Well ordered a washer and through several calls still didn’t receive it 3 months later. Decided to stop by today. They have a note on their door from the landlord. Apparently they haven’t paid rent since they moved to the new location so they have 5 days to move out. If they do happen to find a way to open elsewhere beware don’t buy from them.

I ordered a (unusual) wall mounted gas oven from these guys, was told 2-3 weeks. It was $1500 plus installation. The unit was for a rental property, the tenant was ok with the delay so we ordered it. We went on vacation, were out of the state for three weeks, didnt hear anything, when we got back, assumed all was well. Seven weeks after placing the order, tenant calls me up and asks if hes ever going to get an oven? What we paid for was not delivered, apparently. My bad for not following up.Now Im trying to get in touch with an imaginary person named Dwayne who doesnt return calls. Apparently he is the owner and no one has authority to issue refunds or make schedule commitments except him.I bought an identical replacement oven from another vendor. Its Friday, they will install next Tuesday. Better than seven weeks and my tenant is taken care of.As far as the refund goes, I finally spoke to Dwayne and he told me to reverse the charge on our credit card and they wouldnt dispute it. Less work for them? Apparently this isnt their first rodeo.Be careful if you deal with these guys.

Nothing!!! They have next to nothing in their store. Want to order anything...dont know when it will be in. Bad feed back from recent customers. Thinking it is going under. Sad, was a good store. Would gave it no stars nut wouldnt let me.

Bought a new washer...NOT from Appliance Outlet...I absolutely hated it...Took over an hour to wash one load of laundry, water levels barely covered the clothes...which caused tangled clothes and damaging to my clothes...plus did not clean them very well😞...I called Appliance Outlet and bought a refurbished old Kenmore washer😍...I had a couple of problems with it...But they were awesome!...They came out fixed the issues...They are wonderful👍...LOVE MY OLD REFURBISHED WASHER❤...I am telling Everyone...If you can have your Old Washer Fixed...DO IT!!!...Appliance Outlet rated a 10 for me❤

Jack is very personable! He was busy with another customer but took a minute to stop & introduce himself & inform me that he would be right with me. They have reasonable prices for quality name brand merchandise!

I truly wish there was an option for no stars. I paid to have a dryer I had purchased through them installed into my new place. I told them I didn’t want my old one and that they could take it to have it appraised. They called later that day on 4/27 and a lady told me my dryer was not something they wanted. I asked her if they’d be able to bring it back. (Here’s the part where they could have told me to pick it up!!!) The lady tells me they’ll drop it off sometime the next week on their time. I agree. They never dropped it off or even called with an explanation. I just called today and the man said we have something Thursday but let me talk to the rest of the staff. The owner calls me back and very rudely tells me if I want it I can come pick it up, that it’s worth nothing to him and he’s not dropping it off for free. The lack of communication this company has is headache inducing. I just decided to cut my dryer as a loss due to the hassle I’m going through. I will never buy another product at Appliance Outlet in my life and will urge friends and relatives to avoid an awful experience.

We bought a stove from another provider, but we had an issue with it for months, we called Appliance Outlet for maintenance and they were able to send someone out within day and he fixed the problem within two hours of being here. We were very pleased with this service and the professionalism of the maintenance man! We will be calling again if we need service!

I bought a dishwasher over a month ago. Let me rephrase I thought I bought a dishwasher over a month ago. I was told when I ordered it that it might be up to three weeks until they got it in and I was fine with that. I waited 3 weeks then started calling. Nobody seems to know when its coming in except Dwayne. Im not sure this person even exists because he never returns any of my multiple calls. And when I showed up at the store he wasnt there because he doesnt come in till 2 or 5 or whatever time they decide to tell me.

I recently had my freezer fixed by Appliance Outlet. The technician was nice, knowledgeable and on time. He recognized the issue immediately and fixed it quickly and completely the first time. You can rely on appliance outlet for great repair service!

Ordered a washer back on May 16,2019. Told 2-3 weeks for delivery. No big deal. Did not hear anything middle of June so we tried to contact the store. Just like multiple people have stated, you need to talk to this invisible person named Duane. He never is in store, never calls us back. I even had an associate say “ well that’s not good, I’ll make sure he calls you back”. Yeah nothing! Finally in July my husband got ahold of “Duane” and he said Samsung was making changes to the unit and we should get it within a week. Yeah it’s not August and we have tried multiple times to call the store. And NO ONE answers the phone! It seems like this is an ongoing thing with his company, and everyone seems to be having the same issues! We are now in the process of “trying” to cancel our order and take our business somewhere else! Beware everyone, beware!

We buy all our appliances here. We recently purchased a dishwasher, fridge and then went in to buy a dryer and was told how to fix it instead of being pressured into buying a new one. That is why we love the place!

The prices were great, theres a good selection of new and used appliances and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely go there again.

We purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and stand up freezer in October 2018. It is now January 4, 2019 and we still do not have our appliances. After speaking with them numerous times with no follow up on their end, I find out that our appliances were not ordered until Thanksgiving, for the Black Friday Specials. We paid full price in October. Not happy with our experience. If we could give zero stars we would. Such a disappointment.UPDATE:Thank you sir for your response. We will be in for our refund. Before I finish this update to our very accurate review, minus pricing, which I apologize, my statement was not accurate, let me respond publically to your statements.1. When we purchased over 5000 dollars worth of product from your store, we were told to expect delivery within 3 weeks, which would have put us into November. We were told the only item that we would have been waiting on was the Refrigerator. Given the Holiday we quite honestly expected a delay.2. I personally called in late November for an update. You sir did not return my call. I called back and was told we were now waiting on the dishwasher. We should expect delivery within a week.3. Over a month later, yesterday in fact my Husband stopped in. You were not there. A message was left for you to contact him. You did not call him. I called you again last night at which time you informed me that you did not receive a message. I am now calling you a liar sir. My husband was parked next to you and overheard you recieve the message from your salesperson.I was informed from you during our conversation via phone that our appliances were in fact not ordered until after Thanksgiving and would not now be in until next Tuesday due to the Holiday pricing.So now here we are. I must say that your lack of professionalism and non existent Customer Service has lead us to this point.This will be posted on social media. I will never shop in your store again and I will make sure to inform everyone I know to proceed with caution.Good day to you.

Fun experience... they helped me choose the right Samsung range/oven with functions our family would use most, and hood fan with good cfm fan and lighting. The people here are very friendly and down to earth. There is no pressure (unlike big box and furniture stores). The installation guys were very nice and have been installing for 10 years. The whole experience was very easy and helped our family get what we needed for a great price! Dont let those big-store sale papers in the newspaper fool you... Appliance Outlet will match those prices AND provide expertise in a no-pressure environment. Thank you Duane and Jack!

Have not purchased here, but browsed here and spoke with a salesperson for a while. Very professional and courteous. Didnt feel pushy.They have a variety of new and used items. Unfortunately they do not buy items which would have been great.They do price match.Interior setup leaves a bit to be desired, but not crucial in judging them.

I ordered a washer on the 23 of October 2018 it is now 24 of November 2018 still no washer !It seems that since they moved there is no customer service, they will not even call u back when they day they say they will ?Is my money not as good as every one elses ?I have a veteran community that has been told of my hassle with this Altoona store and suggested to pass it on not to waist you time shopping here !

Place is bare and big and empty and treat people horrible.If there was a option for a no star rating thats what this place would get.Would not recommend anybody going there and have the documents to back the story up on how we where treated and ended up with a broken dryer that wasnt worth a shit.this place is a joke and be warned do not go there unless you want screwed in the end.
