Ive purchased multiple things from 24/7 Comfort Apparel. Ive purchased through JC Penneys, who honors returns.Ive also purchased through Sears/KMart, who does NOT honor returns. Ive have been attempting to return an item at least 6 times without having to pay for shipping of a falsely advertised cardigan. 24/7 REFUSES to pay for return and all Ive received from Sears and Kmart are emails asking for pictures of the very same product with the description of long sleeves when its not long sleeved.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE FALSELY ADVERTISED. THEY ARE A HASSLE TO RETURN THINGS, UNLESS YOU PURCHASE THROUGH JC PENNYS. WHO DOES REFUND FROM THE ACTUAL PENNYS STORE!
