We were making a long-distance trip hauling our boat. The trailer needed a tire repaired quickly and on short notice plus we wanted to expand the holes for mounting the spare tire.. The staff at Tire Choice showed genuine enthusiasm for making the repairs. The tire was repaired very thoroughly and the manager explained why the holes had become too small for mounting the spare tire. He then expanded the holes himself. We were very impressed with the service and the expertise demonstrated by the staff and manager and recommend this shop to anyone needing help with their tires..

My husband visited Tire Choice and had a great experience. We scheduled my maintenance at Tire Choice, as well, and I also had a great experience. I have a new car (less than a year old) and the staff found an issue and directed me to contact me dealership, as it should be covered by my warranty. Other than that, the staff that I came in contact with were very nice. I will definitely be back!

Very disappointed in the service today. Made an appointment online almost a week ago for 8am and dropped it off 10 minutes early. Received a call 20 minutes after 8 to inform me that their computer was off and they only had 1 of the tires in stock that I was wanting. They were able to get them but my car was not ready until after 545pm. Also beware that their online quote will be very far off of the final price, which no one will tell you until you go to pick up and pay. I was able to, but I suspect they catch some unaware. When you look at my quote for the tires and installation + sales taxes + oil change, the fees still brought it to 67 dollars more. This is in part because my quote online for the 4 tires I choose was 503.96 but the price I was charged was 515.96. Differences in price like this add up for the consumer and makes the business seem shady.

When I walked in, the manager Derric greeted me and it was like he alredy knew what I was there for. I spent every bit of 30 minutes waiting and.....I was given a discount! This was by far the most pleasurable interactions and visits ive had at an auto repair company in a long time and ill definitely be back thanks to Derric and hia crew!

Predatory practices*****Price quoted before my scheduled visit was not accurate at all, the out the door price minus tax I agreed to when I schedule my tires was no where near what they were trying to charge me when I arrived. Left after the salesman tried to sell me a cheaper tire for the same price I was quoted for the original set I wanted. I would not do business with this dishonest shop.

After a not-so-good experience with another tire place, I was a little skeptical when I walked into AutoTire Car Care Center near the Alton Mall (Alton, IL). I was new to the area and more than a little nervous about getting new tires (and maybe, getting ripped off).Khalids natural warmth and sincerity put me at ease immediately. (I believe Khalid is the store manager.)He addressed me respectfully and listened - really listened - to my concerns and then went to work to figure out what I needed on my little Prius C (Seabiscuit).I showed him a competitors best price for four new Michelin Energy Saver tires (specifically for hybrids), and he matched the price and got me signed up for a $50 manufacturers rebate.In other words, he saved me at least $50 and I now have Michelin tires on my sweet little car. He had the tires at his shop within three hours (which was very impressive) and once I arrived at the shop, he said that hed have me out of there in an hour, but in fact, I was out the door in about 20 minutes. I didnt even have time to pull out my laptop and do some work - and Im very pleased about THAT!!It had been a very hard time in my life, with lots of challenges in being recently widowed, moving to a new area, trying to start a new life and all the accompanying difficulties, but Khalid did everything just right, and I left there feeling like things really will start getting better.Thats no joke. This guy is doing much more than selling tires; hes showing those of us that are tired and beat down that there are still kind souls wandering the earth, and eager to help. Really and truly.Ive been buying tires for cars since 1975, and I have never had a more pleasant, positive and even joyous experience that I had at AutoTire Car Care Center.Im a tough customer and hard to please, but Khalid did everything just right. Brought car in at 1pm for oil change. They were to call if check engine light did not go out. They did not. They called at 5:30 to say the car was ready. The check engine light was still on. There is an evap code. Now I have to schedule service at dealer and dont need it as my oil was just changed. Very disappointed. I should just have waited for an appointment with dealer for all the good this did me.

Just left from Auto Tire for a new tire for my girlfriends car. The man at the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had me bring the wheel over for him to look at. He quickly identified the problem and went through a list of solutions. I asked what he suggested and went with what he thought. After it was all fixed up and ready to go he walked m through the warranty info and sent me on my way. Very nice guy and reputable tire shop!

Sitting here for OVER 5 and 1/2 hours for new rear camber bolts, alignment, and rotation. They close in 30 min. We will see if i even get my car back today....they never even said how long this would take... have seen 3 customers walk away due to no help in front waiting area...I have spent $1000s here in the past....I will NEVER come back and i will let all of my friends and family know to NEVER COME HERE!1 hr for alignment ..15 min for rotation ..1-2 hr max for camber bolts. So 3 hr and 15 min max.. ive been here going on 6 hrs................Come to find out they didnt even do the tire rotation and no new camber bolts, so if you want to spend 5 hours on an alignment for 270$ come here.

Was told 1 hour for 4 tires. Two and a half hours later im still waiting for my vehicle. When I went to the back to see my vehicle the majority of the workers were standing around smoking and talking. A man came after me for a tire plug and hes been waiting an hour n half as well. Needless to say my first time and last time here. I wont return i will spend an additional $30 for NTB their service and wait times are on point.

Came for tire rotation service, and without even consulting with me the front desk representative went outside to inspect the tires hoping to throw me a sales pitch. After he realized the tires were in a good shape, he took my car in for the initial service requested … tire rotation service is $12. After an hour, I was there to pick it up and to my surprise they refused to do the service. He insisted I needed a set of 4 new tires due to “outer edge being worn out”. Clearly, there was a maximum effort to sell me new tires for a 2018 car with 24k on it.

Not my normal location. Schedule here BC its close to a tire shop that i frequent. Arrived was greeted by Staff that i remembered from another location whom is always nice &helpful. I observed one other person so Im thinking Im going to be taken care of fast . I sat outside waiting. Time passes so Im thinking maybe i better inquire. A HOUR &a 1/2 later i inquire with a different Staff member &was informed that i would be pulled in the next 15-20 minute. I informed him that i had a 9:00 am appt. He replies that they are short staffed. I stated that was something that that should have been mentioned to me once i arrived to allow me to decide if i wanted to stay. Hes says well if you reschedule it will be 2week, which made no sense. He then says youre not understanding were short i say to him that not anything i should understand as a customer. Which was very non professional! As i stated before you guys knew you was short when you checked me in &you should have informed me. I had a 9:00 spot &didnt leave till almost 12pm. I wasnt offered ANYTHING for being inconvenient. Some times you have to go with youre first mind. I should have left. I will not ever return to that location. I have never experienced anything similar to that or rude behavior from any of the others that i have frequent which were Dellwood or Florrisant.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. (Last time the above was done I didnt think the tires had been rotated, so before going into today I marked the LF tire with permanent marker.) Called to confirm my appointment for oil change and tire rotation, received confirmation. Arrived and again discussed oil change and tire rotation. Rep said rotation can be done if the tires were purchased there, which they were. Was told it would be an hour. Get home and check to see if the LF tire has actually been rotated and surprise...NO rotation service was performed! Called and was told no rotation was done. Needless to say, I was rather unpleasant!

I just had my wifes car looked at and they told me I needed to put out so much money for breaks and I thought that was way too much money for brakes, so I took it somewhere else and they told me my brakes were fine and I didnt need all that stuff done to it so I dont know what is going on I think there trying to screw me over because my wife took it up there or they need money or they need a new mechanic that knows what they are doing, so my advice I would not go to that place again or trust them.

Great people to work with! the hours make it easy to find an appointment time that works for you. Im gone often for clinicals, but Im able to get in on weekends. They will give an estimate for time of services but often take about half the time stated. Prices are affordable, even for a poor college student like myself. They will offer suggestions without being pushy, and explain any issue to make sure I understand why it needs to be done.

Son took my car in for oil change. Told them we THOUGHT we had an oil leak. They took the car changed the oil and then told him yes you have oil leak that needs to be fixed. So we paid for an oil change that were going to have to pay again when we get this leak fixed. Thank you for being such an inconsiderate bunch of putting their pockets over decency corporation and who took advantage of a 19 year old. I will never go back there. And I will share this experience with others. Any decent place would have come out and told him you have an oil leak and its a waste of money to get the oil change now. Considering I have been unable to work since July 2016 due to health, thank you Auto Tire for letting me throw away away my money.****UPDATE****When I took my car to my trust worthy mechanic, he informed me I did NOT have an oil leak, but who changed my oil the time before did such a sloppy and messy job, that was cause to look like a leak. First of all. It was Auto Tire who changed it and second of all, IF I did come back for the leak repair, what would they actually be doing to my car and they would be fraudulently charging me? They told my son probably around 600 dollars.

We have not had much luck or good experiences with this location ever since management has changed several times last few years. took out truck in to get an oil change and asked to make sure they check all fluids and top them off as they claim they do with every oil change. I already knew the wiper fluid was empty so when I picked up our truck I again asked if they checked and topped off all fluids and they said yes but on my way home I tried to use the wiper fluid and of course it was still totally empty! so I had to go back and complain about that. another time we told them while doing the oil change see of they can get the hood of the truck open because it has been stuck, they said sure we will take care of it and grease it but again, they did not do anything to it and hood still wont open! we now take our business and buy tires elsewhere.

TL;DR They bent my ignition key at a 30 degree angle and lied about it, claiming I gave it to them that way.I had two front tires delivered here from Tirerack.com and set up an appointment for a 2:00 installation. Upon arriving I was told that installation would be $35 a tire, not the $47 total that Tirerack quoted. I was told this was because the wheels were large (20 stock rims for 2010 Camaro). I was unhappy but whatever, I guess Tirerack was incorrect. In the end they said theyd honor the $47, so that was cool. I gave them the keys and left. 30 minutes later I received a call asking what the trick is to starting my car. Put the key in the ignition and turn...? I was very confused. They told me that the car wouldnt start and then asked me to hold. When they came back on the line they informed me that the key was twisted and wouldnt go in the ignition, can I please come back and start the car for them. I was just a few minutes away so I came back. When I walked in the door I was handed an ignition key that had been bent at about a 30 degree angle. I left to get my spare from home, called someone with a truck to meet me at the location, came back and told them to load the tires in the truck as I did not trust them to leave my car there. I was told that they did not bend the key and it was suggested that the key was bent when I gave it to them. When asked how I could have possibly driven the car there with the key in that condition (a condition they admitted made it completely impossible to start the car) I was given no response other than they didnt break it and it was damaged when they got it. I understand that things happen, and had they owned up to what they did I wouldnt have been nearly as angry, but they repeatedly lied to me and told me I gave the key to them in that condition, despite me handing the key to them and no comment being made about the condition. Trust me, if someone had been given a key as bent as this was it would have gotten a comment. In the end I took my tires across town to another installer who took care of me and didnt even bend my ignition key in the process!

I brought my van in for an oil change and I knew I needed tires badly but having limited funds Khalid helped me find the best deal on tires for my van as well as helping me increase the limit on my AutoTire credit card so I was able to get tires on my van. Arrived at the Alton, Illinois location after driving over and object. The manager told me I would need 2 tires. I did have a full sized spare. Instead of trying to over sell me, he told me my current tires were being discontinued. Instead of buying 2 tires he replaced my flat with my spare savings me hundreds of dollars. I asked him to recommend tires for next time I come in. Doing the right thing for the customer. I will be back. Thank you

I called over the weekend and set up an appointment for Monday after work. The guy I spoke with told me to bring it on in and it wouldnt be a problem and then I get there Monday and he tells me it will be a 2 hour wait. I was livid and left and took my business elsewhere which I will continue to do. That store has went downhill the last few years and now they got some foreign guy running it so what do you expect.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. On the way there, the brake line rusted through. They agreed to fix that too. To make a long story short, it took a week to get parts and they wanted to do work that I didn’t want them to do. $1200 vs. $650. When I got the truck home I noticed that they forgot to rotate the tires. Also forgot the windshield reminder sticker for the next oil change. Probably won’t be going back to Auto Tire.

I had my oil changed at this location on 1/20. I made an appointment online and scheduled a time for 2 PM. My appointment never made its way to the shop and I had to wait 1 hour before my car was even looked at. After my oil change I traveled home, let my car sit for about 10 min. and checked the oil. I was a full quart low, meaning I paid for 6 quarts and only got 5. I ended up topping of with my own oil. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because there was at least some oil that made it in the car. Not very impressed.

Thank god for Troy. He was able to explain what needed fixed and then got to it. For a manager Troy didn’t mind getting his own hands dirty and was working on cars too. Pretty impressive,Thanks again!

The customer service guys are great and mechanics went above and beyond, just for a tire patch! Recently after getting into an accident, I came straight here. Again, they took amazing care of me. They didn’t just ask me about my car, but they genuinely asked if I was ok after the accident. It was nice to feel taken care of on all fronts!Usually, I always dread going to the body shop because I feel most places use my lack of car knowledge to try and sell me something I don’t need. This is not the case here! They are all so kind, put things in a manner I understand, and I truly feel they are honest and do what they can to help me out in every way possible. On top of it, they have free WiFi and offer coffee. I will be a forever customer!

I took my car to a different shop to have my brakes looked at. Admittedly, I dont know much about cars but I got the feeling I was dealing with a salesman and not a mechanic. I called Autotire and asked to bring it in for a second opinion and price. I was able to bring my car straight over and they agreed I didnt need everything the other shop was trying to sell me. They said they could get it fixed right away. Currently eating breakfast next door and my car will be done by the time I finish my meal. Fast, honest, and friendly. Will definitely be using their services again.

Our son was in town for Thanksgiving and getting ready to head home toward a blizzard. We noticed his tires were horrible and were able to get him in to AutoTire last minute for new tires. They found an additional critical problem with the car and are bending over backwards to get our son SAFELY back on the road!

I have used this location several times in the past and never had any issues. i suggest the guy at counter get a attitude change. I work at a big truck dealership and we always give the customer a copy of the alignment sheet, before and after.

I came in needing new tires and the gentlemen that helped me were very knowledgeable and amazingly nice and did everything that needed to be done all while asking if we would like it done. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Two things. The mechanic stood on my plastic covered bumper on my 4x4 truck and scratched the paint. I also told him to use a deep socket on my lug nuts. He didnt and left permanent dents on all of them. This on a new vehicle.

I had my shocks and struts replaced. Mechanic was fast and the Store Manager Mike was great to work with. I will certainly return.
