Called Friday afternoon, they were able to have someone out Monday Morning @ 8:00. I think I spoke with Sandra at the office, so was very informative on the process. When the job was complete they went over everything that they did. Did a great Job all around.

We called him late in the day and he said he would come out that night, but it was not an emergency, though I appreciated the prompt addressing of our concerns. After reading his reviews, he was the first and only person I called and am so glad I didnt waste time with any others. In a couple of short hours he corrected the issue, replaced some worn out parts, and we were good as new! He was on-time, professional, personable and his labor/material cost were incredibly fair. I had to fix my garage door once and called someone to come and fix it. It was a nightmare. Very bad service and costly. My garage door worked for about six months and broke again. I did not intend to fix again till I saw Tim fixing a garage door across from my house. After he finished I approached him to see if he could give me an estimate. He was very polite and helpful. He gave me a very affordable price. I called him later on to get an appointment. He remembered me and even offered me to come on my only day off which is Sunday. He came in did a very professional job and did not him take long. I really recommend him and give him thumbs up.
