The people at the local office here in Altamonte were great!!! 5 stars for them!! All of them were very nice and helpful!! I still have to leave 1 star for the company overall (not this specific location) due to OUTRAGEOUS OVERBILLING of the supplies to the insurance company. My insurance pays 80%, but my 20% portion ends up being what I can purchase the supplies for at CPAP.com or any other online company WITHOUT using insurance!! Why do they charge so much to the insurance company?? This is what keeps our insurance premiums at a much higher cost than we should be paying!! DO NOT GET YOUR SUPPLIES FROM THEM!!! SHAME ON THEM FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE!

Theyre just not very good. Sized me on a wrong mask, I was 28days in due to a nose surgery not being able to use it. when you have 30 days to exchange. I called and couldnt get through on a Friday, the next Monday was MLK so I called Tuesday. They said youre over so you cant get it exchanged but have to pay. I didnt get upset or anything at all I just said ok Ill call Care Centrix or my insurance if I can get it approved, no worries. She then WENT OFF that she has NEVER seen that get approved and Im wasting my time. Um weird flex but ok? That was way too much. Place is a joke if your Doctor refers you just use an online company. Way less hassle, they fitted me totally wrong not only too small headgear but my nose pillow. I was there over an hour. I just think they didnt have the larger sizes in stock is why most likely.
Well I see theres really no reason to write another one star review, lmao!Theres no customer service or support worth speaking of from the time the lady dropped the machine off she shoved the mask over my head which freaked me out so bad I ripped it right back off 3sec later. To break it down l only heard from this company when they were dropping it off and literally at at my door to pick it up. No help in between, not one call! Cash cow 🐄 taking advantage of insurance companies, & Resmeds warranties because who are they going to give a 7month used breathing machine, thats disgusting... LoL Good luck future customers Yikes!
I have been dealing with businesses for 60 plus years and I must say that this company surpasses all I have ever seen for incompetency. The accounting department is totally clueless and completely void of any gray cells. The customer service is non existent. In other words, avoid at all costs.
HORRIBLE company with incompetent service! I spent days arranging for a wheelchair to be delivered on an exact day after my mother was discharged from a nursing home. It was mandatory that it be there for her to be discharged. When they showed up, they would not leave the wheelchair and took it away. I had to call numerous times and no one knew what was going on. I demanded the wheelchair be brought back and then the driver wanted money to leave it. There was no copay and it was preauthorized so no money was to be given but he would not leave it without getting money, probably to pocket for himself. This caused hours of stress, calling back and forth, just to have a wheelchair for a 90-year-old woman who cannot walk. They made a bad situation much worse by refusing to leave the wheelchair at my mothers house!. AVOID this company at all costs!
The only reason I give this company a 1 star is because they dont offer a 0 star. The office they have in Orlando is the worst company I have ever done business with. I called and was told they would have to send it out to be repaired but they had a rental unit available while mine was out, the next day went to office where a lady who waited on me acted like she was doing me a favor told me they didnt have a rental unit available. When I ask when they would she replied I dont know we have to find one and clean it up because its going to be an old one. I started packing up mine and she seemed suprised .I replied the this is a medical device I need . And I dont know, maybe a week wont do. I have done business with this company for years but I will never do anymore. Beware is all I can say if you live in the Orlando area. Other areas might be ok but not this one.
First they wait 6 mo. To send me a bill.So i start paying payments every mo for the past six mo. On the first payment i start recieving threatening letters that they will turn me into collections..what a loser company!!! After several phone calls to them, no one still nos how to stop these threatening letters after 6!!!!! On time payments !!!!!!!!
Horrible horrible customer service, for a whole year im trying to tell them they are billing me for no reason, they billed the wrong person im not a patient from there and no one will return my call this is crazy all they say we will take a message how about a GOD DAMN CALL BACK
