Incredible service department, with some of the two brightest parts people around. I drive over an hour when I have another local fisher dealer less than 10 minutes from my house, theyre that good.

My husband and I always takes our Fisher plow here whenever it needs maintenance or if we need parts. Very knowledgeable and have always saved our butts. My husband thought FOR SURE we needed a new controller which is a couple hundred but when he went to buy it the ladies asked if he was sure because it actually sounded like we just needed a $6 part instead.....guess who was right....the smart ladies. Definitely saved us some $

I purchased my plow there and they did a great job on the installation. I have them service it and return occasionally for parts. I have an older Fisher MM 2 9 plow that was giving me fits. It would work fine then quit completely. I made an appointment with Alton Motorsports.Between Brad (the owner) Jennifer (his daughter) and Heather in the showroom and the techs out back it was an excellent experience. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Turn around was very quick. Service pricing was very good and they had the parts I needed in stock. Recently bought a new truck and the dealer had Alton Motorsports install a new plow and wire up my sander.During the first storm I lost most of my fluid because 3 of the pump fittings were loose. I called about this and was told they do not check them because they are tightened at the factory.On installation of new bulbs I noticed that all they did to tie the plow into my truck lights was to just cut and splice then tape. No solder or splice connectors were used.Finally when they installed the sander controller they just stuffed the wires into the box and never made any of the connections.Personally I would not recommend them, Ive used E.W. Sleeper for years and never had any problems. Unfortunately the dealer that I purchased the truck from used Alton Motorsports.When I called and explained what happened they didnt even offer to replace the oil that I lost from the loose fittings. Very disappointed!
