I am disabled and it is very hard for me to get around so I tend to call places ahead of time. I called B & D and they told me to come on in for a nail remover. When I arrived a lady was complaining that they wouldnt be able to help her. I found out shortly after why not. EVERY SINGLE tech was off to lunch... All of them. They didnt bother telling that to me or the woman who, ultimately, I gabe a ride home too.Bad business practices and terrible customer service.
