I like this store! Clean, friendly associates and fun items to buy!They have a great garden section inside. I love the dog section. Treats, toys you name it!

I like Alton Farm & Home Supply because they have a good variety of supplies and lots of informed employees to help find your correct product. Their service is great and prices low. It is quick shopping just ask the people that work there for help because there are a lot of them around.

They have EVERYTHING! Amazing quality inventory and that includes total commitment to supporting your 2nd Amendment rights. Clean, well organized and STAFFED with helpful friendly people.

They have exactly what you want you can price match I enjoy that so very much thank you.

If what youre looking for is farming stuff, its pretty ok. I personally buy most of my winter coats from this location though quality is varied, but I attribute that more towards the brands and not Farm and Home. Good place to buy bulk at the beginning of a pandemic though!

There was one choice for potting soil, every time I go.They never have what the app says they do.Employees at the registers do not hide the fact that they really dont want to be there. Both employees today look miserable, no smiles, and talked very low. Just lacking customer service. If I didnt need the things I went for right then, I would have put them back. I wont be coming back, Ill go to Lowes or Tractor Supply instead from now on.

Farm and home has a very nice selection on boots and clothing. A lso you can find some very nice doc Martins boots. I like how laid back it is to shop and there staff is helpful.

Good selection of farm supplies, fishing tackle, guns, clothing and much more. Gave 4 stars only because they didnt have 9mm ammo.(not their fault).

Ive been going to farm and home for years they have excellent prices and everything for your off-road needs and farm use items

I see yall cant hire personalities. The new hiring pool sure do have a bunch of grouchy people.

They close earlier than the other stores in the area, so dont wait too long to stop in. And give yourself adequate time to shop. The store is huge and didnt feel well defined for locating the section you wanted (except up front where there was agift/novelty section and a separate room for things like chainsaws and such), so if you dont know where to find exactly what youre looking for, youll be in there for awhile. We only had time for a quick loop through and, unfortunately, that didnt really give us a good feel for what they actually carry because of the way its arranged. We are definitely going to have to plan a time to go back and walk each aisle in order to understand what they offer and how to find those items again when we may need them.BTW, their competitor is significantly smaller but set up much better, so it was easy to find what we needed in there (plus we werent as rushed because they are open an hour later), but we were also able to walk the whole store and it seemed like they had a lot of the same stuff there, just better organized and more tightly compressed into the smaller space. This store feels wide open and more like a warehouse, so youll be walking a ways if you need a couple of items from opposite departments (if its even organized by departments, because we really couldnt tell other than up front.

Theyre ok if your looking for a specific item but youd think their prices would be lower than they are since they buy in bulk for specific items you may not find just anywhere else. Ive learned to use them as a last resort.

Fair price and normally have what I’m looking for

I wanted to buy a jacket and I asked for a price match. It took about 10 minutes to work it all out, but I left with the jacket I wanted. The store did price match Kohls for their clearance price. $75.00. Thanks.

Had the handgun I thought I wanted but no ammo. Anywhere! Decided I really wasnt a fan of the gun so did not buy it.Customer service first time around was great, second time not so much. Muddled thru tho.

The online shopping is a great convenience for me, esp. during covid. Employees are the best.

Best place to go for sooo many things!!!!

They dont care if you destroy your car on their private owned speed bumps. That are literally the same shape as a parking curb. They laughed at me when I complained about my destroyed cross member for my transmission. 5mph will still send your car up in the air when you hit it.

First time shopping there, found exactly what I went there for, very clean store and everyone was friendly. Ill be going back for sure 👍 😌

Nice Store! Things had been moved around since my last visit a year ago or so. Very organized with friendly service. Lots of fishing gear at a fair price.

Love the store and count on them for a number of things but very disappointed in the lack of mask compliance. Just left the store and all employees were masked but Id say only MAYBE 25% of customers. Hoping for better in the future.

This place was disgustingly awful. I love farm and home stores...usually. This store...WOW! TERRIBLE!!! There were altered items that were being sold at their original price, torn boxes with items all over the floor, empty shelves, a lack of employees, especially a lack in employees who were willing to give any time or assistance.

Great place to get supplies for your farm and home, hence the name. Their employees are friendly and knowledgable. The store is clean and setup well. I make sure to get my hunting supplies here.

They need to develop a new system for checking out. They have the check out tables crammed with stuff and in combination with the plexiglass barrier you cant get your merchandise on the belt. Its a fumbling mess to check our every time I go there.
