I just had the best experience at the Goodwill store here in Alpine! A lovely woman named Kathy assisted me in purchasing a desk chair. She even picked it up for me and put it in my car. This level of customer service is very difficult to find nowadays, but Kathy exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Kathy and I will be shopping at this Goodwill store again!

Great prices, friendly staff, cute place

This store is the BEST!!! The staff is so personable and they have a great selection of items. The store is small enough that you can see everything in about an hour versus spending half a day in the bigger stores. Love, love, love Alpine Goodwill.

Prices were higher then other good will donation centers but the curative service was normal

Wonderful little store. Staff is so nice and the costumer service is great. I always find a gem when I shop this store. I love that by shopping Goodwill I am able to help Goodwill with their many free programs for the community.

Great Take your time

I donated fine crystal and boxes of household goods through the drive through. Omar told me to lift the heavy boxes above my head and place them in bins. I had to request a cart and he watched and hurried me to fill the cart even though no one was in line. I understand Covid and rules but disregarding when a person has a handicap is very poor. My husband, age 78 went thru today and was also treated poorly. I will not shop or donate at this location ever again.

This is my favorite Goodwill store in all of San Diego County. You can always find almost brand new or brand new items for a great price!

Great deals, great people and gives discounts to first responders, seniors and students. The items are in very nice condition. Ive visited the store several times and never had a negative experience. You wont be disappointed. Alpine offers many amenities in town and a casino nearby with outlet type stores.

I love Goodwill! Alpine Ca Goodwill is the Best of them all. I am always greeted with a smile and asking me if i need help . When Im between appointments I go in to my favorite store and find amazing stuff for a good price! I love how they display their merchandise I feel like Im in Nordstroms. Well done Alpine goodwill employees ! You always make me feel welcomed :)

They keep the store very clean and organized and are always changing things around so theres new stuff to look at. Staff is super friendly. However, theyve recently raised their prices (may 2017) because theyre trying to become a boutique thrift shop. Major bummer as their prices used to be great! Bought a book today for $8, steep!

It has a large array of items to choose from, but its a mighty expensive shop. Once I learned that Goodwill wasnt a 501(c)3, nor a true charity, I dont like to give them my money. I dont donate here, yet they ask if you do have donations to drop them off during their open hours. Good place to find treasures to sell, but the priceyness and charity facade make me a little biased against them... its Alpine, so its a clean, safe store.

Great staff, you can tell they enjoy their jobs, and take pride in their store. The displays are like art and its always clean and easy to shop. Every time I have been in there someone always goes the extra mile to help me.

Friendliest staff and the nicest patrons. One of the best Goodwills that I have been to in a very long time. I will keep going back because the atmosphere and selection a fantastic.

Their clothes / blouse / shirts are too pricey. Not going to buy it even if its $5.99. I guess if you are desperate and no choice then its your store😜.

Superb quality items; furniture, kitchenware, home furnishings, clothing, jewelry, and accessories. A decorators dream for the home and family. Most things are new or nearly new. This is my favorite store and its part of my daily routine. I saved tons of money.

I really love this store. I work right up the street from them and go on my lunch break everyday. The prices are kinda high but the merchandise is very nice.

Small boutique style Goodwill. Clean and well managed. Just enjoy going here to find my next treasure.

Carts are provided but the aisles are set up that do not enable one to push the cart through. Wider aisles would be nice. The customer service was great.

This Goodwill store has tons of brand name items. The best prices are on furniture ( on weekends the furniture is 50% off ). Very helpful and friendly staff too.

Nice little Goodwill, in Alpine. Small, but does have a variety of things. And can be seen from the road

It was a nice place to visit, but when we went to look for shoes I ask the cashier and she had looked everywhere and I was left without the shoe and I was sad about it...
