Amazing place to get cds pops vinyl,etc. Very nice

Did not find my favorites of my genre it was a waste of time, travel and search less, too much of todays stuff but the greats sell more than now, it was a clean place and personal was helpful, but downloads are not even good for much of the songs are not the same versions, or length has been shorten. Take me back to my real times fun,love, music and choices...

Cool store. Glad its still around. Cool stuff. Pirate-like pricing. The kid at the register may as well have an eye-patch and Cutlass..If you happen to be in the mall (why?) stop in for certain....Just be sure you can justify the price for what really amounts to stuff you just gotta dust.

Great place for used movies since covid has closed most mom and pop places.

A lot of empty shelves/walls but the workers are friendly so it made my visit more enjoyable.

Worst Customer Service Ever! First off why advertise that you take in trade in movies when all your gonna do is turn people away and say you dont do trades anymore!? Sam the employee was completely rude and unprofessional. Didnt even bother to look at my phone when I showed him the advertisement online and proceeded to walk away from me when asking questions about it. Will never come back here again! No wonder all the FYE stores are closing down.

Its been years since i came here but i was shocked honestly.Im glad to see it didnt shut down due to the pandemic.They have lots n lot of new things such as bringing back old classics materials even new things.Staff was very kind as well.Definitely will be going back more often.

FYE is great for movies, but do consider some are expensive, and some are cheap. You may not always find what you may want or the price but guaruanteed to find something in the middle. Since Movie stop closed its probably the only place i know to find hard to seek movies, and really finding movies are difficult today with all the digital media. Sometimes having a hard copy is different feeling. The collectables are so neat. I find exclusives there that are so cool. For example i love horror movies and found all my riot society shirts and a childs play cereal i keep the box on my fridge. FYE is great to spend alot time and everybody can find something they like. Always been one of my favorite stores even though i dont shop as much as i used to. Friendly helpful employees that can keep a conversation about what you are interested in. Best shop in the altamonte mall

We went to go look for a cheer stuff for my granddaughter and they had to order they did not have it little enough but other than that it was fun and lots of stuff

It has an okay selection of movies and music. A lot of collectibles though. Prices are fair. Look for used music or movies for lower price, they are carefully selected and still in good condition!

Always love FYE. Im sad that they began phasing ghem out of malls in the recent years. They need to bring them back.

This is one of the most unique stores out there. If youre looking for a special unique gift this is a great place. My son is a YouTuber and he loves coming into this store and finding great action figures games and just off-the-wall stuff that you normally dont find another stores

Music selection was okay, lots of merch.

My wife was told she could get 20% off if she joined the rewards program. What they didnt tell her was it was a recurring charge. Who charges for a loyalty rewards program? That should be something you want is people to be loyal to your business. To hook your customers with deception makes them run the other way.

Never heard of it. Went in. Not impressed.

Long lines and slow service. Seems the cashiers were always stepping away to get help and taking several minutes to ring up single items. However when I checked out younger gentleman had me rung up, checked out very quickly so it may just be the customers

Always some interesting stuff around that you cant find anywhere else. Another one of our always going there stores when were at the mall.

I was told I could get 20% off if I joined the rewards program and failed to mention it was a recurring charge of $12. When I called to cancel, they tried to not let me cancel my account and tried promoting it again. That is a really dishonest strategy and I will not be going there again.

Wife purchased some headphones for Christmas that ended up being defective. She accidentally three out the receipt. The workers were wonderful and swapped them anyways. Thanks so much guys

A super fun store with loads of nostalgia

This is a fun place to visit. It has lot of movies (new and used), television series old and new on DVD (new and used), so many music CDs to pick from, candy and some vinyl records. I think everyone young and old can find something to buy here. Its a bit crowded with merchandise and racks so the aisles can be hard to walk through. I also found it hard to get a sales person to help me. They were nice when I did get the assistance I needed. Definitely going back. I recommend it.

We always have fun shopping at this store. They sell unique merchandise in addition to movie and music DVD and CD. Of course, super heroes fans will find interesting things here too. I bought all my daughters Wonder Woman and Dragon Ball items here too.

Yooooo they still exist! They have awesome stuff - and great sales. They expanded their non-music items so it’s more like a Spencer’s or Think Geek (but music is still there). DVDs too. Definitely check it out...you’ll be amazed at the variety.

This store has a lot of great stuff from clothes, to movies to keychains and figurines. But I wish they would turn on the AC a bit lower, every time I have been there it feels muggy and warm. I would have spent more time browsing and even maybe made a line to check out but I could barely breathe.Items are great but the shopping experience can improve with making it a bit cooler in there.

Always great prices on stuff like headphones and little trinkets for the kids. Great place for specific stuff such as dragonball z memorabilia etc.

This store has a consistent variety of novelty items. Convenient location in the Altamonte Springs Mall. New merchandise is added frequently. They should run sales more frequently. Being a novelty type business their prices are High. Great place to shop for that hard to get gift work for the person that is very involved in cos playing and anime.

A short creeper male employee with glasses kept on eyeing me and approaching me as if he thought I was going to steal something! The ONLY reason I gave 1 star is because I did reminisce about my childhood growing up in the 90s when buying CDs and watching music videos on MTV was popular. But that creeper employee ruined the FYE experience.

Love this place... great nerdy and pop culture finds. And they have mini mochi that is to die for good.

Nice place. It has a lot of cute and not easy to find everywhere Japanese stuff. Lots of Japanese candy and plushies. It also has some kpop stuff but the CDs are quite expensive. It has BT21 merch that you cant find in-store at hot topic or barnes and nobles.

A good location. Great selection. I go to find vinyls and I found a couple that I couldnt find elsewhere. The cashier was a young man and he was very kind and helpful. A good location Id like to visit every once in awhile.

Fun place to shop and visit. Always find something new. You can even create your own mix cd with hard to find songs.

I liked the fact that this is the only place I found House of 1000 corpses by Rob Zombie for a cheap price I now love this place just cuz of that.
