They dont have one in the 30349 area of Atlanta and the only reason I give the 4 stars. I have to drive 45 min. To enjoy their great selections of Wines,and Spirits. Good prices

The new location on Northside Pkwy is convenient. Great selection and the way its organized made it easy to find what we needed. Prices on beer were similar to the supermarket, and the selection was far better.

You cannot go wrong with staff recommendations. I thoroughly enjoy the 1st, 2nd, 3rd ratings placed near certain wines to assist me with my choices! The attached picture shows some of my favorites thanks to the staff ratings. Great selection of wines and cashiers are SO pleasant (like Trader Joes pleasant!!!)

Theres a reason Total Wine is so huge and expanding... best selection and usually the best prices. I go here 9 times out of 10 for any alcohol or cigar buying needs. The staff is excellent, very clean store, and theyre always ready to help with recommendations.

Wow! What an incredible store. Their wine, whiskey, and beer selection is second to none. I’ve been to other Total Wine’s stores in other states and this store is in a league of its own. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. My go to location for adult beverages.

First time Id ever been in total wine. Looking for scotch for son and wine for wife. Absolutely incredible. Huge selection. Biggest Ive ever seen. Cant attest to pricing as I honestly didnt pay that much attention. Nothing jumped out at me as being out of line.

That variety is never ending. Plus they just opened up into their new location. So much more room, the same if not a few more additional items. What ever you need from Whiskey, Vodka, beers, wine and even Sake (yes they have an amazing choice of sake) they have it all.

Whatever youre looking for ought to be found here. What a selection they have!

This was my first visit to the Alpharetta Total Wine & More. My wife was trying to locate a very hard to find wine. I called this location and Eric found four bottles in inventory. Eric was FANTASTIC! However, when we arrived at the store and twice asked for assistance; a female staff member was short with her answers and seemed to have an attitude about something (for which I couldnt understand because I was being polite). When my wife checked out, she thought that the selected wine was eligible for a discount. She asked that question to the register cashier and was told it isnt so do you want to put it back or not. My wife was fine with knowing that it wasnt eligible but did not like the attitude that was displayed with the response. Therefore, we interacted with three staff members at this Total Wine and two out of the three seemed to be having a bad day...

Guy who helped me pick out the Bourbon was very knowledgeable. Craft beer selection was good. Worker who checked to see if I needed anything was nice, as was the young lady at the register. Very large store with a HUGE selection of everything.

Found what I was looking for at the price I was looking for. The store carries a variety of beverages that makes shopping so much easier. Cant go wrong!

This one is set up totally different from others, and even the super nice employees were not sure where the non-alcoholic section was. But finally found.

Was told over the phone my order was ready for pick up but when I got there, 1/2 of it was missing. 2 people said theyd have to get someone else to help me, I waited 40 minutes to finally get everything from my order, total disorganization, short staffed, no one manning the online pick up desk, an employee knocking over a display of wine bottles with a cart. The cashier was the only bright spot. Worst experience Ive had at any Total Wine.

This place is awesome! Will return. They have a wide selection at low prices. Everything you could look for. The team members were super nice and knowledgeable.

My wife and I have been long time fans of Total Wine and visit their Alpharetta location at least once a week. We spend on average around $200.00 during each visit on select wines and bourbon. That will no longer by the case! The past six months have become incredibly frustrating to shop at this location due to their online personal shopper employees working to fill online orders. They are incredibly rude, stand right in front of you when shopping and will literally run you over to fill their orders. I feel like I am in competition with these people and will no longer tolerate it. They have zero care for the customers in the store and I have made the decision to purchase my beverage needs elsewhere! Its not worth the hassle anymore!

Ive been going to this location for two years now, and they just recently moved across the street! Staff was very helpful and even though I was just looking around for whatever reached out to me it was neat that they still asked if I needed any help. New store is bright and a little more organized, but still set up similarly so I didnt have any trouble getting to where I wanted to look. This is still one of my favorite locations, Ill happily travel here than go to the perimeter location when Im able to.

Ive only been here a couple times (from out of town) but been amazed both times! Everything we were looking for, at great prices! The employee suggestions on the cards are a nice touch. People are friendly, selection is amazing, and a $6000 bottle?! Ha! Love it! A new must stop for me whenever Im nearby.

Very large liquor, wine, and beer store with incredibly helpful staff. Store is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Four star rating due to many premium liquors being out of stock.

I bought a bottle of wine for $199 and when opening it the cork broke. It was undrinkable. It was definitely incorrectly stored at the store. When I went to the store the manager said: “there is nothing I can do”. Unbelievable for me. Such poor customer service and very disappointing. They didn’t even offer me a small store credit. This was the last time I bought wine there. Definitely. You lost a valued customer over bad customer service.

The curbside pickup option works very well here, very well executed, and it appears the service is used freqyently. My last trip here I asked how popular curbside is and the guy delivering my case said they have had 300 in a day recently. Great service! For people who may not know a lot about wine the shopping experience can seem intimidating, but I have found the staff to be helpful, if not enthusiastic about assisting customers with wine choices. Some can be more interested in ensuring you know everything about every wine, but most are helpful only when you need them to be.

I can usually find what I need here that I can’t find in other places. Total Wine is very organized with a wonderful selection of wines, beers, vodkas, bourbons. They even have a great selection of small sample bottles if there is something you’ve been wanting to try.

Love the new store! Good layout and they have everything you would ever want to drink.

Huge selection! The staff is also super helpful, the store is laid out well so things were easy to find but with that many items it can still be a challenge at times. I asked for a specific whiskey and the shelf was empty they went quickly to a box on the overhead and got mine and restocked it.Great service and just about anything you could want. I wish we had these where I live.

Start to finish amazing experience - I cannot remember the last time I had such an absolute pleasure shopping somewhere. I walked in and was immediately greeted, had multiple associates ask me if they could assist, many offering up their expert opinions on products, I had a several people go out of their way to help me pick out and load up 60 bottles of champagne, and made me feel like it was “no sweat”. It’s hard to convey my sincere appreciation and it may seem like it’s “just a trip to a store” but it made my day and maybe even my month, it certainly made it to the top Of my list of best shopping / customer experience of the year. Shout out to everyone at Total wine, it was insanely busy today, but you all handled it like pros.

It took me 2 weeks to find Hennessy Master Blenders #4 and this store had more than I could possibly want. I wanted it so bad, I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy it. To make sure they had it, I was able to make my purchase online and it was packed and ready to go by the time I arrived. I will be a customer for the rest of my life

The customer service is excellent. My husband and I have frequently visited this location and each time the employees are not only very knowledgeable, but eager to help. Becky in particular is fantastic and all of her wine suggestions have been a hit for me! :)Aside from that this location is also clean, tidy, and very well stocked.

OMG! Never ever expect to walk out of there in a timely fashion with just one bottle. Every time I go in for a specific item, I end up spending at least 15 minutes gazing at all the amazing selections, and before I know it Im juggling three bottles and a 6 pack of beer. Best selection, best prices, and exceptional service.

Great selection and price but the sales people on the floor are overly pushy. We were asked twice if we need help finding anything and both times after telling them no just browsing we were told a story and pointed directly to a specific bottle of their suggestion near that area. It was actually very obnoxious, they should tone it down some.

I just purchased wine today that was oxygenated. I couldn’t even stand a sip before tossing it out. The kicker was when I tried to return it they only issued a store credit. As if I wanted to patronize this establishment again. Just awful! Rather than check they other wines from the vineyard and year, the guy even said that there was no problem selling (cheap)white wine from 2018.

What can I say, the selection is amazing. There are some wines that I really like but can’t find anywhere else in the area, but Total Wine has them. The prices are really good as well. If you are looking for a hard to find wine, beer, or spirit, this is the place for you. I would definitely look out for any special products they have produced just for them like the Whistle Pig Whiskey.

Really nice store with huge variety of all sorts of liqors with one of the largest wine collections around. The staff is super nice and the prices of course are very hard to beat, even when compared to Costco liqor stores. Highly recommended.

We had to supply our own liquor at our wedding since the venue (Tate House) didnt have that option-only beer and wine. I thought to go here because Im a rewards member and I had a coupon! I wanted to use this coupon for such a big purchase! Well we couldnt at the time because they dont accept coupons from other Total Wine stores (backstory we live on the West coast), so that sucked! Anyways, our time in the store was pretty easy. We located the: bourbon, gin, and elderflower spirits that we needed for our signature drinks with ease. There was a helpful fellow at the time too that assisted in our selection. I think we chose correct because everyone was having a fine grand ole time on the dance floor at our wedding reception! Our wedding was a night to remember thanks to our drink selection LOL so many happy fun memories because of alcohol here at our wedding that we will forever cherish. Cheers my dears!

Pretty good selection, although as a lover of Belgian style beers I would have wished for some more choices. A store this size could have stocked some more off-mainstream or even some wild yeast options. I go here mostly for kegs. Decent variable selection of those.

I was trying to buy for a celebration BUT, unfortunately if you go with your friend from another country, with her Foreign ID that doesn’t count as a valid ID. Bad policy.
