Ive been going to JCPenney optical for about 2 years now, with Dr. Salas as my optometrist. She is an amazing profesional, always concern about patient satisfaction. Linda and Sonya have the natural ability to understand and feel what customers are experiencing. Excellent workers. Well Done!

I received the best service at this location than I’ve ever experienced since I started wearing glasses 30 years ago. They took very good care of my children and myself. I compared prices at Target, Lens Crafters, etc. and found the best deal here. The optometrist is a top notch expert and the staff are very helpful, friendly and sweet.

I like the eye doctor here and the staff is friendly enough but I dont appreciate that they wont release my PD measurement to me. I would get it if I didnt spend money here but I I have purchased tow pairs of glasses totaling over $550 as well my costs for the eye exams. Next time I will go somewhere else.

Linda and Sonia were the nicest and patient sales people I have ever met. Im not easy to please. I changed my prescription and one of the frames (I got the 2 glasses deal). I didnt like the new prescription which I got both from Lenscrafters and wanted JCP to change them back to the first one and also changed one of the frames once again. They were so sweet and knowledgeable and very accommodating. If I were them, Id be a little annoyed, didnt see any of this. The only problem that I have with JCP is that you have to wait three weeks for glasses so this process took a long time, but let me keep one pair of the glasses until the others came in. If I didnt have to wait so long I would have given this location 5 stars.
