Not helpful. 25 years old but it was “go see what that kid wants” as I walked in. Not helpful at all literally just wasted my time walking in there. And all I was looking for were speakers. Just pushing business out the door instead of trying to suggestive sell or anything like that.

Would never spend my money here. Came in to inquire about having tires mounted and balanced, and to have some custom audio work done. The guy I spoke to had a very condescending demeanor. Instead of trying to understand what I needed, he insisted it doesnt work like that. Actually, what I wanted DOES work like that, since Jeeps come with the same factory set up I was inquiring about. Came off as a real know it all. Estimate I would have spent at least a grand with them. Nah, maybe he should tone it down a bit. Suspect Im not the first potential customer hes rubbed the wrong way.

Nice friendly staff. They know their stuff. I have a Chevy Silverado LS with no bells or whistles. Every place I went to told me I needed a $200 interface to keep steering wheel controls and navigation even though my truck didnt have any of those features. Music in Motion gave me options and explained to me what features I would lose with each one. I wound up going with the second least expensive option and wound up costing me $79. I would highly recommend going here for any car needs you might have. Installation is reasonably priced too.

I personally manage a shop down the road and I recommend all the custom work that we can’t do here to music in motion. Moe got my truck ready for the Smokey mountains 🏔... installing some extra light where they were very Much needed because you can’t see anything in the dark in the south especially the mountains. Nevertheless moe hooked me up, did a phenomenal job, and got my vehicle done sooner than they originally promised. The folks here are very good people and they take care of you. So thank you to moe and team at music and motion because my vacation would not have been what it was without you guys! I will continue to send work your way!

Hello everyone i have recently got work done on my 2016 Honda accord, speakers replaced, and had my own subs they setup. The amount of time and effort these guys put in their work is beautiful. If you dont know anything these guys will help you with out hesitation and help find exactly what youre looking for. Recently had my tints done on my BMW 335i. Moe was extremely knowledgeable and informative (I did not have much knowledge on tints). The tints came out perfectly. Definitely would recommend them for all your automotive needs!

Not worth the time. Check your install, they like to use old EQUIPMENT! Asked for a 500watt amp. & got a 120amp. × 2 (briged?) USED. Could not provide any proof when asked for box & instructions on my USED amp. said box & instructions were at other shop? But now its gone? Magic or lie & deception? I have my OPINION you take you chances.

Purchased a used truck a while back and went there to have a remote start installed. Told them that there is an antenna on the windshield and I dont know what it is for.When I picked up the car I saw the old antenna was removed and a new antenna installed. When I got home I realized that there was two extra remotes with all the spare keys that I got when I purchased the truck, my fault for not looking before.I called back and asked them if the truck had a remote start already installed and they told me yes it had one and they removed it.I would have expected them to give me a call and let me know that it already had a remote start. Not very happy about that.

Nice people. They gave me advice for replacing a speaker that was for a home stereo. They could have told me that they only deal with auto speakers, but they helped me where to go to get what I am looking for.

I am a Long time client I have trusted this shop going on 12 + years different vehicles different appications from alarms remote starters CAI (Cold Air Intake) HID headlights Window Tint And lets not for get Radios. If you want a shop that is going to do a slip shot job go some place else! If you want pride in workmanship professional installation COME HERE! They take the time to do it correct. Crimp caps on the radio harness and Cloth tape on the wire a thing that some other shops wont do . The other shop but connectors and electric tape if you are lucky NOT HERE.....PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY ! Something a simple as a harness color to color and twist a wire is turned in to a work of art Moe and Sam are the guys you want to come and see MUSIC IN MOTION ALSIP ILLINOIS. It is the place you want to go to have installs done and these are the men you want doing it! Dont believe me come on in and see for your self .

This place sucks. They charge you for equipment and parts that you dont need. Then then they say Oh we dont warranty the labor we have done after they screwed my whole system up. They also seem to not like black people because Moe was so rude and mean. He was steadily asking for money but did not want to answer any questions. Trust me if you value your money and car. PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE LOSERS!!!!

Sam was an absolute pleasure to work with and the install was done properly with the right gauge of wires. Worked with me on the price which made this visit even better and Im now returning to have them redo somebodys bad work on my other car system. Highly recommend this place

I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep more then a month ago the part was out of stock they told me it would take two to three weeks. I paid for the cost of the part 65 dollars and called back three weeks later, they informed me it was going to be three months. I happened to find the part and called back to cancel the order. The manager of the store told me he could not refund my money but I could have a in store credit of 65 dollars, bad companies do this so you spend more money in their store, they realize you dont need anything but hope you buy something else so they can make more money from you. If your thinking about having work done by these guys dont do it there are other companies you can have your work done that wont try and cheat you. PASS THIS ONE BY You ordered this center cap from TSI they have it on back order I expect to receive this center cap when they get it in, thats what we agreed on since you will not refund my money which is bad business its not like you have it and are being stuck with it so on that note get the center cap that you said you can get because believe me if you told me there is a possibility you could not get the part I would have not have ordered it. So be a man of your word and get the cap I know its on back order because I called TSI so dont say you cant get it.
