Excellent it was so easy. They understood what I needed and made wonderful suggestions. I walked out with something very fitting that was pre made with a nice card.

I had a medium sized bouquet delivered for my MILs birthday - flowers were beautiful and arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery person forgot to deliver the box of chocolates that I ordered with the flowers, but when I called the shop, they apologized and immediately delivered the chocolates with an extra gift as an apology. Highly recommend and would happily use them again!

I had the sweetest little woman helping me pick out flowers and bouquets today. She had wonderful advice on the selections, and went above and beyond to help wrap my arrangements and give me information on pricing and care. I felt so welcomed and taken care of!Because of her, I will be returning to this store.

What an amazing gem this place is. I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a thank you and they really exceeded any expectations I had. I ordered the Hanging Ivy and it was absolutely stunning. I will post a picture. So happy with this florist. They are truly artists.

This Place is amazing! I was in a few days before it took on new ownership and the change done there is night and day! They have all fresh assortments to choose from as well as more than just flowers. They also provide different types of jewelry, and great smelling soaps and lotions. The vintage look is very fitting and will be back soon!

As a realtor, customer service means a lot to me. I ordered an arrangement for a client I had just close to say thank you. I didnt know what type of arrangement or flowers I wanted, however, Alex was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took the worry away from me, she put together the most beautiful arrangement of flowers, my client was extremely happy with the arrangement called me raving over it. Flower arrangement was beautiful; however the young lady doesnt know much about business or providing excellent service. She overcharged me by $7 and thought it was okay. When I brought it to her attention she said, are we really quibbling over $7....um, yes we are. What type of business asks their customer if being overcharged is a quibble??? Not only are we going to quibble, I want it corrected, immediately. And, you just lost a customer, with friends and family, over $7. Definitely not going back there and neither will anyone else I know!

Never order flowers from here--or from here via FTD! My husband ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered at work; I work at Caltech which is a fairly-well known landmark in Pasadena and this florist is located only about 10 minutes away. The driver called me an hour before he delivered the flowers saying that someone had ordered flowers for me but he didnt know where to deliver them. I told him I worked in Millikan Library at Caltech and he said he knew that but he didnt know the address. Like many college campuses, Caltech does not have street addresses for every building. However, there is a map online of all of the buildings on campus. If you were, say, surprising someone with flowers, youd probably use this map to find their building without calling them. I played along and tried to explain to him where my building was and he just kept asking for the street number. I gave him the nearest intersection, since there is no street number for my building. He then calls an hour later to say he is parked near that intersection and that hes parked on a red curb so he cant get out of the car or hell get a ticket so I have to come down and get the flowers. I had to walk down to a Nissan minivan on the side of the street to get my flowers--unacceptable for the amount of money it costs to send flowers! You are paying for the service! When I confronted the driver he was rude, and kept saying: if you would have told me the address, I would have brought them up to your building--Im not a lazy person! I said, again, that the building doesnt have an address, but a map is available online. He got defensive and I walked away. The flowers themselves were a bit wilted and not well arranged; Ive seen much better from the grocery store. The manager on the phone said she was going to call FTD to let them know what happened so my husband would get a discount. I dont count on that ever happening.My coworker received a flower delivery from Jacob Maarse a few weeks ago and they had no problem finding their way to Caltech, our building, and her desk without asking her directly. From now on, Ill ask my husband to order from there. Happy street-side minivan birthday flowers to me! Seriously: dont support this place.
