DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! The employees here are beyond rude. The mechanic rolled his eyes as soon as he saw me walking towards him. I walked up to the register and said “Hello”. Then he said Maaaan, it’s gonna be a 3 hour wait. It’s only two of us here.” I said “Ok I have some shopping to do anyway”. I go in my purse for my wallet. Then he literally goes back to the garage without saying a word to me and leaves me standing at the register. I stand there thinking he was coming back. NOPE. I can see him working on someone car. It was 10 AM. I understand that they weren’t fully staffed yet that’s why I was OK with waiting but he was so annoyed and angry that I was OK with waiting. so I just went to Jiffy Lube a few miles away. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Dropped my car off to install 1 tire, was told it will take 1 hour and they will call me when the car is ready. 2 hours later I call them and nobody answers after being on hold. I go by there and the door is locked, my car is outside all done with the new tire on. I never got a call to come get the car and apparently they are out for lunch for an hour. PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR IF YOU ARE FONNA BE CLOSED FOR LUNCH!!!! Now I can’t even pick up my car!!!!! What a wast of time. I would give zero starts if I could.

This has got to be the worst auto center, I went to this location to have 4 new tires on my vehicle, they charged me fir balancing and alignment, why does my steering wheel shake at 55 mph??? No balancing was done!! They simply put my tires on and sent me on my way,,, oh and if you are going for an oil change good luck, you will be waiting for over 3 hours!! The staff is lazy and rude.

I went for tire rotation and no one at reception. After few mins one person came and gave reason that some equipment for tire rotation and balancing is not available and told me to go to highway 9 Walmart.

TERRIBLE experience. They had one job it was too put on two brand new tires on my car. The employees were nothing but inexperienced, rude, and just trashy. Yes my car isnt perfect its a 2002 but I am a college student who saved up money to purchase my car and I want to take care of it. I returned to pick up my car and noticed my front bumper was sagging, somebody obviously hit it up against something. The service manager, store manager and employees showed no sympathy made me feel like I was crazy and they did nothing to my car. Should I be surprised ? Taking my car to the cheapest place around and not expecting any damage done? I took that risk and it ended up biting me in the ass. They gave me no DISCOUNT at all and made me just submit a claim.

Purchased 2 tires and after purchasing online I brought them up to be installed. The man I spoke to at first doubted my car was ever worked on there because he said we cant do bmws so it wasnt here. A lady came out and stated that they could see if it was true or not. After finding out it was true she said we cant do it because our lift is not up to date and it will crash made zero sense to me that statement but besides not being up to standard they then stated that they shouldnt do work on a BMW.There is a way to speak to a customer, you dont insinuate that theyre lying. Customer service is extremely important and if you dont believe the customer just say, let me check the system and see what we did in the past. It allows you to cover your tracks and see a paper trail of what went on. I made an appointment at another Walmart and the gentleman was kind and helpful. Ill never get work done there again. Being courteous goes a long way. If you go here, be careful so your car doesnt come crashing down.

There is no work ethics at this location. No professionalism in staff. They are behaving so rude. I came here for my tier repair, they said 1.5 hours wait. I said ok. I had my 6 months old daughter with me and it was very risky to be there during Covid with kids. I had waited 3 hours there and asked how much more time they gonna take, but no genuine response from their. It’s waste of time. They doesn’t value their customer’s time.

I am having a horrible experience at this moment. I have been waiting an 1 hr and 20 minutes for an oil change.I will NEVER come here again.I was in the area, and thought this choice would save time and be more practical.I literally looked up the average time spent getting an oil change-15-45 minutes (maximum!!). I am used to 15 minute oil changes, no matter where I go, and no matter how busy the place is.The staff were not rude or anything, but I do feel my time was slighted in every way possible.

Worst experience ever. only out of desperation would I go here for anything ever in life. I will gladly pay another mechanic a higher price. Rude service mechanics and service. never gotta call saying my car is finished. NO regards for the issue. they get a zero stars really

Horrible customer service skills. No one was at the front desk when we came in, then the lazy front desk worker finally showed up and didnt want to do her job and give us a total for tires and we had to ask her for a total. Ridiculous! We decided to go somewhere else and got much better and more professional service.

I’ve had absolutely the worse experience ever here. If I were able to give them zero stars, I would! We ordered 4 new tires less than a month ago and one has already gone flat and will not hold any air. I did purchase the warranty so I figured it’ll be an easy quick fix, just replace the tire. Well we went to the Walmart off Mansell Rd, waited over 2 hours and was told that they do not have a tire to fit our car and the old tire can’t be fixed. We were sent to another Walmart, the next city over to get a replacement since they have some in stock. We get there, again, stay for over two hours and THEY PUT THE SAME DAMNED DAMAGED TIRE BACK ON THE CAR. They “refilled” it with air and said they see nothing wrong. Needless to say, this morning the tire is completely flat AGAIN and sitting on the rim. They did not put the donut back in the car so we cannot drive it. This would be the 3rd time I will have to contact our insurance because of their negligence. I will NEVER purchase anything else from any Walmart auto center, EVER! I am so upset . This has been a major inconvenience, our time and money has been wasted. People, do not go here!

MacDonald Ndang was so great and helpful. Not only did he help us out on a Sunday when almost all other tire shops were closed but he was very thorough and offered us great customer service. He patched up the hole in our tire in no time and even did it free of charge. We will definitely be returning to this tire store if all the mechanics are as helpful as he is! We are so glad he was there to assist us on such a stressful day. Thanks again MacDonald!

I didnt even get my sentence out of my mouth before the cashier lady, Bertha, assumed and told me that they werent doing tires today, even though it was what i needed but damn, let me ask. She couldve at least let me finish and not be rude. This Atlanta area is for the birds and bad for business.

The worst! They never answer the phone. So when you go up there to get tires for instance, you dont know if they have tires for your car in stock. Then they cant even figure it out because if there system says they have 4 tires, the go to check inventory and no tires! Or only 1 or 2.

I ordered tires thru online services, and was told they will be available for a pick up at the Wallmart center before 8 PM the same day, but they were delivered only the next day at 2pm. When I left my car at Walmart tire shop to change the tires, Ive been told that my car would be ready for a pick up in two hours. I took Uber home. After an hour or so I received a call from Wallmart saying that the original tires are were too tight and they could not unscrew them. If I had time I could unscrew them by myself, but I picked up my car with the tires and went to the Spanish tire shop Salgado which was located 5 minutes from the Wallmart. Workers at Salgado did not said a word about tires being too tight. They only took half the time, 20 minutes only and half the money I was asked at Wallmart to install new tires on my car. This just says that guys at Wallmart were not competent and professional. Very dissatisfied with their services.

Bad experience:I changed my car tires at this auto center as the tire price was little low comparatively at the dealership. They broke my tpms sensors while changing the tires. I left the car to replace the tires and there was no problem with the tpms at that time (tpms indicator was off in my display screen), after some hours they called and informed me that two of my tpms was broken when car arrived but I dont know how it would be broken already between when I left the car and when they called me. Its definitely when they were trying to replace the tires. I never expected this kind of service from walmart. Dealership is estimating around $280 to replace two of my sensors. And the steering handling also became very poor after I changed the tires and it was only fixed only after I get the wheel alignment from dealership.I mentioned this problem to customer service but they did not respond yet for a month now. Thinking I was saving few bucks on new tires but I end up with this big loss.

They were so helpful to give me great deal on three new tires ( I actually needed four) but they had only three in stock. Well, I got three and that is ok. But I checked my forth tire pressure and it was around 22 pci. Why couldnt they do it? Even for the sake of showing some courtesy. I dont think it will make anyone overwork, and they were not that busy. Just show a little bit more care. It would mean so much to people.

PLEASE DON’T SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE !!!!!!!!!! I went there to change my car battery. The technician was not aware of even the basic things and connected the positive and the negative the other way around which caused fire sparks coming from my battery and the car started honking, head lights turned and wipers started working all without the keys in the car. It sent signals to the alternator and it spoiled my car alternator which doesn’t charge my battery. After the battery was placed right, the dashboard shows the battery lights on which apparently indicates the alternator has gone bad. I took it to my personal mechanic and he said this incident of connecting the battery positive to negative and negative to positive would have made this issue. Now to replace my alternator it costs approx $700. Walmart says it’s not their fault when it’s clearly their fault. My car is a 2012 model and it was in a very good condition until I brought it here to change the battery. Most of them in the auto care center were rude. Have requested a claim. Not able to connect with the manager through phone easily. People pick up the phone and just leave it saying they will hand over the phone. No one turns up. The technician who worked in my car was Dontavius who was rude when I found out that he did a mistake and I was watching this when he was trying to change the battery. The manager is Troy.

Deneen Mitchell is the most incompentent piece of worthless trash Walmart ever decided to make department manager. She is lazy, unmotivated, rude and the down fall of Walmart. Employees closing bay doors and walking off 10 minutes before closing time. Tried to lie to me saying they couldnt mount tires on my vehicle 30 minutes before closing time. Spent more time dragging their feet around trying to find a manager and get out of changing the tires when it all could have been done well before the situation was handled my an Asst. Store manager. Ken & Melvin which were doubling as a service writer & techs was the ONLY person who acted as if they took pride in doing there job %100. Rid your department of this cancer before they destroy your customer base. Deshon which was the Asst. Store manager went out of his way once the transaction was complete to make sure we were satisfied after this nightmare.

Worst service ever..... I was the first person here and it took me an hour and a half (and counting) to get just an oil change.... while three people sat on their phones and watched tv and one guy worked on two cars. They were kind but not concerned in the slightest. I will not be coming back.

Had a nail puncture in tire everyplace was closed it was 7:00 and Walmart auto center is open until 8:00 so we went there, we got there around 7:30 and it takes 5 minutes to plug the tire but the Walmart employee told us I already clocked out I can’t help you while he was finishing another car....he left us stranded with a flat tire even when it says they are open until 8:00
