I cant reccomend them enough. True professionals!On their website you can text them your model/part numbers and they will get the right part for you.I had multiple failures caused by cloths sneaking through my lint trap on the Samsung dryer. They had all the parts in stock or I stock the next day.

Visited Fox on Friday. First thing I noticed was a nice building and grounds were very nice.The lobby was clean and the displays were clean and organized. I mention that because its important and inspires confidence.I was welcomed and the part I needed was in stock and quickly retrieved from the warehouse. It was the right part, condenser fan motor, and was easy to install.I recommend you shop Fox first because the A/C tech said it would cost $3900.00 to replace the unit. I fixed it for less than $200.00with the help from Fox.Thanks Chris

LOVE THIS PLACE, FAST AND EFFICIENT!Any business that opens at 7:30 am and answers their phone within two rings, is all right with me. We needed to obtain a specific part for our fridge. My husband had used them a few days earlier and everything went well.We called and verified that they had the part in stock and they had it available. I went over to pick it up. Union Hill is located off of McFarland Drive and from Union Hill you turn onto Union Center Drive and make an immediate left into the parking lot.It is a nice little shop, very bright and there is a long green bench for sitting and waiting your turn. This seems like a busy little place so you may have to wait a bit while contractors and others are being serviced. In addition to appliance parts, Fox also sells heating and air conditioning parts.You will definitely want to check Fox first, if you need it quick, fast and in a hurry!

They seem to be the only appliance parts store that sells to the public in the area. They were very helpful with finding the part that I needed and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I went up today to get a igniter for my gas furnace that was not working and I found two people working there one lady and one gentleman. They both knew exactly what I needed and had the part in stock and gave me a few tips on installation because they can breaK very easy. What a great experience having people not only sell you the part you need at a reasonable price to aDIY guy like myself but to have the knowledge of what I was doing and were more than happy to pass along their experience of how to do the job the right way. Great folks and if you are looking for an appliance part for any appliance you own go see these people and buy your DIY parts from them and support our local business in the area.
