Says it is open at 9am, never is . Today currently it’s going on 11 am . The sign is bright red saying it’s open and it is not . This is an ongoing problem .

The man in the store was extremely helpful! I asked what color hair I would need for my daughters hair to box braid and he immediately found a great match. He was also very friendly. Probably the most comfortable I have ever felt in a beauty supply store. Thanks for the great service!

Imagine driving over 30minutes only for them to be closed during the hours they’re supposed to be open.Ghetto and unprofessional!

I walked in and was looking around and the kind man at the counter asked if we needed help and at first I denied it but then came back up and told him how I want extensions but it was my first time and didnt wanna spend to much and he literally handed me then exact extensions I needed and the right hair color, straight on point. Ran home and put them in and Im so impressed! Dude hooked me up and got me looking good for my birthday! Not to mention he even complimented me and made my day! I will be back not only for me but for my sisters and will recommend for friends! Thankyou for the amazing experience!:)
