sighed, said wait a moment and came back with a preciously used battery that looked pretty worn, so i told her id rather have a battery that has not been used, where she huffed and said well i just dont know if we have anything, left and came back stating she doesnt have anything else 650 amps. I told her that when i came in i asked for 650 or higher. She got an angry look and again stated shes trying to help me and give her another moment, at which point i told her im done being scoffed at, and i dont like the attitude im getting. And walked out.
