This store is very spacious and clean. They have good variety of clothing for Gents, ladies and Kids. They also have good varieties of toys, books, speakers and other electronic goods. They also sell groceries and they also sell fruits and frozen food items. They also have beauty products for both Gents and ladies. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy are located inside the Target store. Restrooms here are very clean. Customer service is very good.

I have called four times, tried every department, and no one answers the phone. If customer service hours are different from store hours, it should be posted online. Trying to find out if @guest services” is open for returns shouldn’t be this difficult.

Double check your drive up order before leaving. Almost every single time Ive placed an order, I get home and theres a mistake. Either forgotten items or someone elses order completely.

Reviewing info on printers, and Anna was extremely helpful. She was knowledgeable but low-key to not embarrass an old man. Target is a low price leader, but has very good assistance and service on electronics.

Over the last couple months this store has gone downhill significantly.Ive been going here for years and never seen it this bad,  theres expired food in the grocery section, no product on the shelves, items say their in stock but their not, long check out lines, no employees to be seen on the sales floor.Not to mention their fresh rolls were half frozen, hmm so much for being fresh..I wonder what else is frozen yet freshAs I was waiting forever to be checked out I overheard a cashier talking about how they got a new store manager and how employees keep quitting now.Well theres a red flag right there, obviously what he/she is doing isnt working.  Bring in someone who can manage and get the job done and bring the store back to a enjoyable place to shop again.The old employees were so nice and helpful, Im not saying the new ones arnt, they just dont have the knowledge or training.0/10 do not reccomend this location, especially with holiday season comming up,the milton store is much more organized and run better.

Sales lady followed me all the way around the clothing department. not in a helpful way. definitely felt like profiling. she glared at me any time i took something off a shelf.i tried to come back a few minutes later she continued to follow me. LITERALLY three feet away from me. the least you could is social distance.

The womens bathroom was so messy and nasty yesterday. While I was in there Target employees were in and out, so theyre aware of the unsanitary and nastiness but I guess they just dont care.

Had a wonderful experience at this Target location! Drove to this location to look for a specific item that was in stock per the Target app. Upon entering the store, employees were wiping down carts and greeting customers. There was also a sanitation station at the entrance. We were unable to locate the item and asked an employee for help. She was unsure and asked another employee, Irene, who went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. Irene not only searched for the item in her Target app, she walked us back to the location where the item should have been, helped us look for it, and when we cannot find the item, she asked another employee to join in on the search. We were unsuccessful finding the item, but I was so impressed by everyones helpfulness. Every Target employee was so kind and helpful, but Irene was an absolute star trying to help find an item for my son. Thank you 😊

Staff is super friendly! My favorite is one of the ladies who works the self check out... she keeps that line moving yet always manages to speak to all the customers and makes sure everyone is taken care of!!

Store in shambles. Long lines for check out and in the food court. Ive never seen a Target store look like a Dollar General with mechandice throw on the floor. Added bonus, no carts at the entrance because the employees failed to retrieve them from the parking lot.

Im thrown away by how sweet and courteous the staff and people who work here are! I didn’t realize why my wife would constantly brag about target, today in a BELEIVER! Even at the time of checkout they would find ways for your to save and that reminder is key !

Target is really a blessing over the other blue big box store people go to. It is much nicer. I think the number one thing is the shopping carts are always quiet and roll so much smoother than Wal-Mart. The one thing is I wish there were more cashiers which is the reason for the 4 stars and not 5. However overall we love Target!

Great location. Clean store. Helpful individuals work here.My only gripe has nothing to do with the store but I will put it here in hopes someone sees it and can affect change. The online ordering needs to be linked to store inventory somehow. Several times we have ordered online but once we arrived to pick up pre-paid item, they did not have it and canceled the order without calling and saving us a trip. I think online ordering for pick-up is a blessing in these times. Perhaps, have a group at corporate office dedicated to fixing this or handling this so those at store level can continue the amazing jobs they are doing??As well, the money was not returned from canceled item, btw. Not good.

The overall experience shopping at this Target was fine, except for checking out. This location only had four self checkout stations open and there was no social distancing whatsoever. The customers were standing within a few feet of one another and some customers were not wearing masks. This is a dangerous situation for all the customers involved and I am surprised that Target is not taking their guests safety more seriously.

I stopped by Target Northpoint to pick up a few things and found the store to be quite clean and well organized. Employees were social distancing, yet still very helpful. The items I needed were well stocked.

Every time walk in target the first thing I do is get coffee. And I noticed young man with the best positive energy... Always smiling :) happy friendly. I never seen customer service like that. He greets everybody the same way..... Especially the kids they love him. HOORAY FOR BOBBI-JO!Well, today, I had an excellent Target experience, so I had to review it!Someone made a mistake in packing my Drive-Up order, which caused a considerable delay in me getting my stuff. As soon as Bobbi-Jo realized, she promptly went inside and apologized so much for the error and the wait. Then, I took my items home and didnt like how it matched my room.Once again, Bobbi-Jo to the rescue! Processing my refund was tedious since it was a same-day return, but she went above and beyond and made sure I got my refund.Give this woman a promotion or something! I go to Target ALL the time and meet tons of kind employees, but Bobbi-Jo was such a standout with her kindness and sincerity.

Target is one of the good one-stop shops. I am not impressed with the selections of the fruits and veggies, here. Cute clothing but sometimes doesnt fit me well after taking a while looking through. I mostly come here to buy kids clothing. They have cute home decor. So, I come here for certain stuffs.

Ryan and Ed at Target Tech were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I was in search of a new phone deal. I had a bit of a tricky situation with my phone provider but they worked hard to contact the right people and make the transaction as smooth as possible. If Im ever in need of any tech help Ill definitely be paying them a visit.

This store staffs a maximum of TWO registers. No matter how long the line gets. The wait is always obscene, I dont get it because most Targets are better about this.

Target on north point pkwy is neater, cleaner and better-arranged than other targets that I have ever been to. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that it seems like their inventory couldve been handled better. For example, I have often look for my toddlers outfit every time I go there, a certain size is always out of stock in toddler girls section for a while. I wish the store could respond to the demand of certain size a little better. If 3T and 4T are most popular items in the toddler section, I feel like the store should consider that and have a better inventory plan. Other than that, its a store that will give you a pleasant experience I think.

Restrooms were clean but they didn’t have the camping stuff I needed.

The girl was so helpful and patient teaching me how to use the app when I was using self check-out. She taught me and I saved money!

This review is for this Sales Assiciate called Tyler!! There was a bit of a line yesterday night at target 02/06/18. He went beyond duty and opened two tills and attended to the customers as fast as he can!! Just giving Tyler a shout out for being mindful of his customers time. Thank you!!

I usually come here on my lunch break. I walk around to see if anything catches my interest and depending on how busy their food court is, I might get a bite to eat. Surprisingly their lines at 12-1pm always seem a little long but they move the meat quite well as I am always able to get back to work on time!

I used the Target pick up feature. Using this feature, helped me save time, and I need to save as much as possible with 3 kids. The employees are always very helpful and polite when I go to this location.

Dont go there, they are going to racially profile you. I went there to get some bras for my daughter. I was in a rush and headed straight to the bra section. I was standing there and talking with my daughter on the phone asking, size, style, color, ETC before getting the bra she needed.I guess the manager a white, blond, about 56, large size lady started watching me, and following me and talking to other on her radio to watch me. I just kept my conversation on the phone with my daughter, got the bras she needed, headed to the cashier, and she was still following me and watching. Dont go there. I just wanted to tell this lady I can pay her whole yearly salary, even when I look like a black person, but I just decide to be the bigger person. I am of mid complexion, Hispanic, Black, European mix and was wearing a very simple denim jump suits and flip flops and a pony tail. Very uncomfortable experience with this white MANAGER at this store.

All I can say is... this guy needs a promotion!Yesterday, I was torn between a lamp I was purchasing, and struggling a bit carrying a bookshelf to my car.Not only was this employee knowledgeable about the merchandise, but he was kind enough to give decorating advise and help carry and load the shelf in my car. (Without me asking)The world is filled with people in the customer service world that have to help you,Andre helped out simply because he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision/purchase.I say with confidence that he should be training everyone on the floor to assist and carry themselves as he does.Thank you for making this happy shoppers day!

They took my Target away! The one nearest me closed. This one is also near me, though, so I just drive a little farther. As Targets go, I feel like this one is a good Target. They get 5 stars.

A place where they do fake accusation of shop lifting,i tell you this based on a true story, be aware of this place, a warrant might appear on your record.

Quick service. The email did not have the bar code for some reason so had to look up by name.

I went to Target to buy a new iPhone after seeing a good holiday deal on their website. The mobile technician first said there was no such deal. I showed him the deal on their site. He then went on to quote a much higher price for it. Again I showed him the price on the website. Then he agreed to activate the phone. But kept saying the computer that activates the phones could not power up. After noticing that I was not leaving, he finally figured he just needed to turn it on. I dont know why - he just seemed to want me to go away and not bother him. After about two hours I got my phone activated and done. It was a very sad experience.

Pretty lackluster compared to other targets unfortunately. They dont have a good selection of items compared to nearby stores. That said, the service is excellent and the employees are generally very nice. The starbucks here is also excellent.

I would not recommend the Alpharetta, GA location. My husband came in to pick up my order. I specifically selected that location because it was close to his job and he could pick it up after work. Well, as usual with businesses in North Atlanta, they gave him a hard time. Hes a black man with quite a few tattoos, and straight away from looking at him, they started giving him the run around about ID and not being the name on the order, and on top of that, they had an attitude. He had the order number and everything he needed to pick it up (the order was only worth $4!). I would not recommend this location and will never do business there again. Target needs to screen their employees for racial bias or offer a required course on discrimination. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful!

Whenever I want to find something unique, Target never disappoints.

I normally really like target but I just tried to go in here at 10:20pm and the doors were locked. Signs on the doors and online say its open until 11pm. I could see employees in there. Guess they just decided to close early.

The staff is hit or miss here in terms of helpfulness and friendliness. Its a standard Target (not super), so has less household/grocery items available. The store is pretty clean and there are good deals most of the time.

Employees were pretty nice, and the store was good overall, although guest services need to be worked on.

The customer service representatives were absolute crap when I went here last year. I showed them the official Target return/exchange policy, but even then, they would not accept exchanges. They werent trained for their job properly and made up their own rules. Absolutely incompetent and lazy. I had to go to a different Target to get my products exchanged. I will never shop at Target ever again, and I hope the company will go out of business like they did in Canada.

Ordered same item from another retailer at a better price free shipping, the item was ordered Tuesday & delivered right to doorstep Thursday almost ruined my kids Xmas

Its target. Great selection and good prices. Clothing areas can get a bit trashed but not unique to target as Kohls is way worse! Check out their selection of papyrus greeting cards. Always great for a special person in your life.

Not a bad Target, theyre currently in the process of remodeling. As a note for new moms, they added a nursing room in the fitting room area in the back of the store.

Terrible customer service! I brought in a return and the associate acted like I stole the items, even though I was returning them on my wedding registry. After we were ready to check out, the associate rang up a bunch of the next customers items and charged me for them! He says oh, well you just bought that guys stuff. He looks at the customer behind us and asks, do you want him to just buy your stuff? What? Why would I want to buy a strangers items for them??Instead of apologizing and refunding my money, he told me to go and stand in line at customer service. Customer Service hopefully voided the transaction, because they charged me again for my items. Ill be watching my credit card statement because I have NO confidence that they correctly voided my transaction.

I called the store at 10:00 PM on a Wednesday night. I asked if there was a particular item and wanted to know if they had a particular size.*(Halloween costume for my daughter). Kim answered the phone quickly. She was very kind and found out immediately that they in fact did have it. She was so kind to assure me it would be put aside and held for me to the next day. Her customer service was warm, concerned, fast and took care of my question and request in under 5 minutes.Excellent customer service Kim, keep up the great job. It will be noticed!

GUEST SERVICES- phone etiquett is horrible. I Called tonight (friday at 9pm during what was predicted to be a slow time in the store two hours before closing) was placed on a brief hold after asking them to look up an item to see if it was available in the store.Was hung up on SEVERAL times after being placed on hold and calling back. The associate that originally answered heard me just fine in getting the item name and purpose of my call so I KNOW the following associate decided to NOT continue my call and locate the item for me to purchase.As a 6 month pregnant mother of a 1 year old child I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars at this location alone as well as with the company. Disappointed doesnt even BEGIN to describe what I experienced with your GUEST SERVICES team tonight. Absolutely unacceptable. Ill be emailing corporate next.
