Very poor service. Do not even think to use them. They are just fooling people and think that everything will pass over them. Used them for a car transport. They didnt pay to the guys that transported the vehicle, even though they did their job perfectly!Scam!!!

I purchased a car from these guys pretty much sight unseen back in March of 2018 - a 2015 BMW 328i with 50K miles on it at time of purchase. Before actually looking at the car, I had multiple back-and-forth e-mails and phone calls with George. He was very honest and straight-forward about the condition of the vehicle and answering all the questions I had to the best of his ability. We agreed verbally on a price, and I traveled to Chicago to get the car. George had one of his employees promptly pick me up at the airport and bring me to the dealership to finalize the deal on the car. The entire buying process took less than 30 minutes. After purchasing the vehicle and driving it back to Texas, we had some minor paperwork issues with the Title that needed to get sorted out in order for me to Title the car in Texas. George went above and beyond to help me get that sorted out even after he had my money and the deal was done. Ive owned the car about 6 months now and have put around 10,000 miles on it since I bought it. The vehicle has been perfect with zero issues to date. I dont know why this dealer has so many negative reviews. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. This was the easiest buying experience I have had purchasing a car. And the car itself is fantastic. I would gladly buy from these guys again for my next vehicle needs.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Super sketchy with a large side order of RUDE. Purchase order done. Put the car on my insurance. Literally check in hand. Called GEORGE to confirm tires would be mounted and express concern over how many miles were being put on the car. He said Lets just put a stop to this before it begins. Im not going to sell you the car sir. Have a nice day. Then he hung up on me.But heres the thing, he told me about the car and named a price before they had it on property. When they listed it on their website it was $3,000 more, but GEORGE agreed to honor the price he quoted me.... until I had the audacity to ask about tires and mileage since they took possession.I guess a $3000 profit in the bush is better than $72,000 in hand.Stay away from these guys.

I recently purchased a like-new BMW from George. Ive bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and George made the entire experience simple, fast and detailed. Even after I had to reschedule my delivery, he was super accommodating and didnt put any pressure on me to rush the process. He also worked with me on my trade, making the process hassle free, considering I live in Detroit and couldnt stop by his store until pick up of my car. He had me in and out in under an hour and I was thrilled to see the car was flawless. Thanks George and team! Looking forward to doing business again in the future.Edit - 12/29/2017: Updating my review to add a word of caution. As an out of state buyer, George offered a service to transfer my Michigan registration, saving me a trip to the Secretary of State. There was no firm expectation set regarding the time it would take, but didnt expect a nearly 2 month wait with little communication. Ultimately, I contacted George near the end of December (car purchased on 10/31) since my IL temp tag was set to expire asking for a refund. George sent me a FedEx containing paperwork and a refund for the services and my state sales tax. This was a huge inconvenience and soured what was a great upfront purchase. Not sure if I was the exception, but Id strongly caution against using their service provider for registration transfers and complete this yourself. It will most likely save you frustration.

I purchased a car from George and it has been a horrible experience. Buyers beware. Very misleading. I was told the car I bought was in great condition and was an manufacturer executive car. The car was a track car for a manufacturer and had lots of wear and tear for a one year old car with 6k miles. I was also told I would get the service agreement that comes with a car and I never received that either. I tried to speak with George about exchanging the car for another vehicle and thats when he quit taking my calls. George seem like a very nice guy when dealing with him and purchasing the car. Once the car was delivered his whole personalty changed. I dont want other buyers to experience what I have had to deal with. Buy with caution!!!!!!

George was easy to deal with. The 2013 Audi A8L we purchased was exactly as described. Fair price on his car and our trade all done via telephone prior to our arrival. We reside in the St Louis area and would make the trip again to get the deal.

GEORGE sold my husband a car with an expired warranty. He told my husband car was a spec car that had a warranty through 2019. Check engine light came on shortly after purchase. Took car to BMW to find out warranty had expired. My husband contacted George several times. George told my husband, oh common mistake, Ill take care of it, no worries. Nothing. Now George simply stopped returning my husbands calls. I WILL be contacting BBB about this company. BAD BUSINESS = MAD WIFE!

Im have a real bad experience with George the owner of the dealership Im buy a Chevy cargo van $Cash$ George give me a passenger plates Im asking about B Truck he said Im not need. He said if you have any problems with the plate call Im fixing your plates. Weeks later Home Town Police stop ME about me plates is a cargo van😠😠😠 no a passenger Van.... Im stop in the dealer talking with George the owner what happen he said a lot of excuses or a lot sh&:#d he said Im call you back and 2 still waiting for this call. WENT YOU READ MY BAD EXP. Very shady dealership!!!! Please beware before purchasing a car from these guys. I bought a car here that had supposedly gone through a detailed inspection. The next day the car started shaking violently and the engine shut off while I was driving. I took it in to my mechanic, and it turns out that there was a crack in the manifold that had been sealed with some quick temporary solution. In other words, they knowingly sold me a lemon that they purposely covered up. BE CAREFUL with this place.

This is a typical used car cesspool with a showroomSalesman who barely speaks intelligible English, and a sales manager who doesnt answer, nor return phone calls. I called the dealership no less than 10 times over the course of two weeks to inquire about a BMW he listed. I got zero information from his unintelligible phone minion and no response from him. No matter what hes selling, or how great a deal he claims, Id stay away from this D-bag at all costs.

Salesman Lucas was very rude. All the cars are kept in dark garages with no lights. They have so many cars it takes forever to get cars rearranged to get the one you like out of the garage if they can find the keys to all the cars. In my case they could not find the keys so it was a wasted trip.

I ave been trying to contact George from last one month. At least 40 calls and 10 emails. No reply. Please be careful before you buy anything!!!

George is a snake. Typical used car salesman. He sold me a car that had tons of issues he knew about wouldnt stand behind the vehicle he sold me wouldnt give me the key to the vehicle as outlined in our contract. STAY AWAY. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE YOU WILL BE SORRY.

I normally do not do reviews but we bought a x5d m sport from here and the guy lied to me. Told me my professional opinion the car has never been painted I told him i am a professional detailer and i will spot any paint work right away. He said no the suv looks great. So after driving from okc to chicago about 30 seconds into looking into the suv i spot 2 panels that have been painted.I asked him about it and he just said nothing about it. Ok fair enough maybe he did not spot it. I mean most people that dont know anything about cars probably would not notice it. Then i start talking to one of his employees and he starts talking about how they tried to wet sand the paint.... only reason to do this would be to cut the paint down to make it look less obvious that its been painted. So i know he lied to me about it. if i would have read all these reviews i probably would not have made the trip. However we already drove 900 miles and did not want to go back empty handed He would not negotiate the price at all after all the paint work i found.

George... where to even start with this individual (owner). Went in because I was interested in purchasing a BMW 328i (manual). They had one in a color I was interested in. Upon arrival- he was at his desk speaking over the phone. Didn’t want to be rude and or interrupt. So I sat in the waiting area patiently. When finished he greeted me and asked how to help, very friendly might I add (although the reviews state otherwise). After mentioning what I was looking for. He called over one of his porters to show me the car. I found this to be odd. However I went with it. He was there alone and he looked quite busy. When the porter walked me over. I asked if we can test drive the car. The porter said that George would have to approve it?. Wait what? Approve it? Ok then let’s go BACK and talk with George. When we head back to his office- again I had to wait for him to get off the phone. When free, again very friendly asked me what I thought of the car. Well- yes it’s a nice car- however I wanted to test drive it before speaking numbers. Right away he cut me off rudely, and said and I quote- “ no way!- there is nothing with the car. So if you wish to test drive it I will need to pull your credit to make sure you can purchase the vehicle”. Seriously?- I was Bafiled by his response!. NEVER have I been disrispected like I was that evening. Had I wanted to see the car and not test drive it. I think the pictures would have sufficed. But wait there is more!. After his rude response he went on to say and I quote- “have you ever purchased a car this expensive before”(sticker price was $40,000). I just got up before I said or did something I would regret and thanked him for his time. For him to judge me- as if I was begging for a deal or walking in looking like a bum is beyond me. Needless to say I went on to Motorwerks and purchased an lovely BMW from them with no harassment or judge mental remarks. As well spent more then what he had to offer. I would say if you want to get scammed go here. If you want BMW class service- I suggest you go to a certified BMW dealership.
