Met with Joe on Sunday. Very nice gentleman who listened to the issues I have with sleeping. He then asked probing questions of issues about my sleep that I was unaware affected sleep so greatly. Then had me try numerous beds. First firm, medium, plush. Then demonstrated how an adjustable frame enhanced comfort. With all this in mind next allowed me to try an innerspring mattress and a foam one. I chose the foam one. At the moment I thought the adjustable frame and mattress was not separable. Being the professional for improving others sleep, Joe informed me that they are sold separate and mentioned that having learned how much more an adjustable frame can enhance sleep that he feels certain when I have a more favorable circumstance, that I will return for the adjustable frame. Indeed I will as I took his advice to heart. “Getting a new mattress isn’t about sleeping more comfortable while still sleeping in the wrong position. To be honest I wasn’t planning on buying a mattress here but Jim the salesman made it happen. He was great to work with. No pressure, did a great job of explaining our options. There is a lot to choose from. He took time with us and made it obvious our business was important to him. He offered a great price and promised a quick delivery.

Ive bought a couple beds from Joe, who was real helpful. He asked initially about a budget showed the best and popular of that budget. He wasnt pushy and provided a lot of answers. The store had a good selection and they appeared to keep everything clean. You may find cheaper brands online but then youre taking your chances. Here you actually try before you buy and I believe prices are consistent and competitive with specific brands with other stores.

I did my research for a little while on a new bed and box springs. Came in with what I wanted and he had everything ready for me to pay for my delivery. It went good. Nice guy to speak to, as well.

Jim was very helpful, understanding and attentive to my needs while buying a mattress. We were greeted when we came in, he explained about the different meanings of the letters on the mattresses then let us look around. He stayed in touch with us as he helped another couple. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.

Went in to get a twin mattress and box springs. The deal that I saw online they didnt have in the store it was online only. He proceeded to show me the twin mattresses that they did have in stock. After some discussion we worked a deal and everyone was happy. Walked away with a box spring and a new mattress being delivered.

I had a question about a crib mattress and I received great service even though they were sold only online! I was able to purch2the mattress at the store, recieved free delivery to my home, and now if we have any issues I have a person I can go to instead of dealing with issues online. I have twins and the thought of having to purchase two twin beds was scary. Great costumer service!

The service that i experienced this past week was overall pretty good. I ordered a new box spring and mattress from this store. I dont get one thing though.... Why do they charge for bringing them into my home? That is ridiculous! Otherwise though everything was great no other complaints.
