Very well and stocked with all kinds of interesting lights. An enlightening experience. Lights in a variety of shapes, colors, sizes and designs. They range from plain to quite fancy. And, the consultant is highly knowledgeable about their products. Need lights, this is the location to check out!

Walk in the store, the woman that was behind the desk walked from behind the desk pass my husband and I . Greeted the incoming guest and did not say a word to us.. we seen several lights we were interested in .. due to the unprofessionalism and disregard of our presence.. I kindly told my husband let go we will not spend our money here.

Bought a circuit. $60.00. Was in the circuit box for two minutes. Same problem. Took it back in the morning. Manager said no refunds. Why give a receipt then? Nothing on the receipt stated this policy - only about no refunds on cut wire or display items. I cannot afford to waste this money, but thanks to the manager trying to jack up profits, I have no choice. Thanks, Gem. A gem you are not! An unemployed customer.

The ladies in the light fixture department were friendly. The same cant be said about the guy in the parts department. I went in there hoping to get some help and advice on moving my light fixture. The guy didnt even let me finish explaining what Im trying to do and cut me off, saying they dont have what I was looking for. Meanwhile, he had just helped a customer who bought a case of electrical box mounts right before me. 😒

The selection and quality offered is very good and the lady who helped us find what was right for us knew her products and inventory. They do not install.

They were so great!!!!!! My dad came and bought the new outlets and light switches for my house. He forgot the cover plate. I came back to get them and they gave them to me for free! So sweet of them! They were so nice!!! I can not say enough good things!!!

If anyone needs any lighting go to GEM Electric! They are so helpful, professional, and friendly. We will definitely be going back for anything else we need.

We had really bad experience with our pendants here. We purchased 3 expensive ones for our kitchen. They would break pretty often for no reason. They agreed to exchanged for same ones only but it kept happening. We asked to get credit for different ones and they disagreed. It was very frustrating replacing them every month and they didn’t care to make an exception in our case knowing how expensive they were and supposedly high quality!! Never will I purchase here!!!!

Staff is rude, there is never anyone (worker) on the floor the to ask questions. Have to always form a line to behind buyers to ask just one question. I would rather go elsewhere. Customer service is key.
